____1st Person POV_____
Walking down the street, my bag was slung over my shoulder as I glanced around at the nighttime sky, admiring the stars that lied above.
I was a bit of a insomniac, as most would say, as well as an artist. So most of my sleepless nights, I spent out and about, wandering the streets of the city in search for a flat wall to paint and design. Of course I never got permission for this, and trying to hide from heros was difficult, but that was part of the fun.
I never made anything bad though, as that was just disrespectful, but instead I would just make murals of heros or just beautiful designs I had in my mind the whole day. Most times I never would paint on open walls, or areas, it was usually in areas that not many looked at.
My art was admired though, even if it was illegal, many around the city loved to see the beauty of the murals, and a lot would post of them. Over the past few months, I've been deemed the 'Night Artist' as lame as that is, and from then I creat art almost every night.
I hadn't been caught just yet, nor do I plan on it, but... I do like to test my limits with how close I can get to getting caught, and that brings me as to why I'm here right now.
Just an innocent little stroll around the city, I had the brilliant idea to create an All Might mural on a wall at UA highschool. I knew it was going to be the riskiest thing I've ever done, and would most likely end in disaster, but after his recent retirement, I've found I needed to do something. And finding that he was a teacher here, I saw it to be fitting.
Plus, if I execute this perfectly and don't get caught, suspicions will rise at UA that the 'Night Artist' would be one of their own students. Maybe.
Pulling over the pair of night vision goggles I had, I pulled up my scarf mask up over my nose, letting it stay there as I saw the wall for UA ahead. Knowing I wouldn't be able to go through the entrance, due to security, I followed along the wall until I found I was far enough away. Letting out a breath, I looked up to the top of the wall, realizing now how much taller it was compared to me.
I knew it would probably trigger some sort of alarm if I jumped over it, so I needed to think this one out. The wall was probably going to trigger something that would push someone my way, so I couldn't climb on it directly. I needed to get something that could get me across without touching the wall physically.
Looking down to my bag, I got an idea.
Walking up to the wall, I held my hand out and touched it, figuring that only the top would trip some alarm if touched. Knowing this, I began to scale up the wall, pretty quickly as it wasn't the first time I had to climb up a wall. Eventually I reached the top, stayed there for a second, trying to slip my bag into my hoodie as I climbed up a little more. With a jump off the wall, I managed to pole vault (without the pole obviously) over the wall, landing on the other side with a 'thud'.
Panicking with the sound, I scurried over to a nearby building that stood tall nearby and hid for a second, waiting for someone to show up.

As I stood there silent for about 5 minutes, I realized nobody was there, so I took the opportunity and walked over towards the other buildings, seeing that a few lights in the buildings were on. I stayed as silent as I could, keeping my bag close to me in order to avoid noise of the cans clashing against one another.
Walking more on the campus-like area, I decided to paint on the one building that had no lights on inside. It was perfect as there was almost nobody who would be able to see me either as I found a good flat wall on one of the sides.
Setting my stuff down, I began to get to work, grabbing the spray cans as I needed them. Spraying and detailing the picture as I saw fit, I eventually came up with the final result in about an hour or so:
Staring at the picture, up and down, I felt a rush of satisfaction as it looked perfect in both detail and placement. It was beautiful. Another art piece compl-
"You're not suppose to be here!" I heard a voice call out from behind me, causing me to drop the can I held in my hand, and slowly turn around. Just as I turned around, I realized it was three boys that stood behind me, all looking ready to fight me. I raised my arms up into the air, a bit scared that I've been caught, but happy I was caught by students,
"Wait- you're the Night Artist guy!" The boy with broccoli like hair cheered out as he looked towards the wall behind me, "And...you made that!?"
He almost fangirled right there and then, his eyes beginning to light up as he stared at the artwork behind me. But his excitement was cut short as a blue haired undercut boy looked over to him,
"Midoriya, now is no time to excite over this damage to the school property!" He seemed to chop through the air as he spoke, which put a smile on my face as I began to realize they weren't that harmful to me, even despite me not having a quirk,
"Listen guys. I really didn't mean any harm. I just figured your hero wannabe selves could use some positivity, after the whole All Might retirement," I explained and they didn't seem convinced as the half-and-half boy stepped forward, his eyes narrowed at me,
"How did you manage to get in though?" He spoke rather calmly and monotone-like, which was a bit intimidating, but it didn't bother me much anymore as I began to collect my cans up into my bag,
"Over the wall. It was quite simple really,"
"Simple!? That's 25 feet you have to climb up!!" The blue haired boy sounded shock as I just shrugged,
"It's not that bad. Anyways, one of you want to walk me out or am I just going to have to climb over the wall again?" I asked and they all seemed a bit surprised by my calm reaction. The green haired kid looked at me a bit shock,
"You're just leaving, just like that?"
