《Devil in My Heart》Castle

This unnamed human was then brought to his asura's castle. He had been unconscious for a week and was on the verge of death.
The story continues...
At that time, I couldn't move my body, but I still realized, "Ah... It turns out that this is only the story of my life. I didn't expect it. Has my life been useful? In the end, I die lonely, and no one remembers me, nobody in the world. Maybe this is for the best for me."
I only saw her smile but didn't see her whole face. I don't know who she is. Is it a foster mother? But I saw that there was a crown on her bun. Who is she?
During the healing period, the masked asura took care of this human when was brought to his castle, this asura ordered his fellow healers to immediately healed him. Of course, by using magic power.
"How's his condition?" asked the asura.
"Not very well. He's critical," answered the healer.
"In any case, please do your best to save his life."
"Very well, my lord."
After the healer left, this asura thought of something, "Hah... Why am I reminded of that goddess?"
On the seventh day in the morning, I started to wake up and opened my eyes. I was in a spacious room like a prince's room. Yes, this is a castle! I looked anywhere while admiring the splendidness of this room. Big windows, spacious room, and looks like there is a terrace in front. I feel the soft and fluffy bed is very different from what I have felt so far. I realized I was wearing a long silky and my long hair was falling.
Not long after, the asura entered. I also pretended to be unconscious while thinking, "Was he the one who took care of me all this time?" Then I remembered the last time I could remember before passing out.
He brought water and started wiping my face and hands. Soothing sensation from the fragrant scent of lavender. After that, he left me. I was touched by his actions, but I realized that he was an asura. To humans, asuras were powerful and terrifying beings.

Not long after, I felt hungry and wanted to eat. My body is still weak. No wonder I haven't eaten yet. "Then why did I pretend I was still in a coma?" I do not have enough courage to see him. Just to walk I'm still weak and powerless. Are my bones really broken?" I thought. I lay down while enjoying this room.
In another asura territory, in a room, Leona was annoyed that her friend defended humans more than her. A conversation ensued between the two asuras.
"I can't accept this. I can't let this continue." Leona snapped.
Leander felt sad when he saw Leona's expression who still loved that asura. Here Leander has special feelings for Leona.
*****
At noon, there was a figure of an asura maid. With curly hair and small horns on the head. She came in and saw me sitting. When she saw that I was awake, she was overjoyed.
"Are you awake? I will tell my lord," She spoke.
"Eh, wait a minute. Can you keep this a secret?"
"Why? My lord has been worried about your condition all this time."
"Uhm. It's fine. It's just that I don't know how to deal with him," replied me.
"I don't know why I'm embarrassed" I muttered in my mind.
"My lord takes the time to see your condition every day. I also don't know why he is so kind to humans. As long as I work to serve him, you are the only human guest who comes here." explained the maid.
"Oh...."
"So, I'm special??" I thought.
"You were in critical condition and barely survived. A week in a coma, but luckily, you look better now."
"Thank you," I speak.
Then my stomach growled. I was embarrassed and said, "Uhm. Sorry. Is there anything to eat? Hehe. "
"I'll prepare it. Please wait." The maid happily left me. She was friendly.
I started to think weird. "Am I going to eat fresh blood?" I feel nauseous when I think about it.

Not long after, there was a knock on the door.
"Please come in," answered me.
What a surprise, the figure in front of me was a male asura with a mask. He came to me with a dish.
He said softly, "Are you awake?"
"Ah... Yes." I answered awkwardly.
Then there was silence between us.
"Um...." We both said in unison.
"Ah. You speak first." I spoke.
"Are you okay?" Asked him.
"Yeah, I'm getting better even though I'm still weak. Thank you for saving me and taking care of me all this time." I saw he was speechless, and I can't read his expression because of his mask.
"You don't have to think about it. Please enjoy the food," replied him.
I also had doubts about what was in the food. Then he said as if he read my mind, "Don't worry, this is edible food for you." Then I opened the food and like before, I don't remember ever eating this sumptuous. I ate voraciously because the maid said I had been in a coma for a week.
He walked to the window and looked out. While I am enjoying my meal, I saw him. Somehow, I could see there was relief in his eyes even though he covered them with a mask over his eyes.
"Where are you from? Who do you live with?" He asked me the question.
"I live in the woods not far from the tavern you attacked the other day. And I live alone."
"I'm sorry about that."
I ask him back many questions.
"As Leona said that humans are greedy and destroy our territory."
"But you shouldn't attack innocent people," I replied.
"At that time, we only wanted to show our existence so that humans no longer dared to intrude on our territory. But it seems my friend's behavior is excessive.
"You guys not only frighten us, but you all want power. I know you are different from your partner. You are kind and want to end this attack, right?"
He was silent for a moment as if unsure of how to answer. Then he ended this conversation and turned around.
"You should rest."
But before he left, I asked him his name.
Deg!!
In my mind, "His name is familiar. I've heard that name before. But where??"
When I was about to introduce myself, he just walked away without me having time to say my name.
Then I thought, "I should introduce myself first. I never thought that this would happen in my life that I almost died. Anyway, I should thank him. Even though I don't understand why he safe me. Everything seems to be a mystery."
In Lucien's room, he was muttering to himself and smiling faintly with relief and gratitude, "It's good that he's regained consciousness."
This human lives here and it doesn't feel like a month has passed in the healing process. Daily, this human helped the maids, and it didn't take long to become friends with them. He was dressed like a knight and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere around the castle since it was in the woods.
Today is a full moon night. At noon that day, the youth asked Lucien. "Why are you wearing a mask?"
"I don't want anyone to see my face."
"Is his face so ugly that he's embarrassed and inferior?" That's what's on my mind. Then I said, "Don't worry, I won't be afraid of you," I smiled at him.
"Again, he was just silent. After all, it is his right. And maybe he is more comfortable with it." I thought.
Lucien remembers an incident. Long ago when he was in the land of heaven, he was inferior among the superior gods. At that time, there was a goddess who saw his gloom and knew what had happened. She is the goddess who saved him.
