As planned, you got up, got dressed, and stood on the balcony waiting for the sunrise. You stood against the rail while Michael stood behind you with his arms around your waist and his head resting on your shoulder as you watched the sky start to go from black to dark blue.
You sighed as the colors changed from one color of the light spectrum to the next. So much beauty and peace; the sunrise, the birds chirping. Honestly, it reminded you of his song from the future Break Of Dawn.
You started giggling as you thought of that song; Michael kissed your temple and slightly giggled with you.
"What's so funny?" he asked.
"nothing.. Just thinking about one of your songs," You said.
"Which one?"
"It isn't out yet."
"Oh.. Is it good?"
"Well duh," You giggled again.
You became silent once more and continued watching the sunrise over Neverland. Afterwards Michael went off to tell Lisa to go on a day of shopping and fun with her girls. She agreed without hesitation and quickly got ready, running out the door.
Michael came back and realized that you had gotten dressed already and was ready to go.
"So.. What do you wanna do?" You asked smiling.
"How about we go to the amusement park?" he suggested.
Your eyes lit up, "Yes!" You grabbed his hand and drug him out the door.
Time Skip
You squealed when Michael bumped you in his bumper car, you quickly ran into him with your own and took off when he started after you.
After bumper cars you headed to the cotton candy stand. You laughed when he started to make cotton candy and accidentally got covered in the pink fuzz. You took the opportunity and bit some off that was on his cheek. He blushed and giggled when you did.

Grabbing your hand, he ran with you to the Ferris Wheel and started it up.
By now it was starting to get late again; the sun starting to set over the horizon. The machine stopped at the very top; allowing you to gaze at the view in front of you.
You looked over at Michael smiling, but my it quickly faded, "Michael...."
"Yes?" he looked at you sweetly, his eyes twinkling in the lights of the ride.
"I'm scared.. I'm getting the same feeling I did before I vanished back in '82..." You whispered shakily.
His face was sad at first, but then turned to anger, "You know, I had fun today, I really did. But..."
You grew nervous from his long pause, "But what, Michael?"
"I can't deal with this anymore.. Most of my memories of you now make me sad, because if you vanish and we meet again, you'll probably vanish again. Maybe it wasn't meant for us to meet. Maybe you shouldn't have ever gotten into that time machine. I can't go on like this forever. I'll keep getting my heart broken. I don't to put up with the continuous heartache if that's the case. I'm sorry, but you're gonna have to leave, and I am going to have to forget you to finally be truly happy," he told you with tears in his eyes, pain across his face.
You felt tears fill your eyes, but you couldn't help the anger that welled up, "If that is the way you want it, then fine. This isn't my fault! You think I enjoy this? I don't. It hurts me just as much as it hurts you, because I have strong feelings for you. You know, I was going to tell you that I loved you tonight. But obviously you don't want to hear that now."

He stared at you with wide eyes, but an emotionless expression. He opened his mouth to say something, you stuck your hand in his face, "Save it. There's nothing left to talk about."
A stupid decision it may have been, but you took it upon yourself to get off of that ride alone. You climbed out and made your way slowly down the railing and jumped onto the ground.
You looked back up at where he was, to see that he was staring down at you, "Goodbye," was all you said as you turned your back.
You ran out of Neverland, but once you made it around the corner you felt a sharp pain again. "Oh, here we go."
Everything went black.
