A lot went down the following year. But the worse was yet to come. Even though everything shocked me, 2 things stood out the most,

Kai and Zane. My boyfriend and my best friend. Fire and ice. But they had nothing to do with each other.

I was at the school with my friends teaching students about Lloyd's journey as the green ninja, never mind I'm the only one who's doing nothing.

"Jay why would you do that?" Kai yelled running in while pissed off at Jay.

"Chill dude what happened?"

"Jay filmed me singing in the bathroom! THE BATHROOM!"

"What do you expect? Now that my brothers no longer a child the next prankster is Jay." I say calmly eating chocolate pudding.

"Hey who took my pudding?!"

"Definitely not me bluebell."

"Damnit _______! I had my name on that!"

"What name? I don't see a name."

"FIELD TRIP!"

"We're having a field trip!" Zane said walking in.

"Nice! Wait where?"

"Borg industries."

"Lloyd!" I ran towards my brother squeezing him to death.

"Hey sis, what's up?"

"We're in war again with the overlord. He's stuck in the digital world and he's coming for you."

"Oh shit."

"Come on we need you out of here!" I quickly summon my dragon and pulled him upwards and flew off not giving a fuck about the others, they can protect themselves for all I care.

"Oi, sis slow down a bit okay? Your going a little bit too fast!" Lloyd clutched onto my stomach harder as I force my dragon to go faster.

"Lloyd! There's a fucking evil overlord chasing you for your power! I am NOT letting my brother die today, or any other day before me!"

"Lloyd, you need to know balance." I say throwing some rocks onto his stacks of over sized rocks along side dad. Slowly as Lloyd struggled with basically hauling 3 mountains at once, dad all of a sudden threw another 600 pound rock basically crushing his poor soul.

As quickly as possible, dodging any sort of attack from the overlord, all 3 of us ended up at the edge of a cliff. I took one step too far and ended up falling towards the ocean, which fortunately something caught me, unfortunately, it was the overlord.

"Come here golden ninja, or your sister gets it." His voice was still cold, it hurts my ears. When that was said, someone pulled out a large knife right to my throat.

"_____!"

"Lloyd!, forget about me, ninjago comes first you idiot!"

"I cant just abandon you and dad like that...!"

"Lloyd! You fucking idiot! It doesn't matter what happens to me or dad, you have to stay alive for the world, our friends, me...just move on, go help the others, forget about us do you get it?"

"No I don't get it! I cant just leave my family because of power! Its, its- its so stupid and heart breaking you think i could just do it?"

"Lloyd, no, don't you dare..." I started to tear up,

"Take me overlord, let my family go." Loyd took off his cloak slowly, facing downwards with his short wavy bangs covering his eyes, a shadow casting over his his eyes.

The overlord forced his soldiers to take Lloyd aboard his ship. Saying a quick goodbye to dad and throwing him off board.

"Dad!" Both Lloyd and i cried as we witnessed our own father falling into his death.

The overlord threw Lloyd into a glass casing keeping him captive inside, whilst I was kept tied up on the wall beside him. Lloyd soon began to panic as buttons were clicked onto the machine just outside his case. Green and golden pixels and swirls came straight out of Lloyd. The overlord really was extracting his power.

"Lloyd!" I screamed out to see my brother passed out on the floor, not moving, or breathing from what I can see. Somehow while i was busy being shocked by my brother, someone has knocked me out,

Dark,

Darker,

Even darker.

"Lloyd?" I opened my eyes groggily trying to focus my vision. He was still pasted out inside the casing, but I was let free, just slouched against the wall now.

"Lloyd? Brother wake up!" I yelled pounding against the glass, he wasn't waking up, or barely breathing even.

"Let's get ready." I hear that cold voice say somewhere behind me. "Well, well, well, the princess woke up. Take her too." I quickly stood up running towards the overlord clutching onto his robe.

"What. Did. You. Do. To my. Brother!?" I took off one hand allowing a purple sphere to show up.

"I just extracted his power, he'll most likely die." I quickly smashed his face with my hand and pulling back.

Nothing.

Legit nothing happened.

I was a state of shock. He quickly gotten me at his side holding me in place.

"Now that your here, the ninjas won't stand a chance if they know you could be injured." His cold, black hand caressed my cheek causing me to shiver. "Their tiny princess is finally hopeless. This is a great day. For me of course."

"You are sick."

"Oh please, once your prince in shining armor sees you, he wouldn't even care."

What? Kai wouldn't care anymore?

"What did you do? Turn my friends against me?!"

"Oh, I didn't nothing. The fire ninja did it himself."

"Kai wouldn't, would he?"

"I don't know, why you find out for yourself?"

"What do you mean-!" He quickly shoved me outside to see ninjago city. The innocent citizens all gone. No where in sight. I can just see the other 6 standing right at the bottom of the building.

"Uncle!"

"_____! Don't worry we're coming to get you!" Uncle cried out. The city was already under attack, I was too late to help.

As I hesitated to think straight, a black flash crossed my side and took me.

"Hey,"

"Thanks Cole."

"Where's Lloyd?" He asked still holding me bridal style.

"He's still with the overlord. They took his powers, I'm not even sure if he's alive.." Cole as quickly as he can held my head as if I was a baby.

"Don't worry, the others will hold him back, we'll go looking for him alright?"

I nodded my head in response. "Now where is he hiding greenie?"

"Somewhere in the same building I came out of. He was just....just lying there."

"It's okay we'll find him." Cole took me back to the towers entrance. We ran and ran all over the place, searching through the corridors, the rooms, the bathrooms, and finally the roof. Where the wretched helicopter stood, the one where I was taken in.

"Cole! He might be in there!" I ran to the entrance at the back. The glass case was empty, the door opened.

"FUCK! HES GONE!"

I pulled Cole by the hand and jumped off the building, I called my dragon and landed on the ground and found my uncle and the others.

"Zane don't you fucking dare do it!" Jay yelled out panicked. I glanced at the overlord. Zane, he was just there, holding the golden weapons in place. A single tear came out of his eyes. Uncle and Lloyd quickly pulled me into the sewer system.

"ZANE!"

"No way..." Lloyd said out loud.

"LLOUD YOU IDIOT I THOUGHT HE KILLED YOU!" I pulled him into a tight hug, crushing his smol soul.

"I had a little power left, I was able to escape thanks to you and dads training."

"Don't do something stupid next time alright?"

"I promise I won't."

I kicked the door open to find Ninjago covered in ice. All there was, is a white mask. More specifically, it was Zane's.

"No..."

After Zane's funeral, I walked around the park and sat down at the little pond at the center. Tiny ducklings came up to me and brushed against my legs. All of a sudden, a shadow castes over my legs, forcing the little ducks back into the pond.

"Kai? What's up?"

"Look, we, we need to talk."

"About what?"

"It's complicated, but,..."

"But what?"

"I'm breaking up with you."