"We cannot let you just leave without reporting it to the higher-ups of the academy!" The blue haired boy seemed to come towards me, his arm still chopping the air. I just let out a groan as I turned to the two others, giving them a look they couldn't see, due to my masked over features,
"Does he have to? You guys can just go about and say you didn't see me. I really don't want to deal with some hero people today," I let the blue haired boy begin to drag me a bit, the two others looking at me with confused looks,

"Uhh..." They both seemed lost for words as the undercut kid just began to yell out a little,
"Yes! It is important we report you to the school so they can deal with this damage you have done to the school,"
I rolled my eyes at him, yanking my arm away, "First of all, rude. My art is not just damage. I mean, look, your broccoli of a friend is still gawking over it. Second, wouldn't you guys get in trouble for being out so late? I mean, surely you all have a curfew you have to follow here, so if you report me, it'll look bad for you,"
That seemed to stop the blue haired kid as he stood there and debated whether or not to turn me in. The school probably wouldn't care if they were out, but then again, I'm usually wrong. But, it was worth a shot to try and get him to let me go. 'A shot in the dark' really is all it was. I didn't know if it was going to work, nor did I care if it was. It gave me a moment to think of a plan in order to get out, but as I stared at the blue haired kid, I realized I didn't exactly need a plan. Scanning over him and the two others behind me, I realized who they were.
They weren't really popular now, but when the whole 'Hero Killer' incident happen, I remember seeing their faces.
I was in the city at the time, but I wasn't near them, so I didn't know them then. But I remember seeing them on the news after they arrested Stain. They were the three students that were saved, supposedly by Endeavor but that's hard to believe for me.
Watching the boy think, I spoke up once more, "You're Ingenium's little brother, aren't you?"
He glanced up, his eyes holding their stare for a second as if he was a little shocked at my sudden question. But he didn't hold onto that surprise as he nodded to me, his eyes growing a bit serious, "Yes,"
"I'm sorry... About what happened to him. He was a good hero, and-"
"I need no sympathy, please," he cut me off as he said his words rather quietly. The other two had moved a bit and I could see they both held sympathetic looks towards the kid, who I couldn't remember the name of exactly. I nodded to him, pulling my bag closer to me as I flung it over my shoulder,
"Understandable, but... I hope you know I made a mural of him, just downtown after everything happened. I don't know if you saw it, but, it was my little tribute to him," I explained and a small smile seemed to grow onto his features as he let out a sigh,
"As much as I want to scold you for vandalizing someone else's property, I appreciate it. I haven't seen it, but I hope to," his mood seemed to change as he glanced back to his two friends, seeing them both giving him small smiles. As they said something to one another, I took the opportunity to make my escape. Dropping one of my half filled spray cans, I turned around and silently began to run off, ducking behind a nearby building. Hearing them began to panic a bit at the sight of me disappearing, I smiled a little to myself as I walked over to the wall tucking my bag into my jacket again as I made my way over it again.
As I jumped over the wall, making a successful escape, I began to walk away, making sure nobody saw me jump out of the walls of UA. Cheering to myself that I was in the clear, I began to walk away, my mind hooked onto the smaller Ingenium I saw tonight as I couldn't get his smart goofy looking self out of my head. Smiling at the thought, I glanced over my shoulder towards the highschool,
"I'll be back Iida, you can count on that,"
_____Time skip_____
You really didn't think that's how it ends, right? I mean come on, don't just sit there and think 'Omg, that's all? That's the whole thing?' Heck no. You bet your *ss I went back to see that kid, even if he couldn't recognize who I was.
Walking along the familiar sidewalk that I once walked along the night before, I could hear the sound of chattering around me. It was much different this morning compared to last night as there were more people that walked around, most being reporters trying to get in UA and ask about the whole retirement thing of All Might. It was really none of their business, as they should just already leave the man alone, but I guess not as they're standing right here, in my way.
