You nervously walked with Remus towards the shrieking shack. The shack was actually only used for the night where Remus would transform into a werewolf. But he decided the gather his friends there.

You were a Slytherin and Remus was a Gryffindor. Your houses hated each other. But Remus really liked you and you really liked him. He wanted to tell his friends that you were dating.

'Are you ready?' Remus asked.

'I think so..'

'Lets just go.' Remus said.

Remus opened the door and took you inside. You heard voices upstairs. James Potter, Sirius Black and Peter Pettigrew.. Remus his friends. Proud Gryffindors.. haters of Slytherins.. You walked upstairs after Remus. He told you to wait before walking inside.

'Hi guys!' You heard Remus say.

'It's the wolf-man!' Sirius joked.

'What's up man.' James said.

'Why did we have to come up here?' Peter asked.

'I wanted to imtroduce you to someone. She's outside.. She's my girlfriend. I want you all to be nice to her. Please, she means a lot to me.'

'You have a girlfriend?' Sirius asked in surprise.

'Aww.. Sirius can't take it that his crush got a girlfriend.' James laughed.

You leaned against the wall and tried to hold back your laughter.

'Shut up, James! I'm not in love with Remus I told you a million times.'

'He's only joking.' Remus sighed. 'Should I bring her in or not?'

'Go for it.' Peter said.

Remus opened the door and he offered you his hand. You smiled and tangled your fingers with him. He took you into the room. His three friends immediately looked at you.

'Hi.' You smiled, a bit shy.

'Remus.. is that Y/L?' Sirius asked.

In first year, You and Sirius had a serious fight about your houses. He hated you every since.

'Yes.. guys, meet my girlfriend.. Y/N Y/L.' Remus smiled.

'Listen Sirius-'

'Don't call me that.' He hissed.

'If you ask me, everything is forgiven and forgotten. I really don't want this to be in the way of Remus and I.' You said.

'No way. You can't date a Slytherin Remus! Slytherins are our enemies.' Sirius hissed.

'Sirius has a point.' James spoke.

'James! Come on, she never did anything to you!' Remus sighed.

'You know how Slytherins are! They aren't trust worthy, fight all the time and they'll do anything to come out of something.. including blaming other people.'

You sighed and let Remus go.

'Not all Slytherins are like that! I'm not like others. I'm not here to hurt your friend. I love him and I want to be with him.'

Peter was just standing there looking at the situation, almost afraid to say something.

'What about you, Peter?' Remus asked.

He looked at his friend.

'I have to agree with the guys. All Slytherins are mean and evil. I don't get how you guys even ended up together.'

'She helped me when I was transforming because you guys had something better to do.' Remus scoffed.

The three looked at each other and then at you.

'I'm sorry Remus, but this is the worst decision ever. Did you honestly think that we were going to accept this?' James asked.

You were slowly getting sick of this. The boys started bickering. Three against Remus.

'Enough!' You yelled.

The boys stopped and looked at you. You pulled Remus besides yoh beforr crossing your arms.

'How old are you guys?! 5?! Remus is your friend and I am the person he likes! Are you honestly pulling your own feelings above the feelings of your friend?! You know what.. if it means that much to you.. I'll just go. I'll hear from you later Remus.'

You turned around and walked away. Remus looked at his friends who didn't say anything.

'You know.. she's right. I thought you would be able to accept this. I trusted you guys.. apparently I was wrong.'

'What are you saying?' Sirius asked. 'Would you rather date her then being friends with us?'

'You didn't even give her a chance! She came in, you thought about something that happened ages ago, remembered she was a Slytherin and immediately hated her! She came here knowing that you guys were my friends. She was terrified. She knew it was going to be difficult, but she cared because you were my friends.. I was just hoping you guys would be able to at least try.'

Remus turned around and wanted to walked away.

'Remus..' Peter said.

'Don't, it's fine. I expected to much from you.'

Remus walked out of the shrieking shack. The three boys looked at each other.

'Was he right?' James asked.

'He always is.' Sirius sighed. 'That's the annoying part.'

'Should we go after him?' Peter asked.

'I don't know..' James said.

You were sitting at the lake. You looked back.

'Hi..' You smiled at Remus.

He sat down besides you.

'I'm sorry about what happened. You were right.. I really thought they could give you a chance.'

'I know.. it's not your fault.'

He smiled at you. You pressed your lips against his. He kissed you back and you smiled at him when he pulled back.
