《Devil in My Heart》Childhood Story in a Past Life

After the situation eased, the three of them were in the royal garden.
"Hey. Do you remember that the three of us usually gather in the garden of heaven?" said Ryana to Claes and Lucien.
"Yes. It seems like a long time ago." Lucien said.
"Our close relationship brought us together again," said Claes.
Once in the past life, Ryana, Claes, and Lucien were born as humans.
Once upon a time, there was a glaring sight that caught the attention of this little girl who would become Ryana in the present. She saw from afar a child who was lost in the outskirts of the city because there was a festival at the time. The boy just stood confused. Through the clothes he wore, people including me knew that he was the son of a rich man. Then, there was a man who approached him. I began to suspect when I saw it, because of the difference in the clothes which they wore. I saw the movement of the child who was frightened and refused. Then without thinking, I went over there and grabbed the little boy's hand while saying, "Run!!!!"
We ran through the crowd. The adults were also chasing. However, because of our small and agile bodies, he was too overwhelmed to chase us and finally stopped chasing. We also rested under a tree in a park.
"Hosh... hosh... Hah. It was tense," I spoke.
"Yes." The boy answered while nodding.
They both introduced themselves.
"I'm sorry, did you know that person?" I asked.
The boy shook his head.
"Ah. My decision was right to have taken the child away from him." I thought.
"So, what are you doing there?" I asked again.
"I.... apart from the servants," replied this boy.

"Oh..."
"My assessment is correct, he's the son of a rich man." That's what's on my mind. Then I advised, "You must be careful of strangers. Like before, he could have brought you along."
"Y--yes..."
I thought," I was a foreigner too. He-he..."
"So, where is your house? Do you know the way home?"
He shook his head.
"Hmm... Do you know the location? Do you remember it?"
Then, he mentioned the location.
"Okay then, let's try to find your house together."
We walked together and talked. "How old are you?" I asked.
"Eight years."
"Wow. I'm the same age as you."
Gradually, he seemed to be able to open himself up to other people. We kept walking and asking people around.
"Uhm... The lady said earlier, it's not far, this turn should have met your house." I speak.
"I know this place." Said the boy and then he ran.
"Hey wait..." I spoke.
And I saw the boy stop in front of a big house that I could not imagine at that time. I was amazed and at the same time, there was sadness in my heart.
The boy turned and said, "It's arrived."
"Ah... yes." I woke up from my daydream.
Then, the maid saw the child and said with surprise mixed with joy, "Sir... Madam... Young master has returned."
His parents came out and hugged their beloved child. I saw it getting sad. The love that I didn't feel from my parents.
"Mom... This child has saved me."
His parents just looked at me and said thank you, just a word could be seen from their eyes that they didn't care about me.
"Come in, son"
"Wait a minute, mom."

The boy turned and walked over to me and said, "Thank you. Can we meet again?"
But I just smiled and replied, "Hopefully."
He entered his house, then I turned around and went back home.
--------------
On one occasion, I saw a boy on the riverside throwing stones. I watched him, then I shouted, "Hey. What are you thinking about?" I just rate him as a person with a lot of thoughts.
"Who is there?" replied the boy. He looked around but couldn't find me.
"You just made the water ripple. It's the same with your restless mind."
"You get out."
The boy was alert and then said, "Are you a ghost?"
"Hahaha. I'm up in the tree." I was leaning on a tree branch.
"What are you doing there?"
"Enjoy life," I said.
"Hah???"
"From here I can see a wide view as if to relieve the burden of the mind by looking at the vastness of nature. I see you seem worried or daydreaming. What are you thinking about?"
"It has nothing to do with you."
"I think if there are friends to share, they will feel more relieved. Yes, if you don't want to talk, I don't care either. But if you're worried, maybe you can see something broad so that your mind is also wide and not narrow-minded because of the many thoughts. That's my advice."
The boy looked up as he heard my words. Then I climb down from the tree.
"It's afternoon late. Don't you want to go home?"
"If I went home too, my parents didn't notice me."
"Hmmm... At least you have parents. Be grateful."
"What do you know?" the boy shouted.
"I don't know anything. But if your current life is fine, your needs are fulfilled, you should be grateful. Because many people are not as lucky as you."
I tried to be strong, remembering my lonely life and having to work hard.
"Yeah, I'll go home first before it gets dark," I spoke.
I walked home leaving the child. And when I got home, I shared my food with the cat. I remember the conversation with the boy earlier. "Yes, I should be grateful, at least I still have food today. Phew...." I muttered.
The boy listened to the words of the little girl who looked like a boy. Then he also returned to his house. When he arrived, his mother was waiting for him.
"Where have you been? Can't see it's past time to go home?" The mother in a loud tone said to her son. Yes, the point is the child didn't get attention from his parents. They paid more attention to their youngest child who was the child saved by the little girl. The older brother has slightly dark skin, while the younger brother has light skin. People who saw it did not think that they were brothers. Even though his parents were like that, the younger brother wanted to be close to his brother. However, if the younger brother is injured, the one to blame is the older brother. That's why the older brother usually goes alone and doesn't want to play with his younger brother.

Universal Strength: Power is Everything **Indefinite Hiatus**
Power is a thing that many people greatly yearn. Those with power yearn more power and those without power yearn for it. There isn't anyone born with power that they can call their own. Power is either earned or given and in reality it doesn't matter which is better, power is power and power is everything. This is another story that has been going around in my head and I just had to let it out. I think I did a decent synopsis on this one lol. I will not be dropping my other two stories and I will be releasing one chapter of this a week as well. Chapter release is honestly whenever I can. (Warning! Story is partially wish fulfillment.) The cover art used is from Google Images and will be changed when I create one or have one created for me.