I had skipped school today, in hopes of being able to see the navy haired boy again, wanting to know more about him. But clearly I didn't think this through completely as I didn't know what to do now that there's more people around. Glancing around, I took notice of a certain kid walking out with two others.
Seeing the navy haired boy and the familiar broccoli kid, along with a brown haired girl, I thought it best to leave them be for now. Walking past them though, I kept a piece of paper in my hand and my head down a little as I pushed myself to bump into them,
"Yo, watch it!" I called out at him, seeing him look at me with some annoyance,
"I'm sorry, but you were the one who bumped into me," he said, his arm moving like it did last night, making me smile a little, but I quickly masked it over. Letting out a 'tch', I turned and dropped the paper before walking away. Hearing them say something to one another, I soon heard a yell come from the speedster kid,
"Excuse me!! You dropped this!!" I heard his voice call out, but I kept on walking, hearing some footsteps coming from behind me. Hearing them getting closer, I began to pick up my pace, running down the street as he followed.
I was about a minute or so before I slowed down and turned around to see he was still coming at me. Seeing that we were farther away from people, and a bit surprised he followed me this far, I slowed down more, eventually coming to a stop. Turning around, I watched as he slowed down, his breaths a bit heavy as he held out the paper,
"You dropped this back there," he stated and I just snickered at him,
"Man, you really are a goody two-shoes," Grabbing the paper from him, I glanced over to the wall, seeing it was one of the walls I painted last month, "Unlike me,"
He seemed confused before looking over towards the wall, seeing the design that decorated it. Almost instantly, I knew he connected the dots as he turned over to me, rather surprised,
"You're the Night Artist!?"
"In the flesh," I smiled at him, turning over to see him standing there with one hand on his hip and the other in his little chop motion, "Now come on, I wanna show you your brother's painting I did,"
"What!?" He exasperated as I grabbed onto his hand, beginning to drag him along, but he pulled away, his face full of surprise and shock and confusion, "You don't really expect me to follow you downtown without planning it, do you?"
"I mean... Yeah. That's kind of the whole point I got you to follow me and tell you who I was," I stated as if it was obvious, but I could see his still confused features that turned more into a stern look,
"On behalf of the Iida family and myself, I must decline your offer,"
I shrugged, "You can't do that,"
"I most certainly can!" He looked at me with a stern look now, almost as if he was disappointed in me... Wouldn't be a first time,
"Not really. I skipped school to do this, so you gotta at least make it worth it," I answered and he seemed to jump in shock,
"You skipped school for this!?!?" He then went on to criticize me, saying I can't do that and that it'll 'affect me poorly' and 'damage my future'. I just kind of let him go on as I continued to drag him along, not caring much of his yells as words. I shrugged them off as I dragged him along, just listening to the sounds around us rather than him. Well that was until it became quiet and he was done after his 10 minute rant/scold.
I glanced back to him, every now and then, seeing him holding onto his backpack with one hand while the other was being dragged by me,
"So what exactly is your quirk anyways? I know you're Ingenium's brother and all, but do you have the same quirk as him or no?" I asked and Iida seemed a bit sadden at the mention of his brother, but he answered my question,
"Well the whole Iida family has the same quirk, just modified to be slightly different than one another. While Ingenium had his quirk in his arms, mine is in my legs. It's called engine and it allows us to produce a rather turbo projection from ourselves," he explained and I nodded to him, understanding what he meant as he looked down to his legs,
"Let me see," I said and he seemed a little embarrassed as he pulled up his pantleg just enough to see the small engine implanted in his calves, "Sh*t bro, your calves are RIPPED,"
"Watch your language!" He replied and I rolled my eyes as it went quiet again before he spoke up again, "So what's your quirk then?"
I shrugged to him, "Don't have one,"
"You're quirkless?" He sounded surprised, but I just nodded,
"Yep. Always have been, ever since birth. But then again, I could be immortal and I just don't know it," I laughed out and he seemed to chuckle a bit as well, which seemed awkward for him, but rather cute for me.
As we continued to walk and talk, we eventually made our way to the mural of Ingenium that I had made months ago, prior to meeting him and all. He seemed in awe at this painting as he stood before him, staring at it up and down. He slowly made him way up to the picture, his hand laying on the picture as he leaned his head down.
He stayed like that for a bit, so I took it upon myself to comfort him, walking up and placing a hand on his shoulder,
"He was a good guy, who didn't deserve a fate like that," I whispered out and I could hear a small cry come from Iida before he pulled and looked up to the picture with a small smile,
"You got just about every detail right. Thank you," he turned and looked over at me. He wiped away his tears before giving a small bow, "I apologise on behalf of the Iida family for my immature behavior,"
I raised an eyebrow, "Crying's not immature, Iida. It happens, so please don't think that it's bad,"
He bowed again, "Then I apologise for my harsh behavior from last night,"
I waved him off this time, giving him a gentle smile and I glanced back up to the mural in front of us, admiring my work as I hadn't seen it in quite a bit,
"Meh, don't be sorry. I was harsh as well, so call it even...
...and let's go get some Boba,"

Forgotten Dungeon
Death comes quickly and without warning. Even for such little personage as him. It's quite hard to start as a dungeon core. Quite harder when divine bureaucracy simply dumps you in the a** end of nowhere because of their incompetence and because of your agent status as a Fallen Angel. Yet Uno (temporary name) is used to working with subpar materials and making the best of circumstances. It doesn't help that his personality was cut down to size, but he tries to overcome the system with ingenuity and a healthy dose of duct tape. Or the local equivalent of such. *** An audiobook of the Forgotten Dungeon story has been made by Agro Squerrils and is available on YouTube, under this link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLcfzFNUhrNS3Z7DfjN5pMWn-CI1uKg3s2 He has my permission and full support for doing so, so don't be shy and check it out! *** Hello people! It's a story about a dungeon. Or maybe the dungeon? Who knows. Dumped in a hostile world, working hard to overcome circumstances. There is an RPG system in place, but I'll try to make it not number-heavy. I would be more focused on skills - at least from the perspective of the sentient races. Dungeons will have their own little playground. I'll try to make MC not overpowered - it always irks me how the stories tend to go from zero to hero in a few minutes. I hope y'all will enjoy the ride! *** Also, a Discord server has been made recently: https://discord.gg/sK2pam3 Join and share your opinions, if interested! :)

8 124The Book of Hickory
Now why did Hickory go and punch that Angel? Sure it spooked him, popping up right there at lunch, and yet, it wasn't fear that balled his hand into a fist - Cause wouldn't you? Wouldn't anyone - with a sick Ma at home, Da long dead, buried, all them prayers piling up on bruised knees, unanswered? Hickory was angry, all right. He was fierce, now - cause that Angel didn't show up to give no help, that Angel came by asking for it - with all that power just plain to see, the power to fix the world and all that ails it! And now look what poor Hickory has to do - to save the world? Now how is he supposed to do that when its taking near everything he's got - just to keep them chickens safe, Ma fed, and himself out of trouble - All he wanted was maybe just a dance with May, maybe a bit more, to hold her close? That she's sweet, now, a voice like an angel, but now she's over there lookin at him like he's more than a man. And that's not to say Hickory is bad, not all the time, not ever on purpose - just there are things a man has to - That drinking and fighting ain't wrong just as long as the chores are done proper first, that those parts of life that make it worth living ain't no sin, that loving a lady is proper and Hickory just has so much love to give! And May is special, right, sweet and soft, now she's sophisticated. That she wears her passion like a pearl necklace? That certainly Hickory would notice, naturally - that she's already spoken for, perhaps taken? That ever since Hickory came back, that all she can think about is swallowing - those strange feelings, because it wouldn't do, would it? For a Lady? But certainly she can worship him and still be seen with Weston Covanger? Because Weston needs May, that what happens in the Study is only half the battle, the Men's Business, and he's far too proud to settle for half of anything. That if he wants to move up the ranks of his family, to be more than a Covanger, to become the Covanger? He's going to need a woman in the Kitchen as well - he's going to need May. And if that seems a bit old fashioned? A bit too much like the Wild West? Well the West is starting to get wild again now that everyone starts to Drink. A different take on LitRPG where answers aren't given - they must be earned, discovered and fought for, one at a time. An orator style, a long read, filled with magic buildings, crafting, alchemy, but most of all - This is a story about the human spirit. About understanding what defines a person, their morals, their beliefs, and also faith when everything they understand becomes challenged - changed. So do they. People can change. They will. Just not always for the better, not always - sometimes. Sometimes that's enough. Sometimes that's even everything.
