《my brothers best friend》Sick?

It's been a couple weeks since mom and dad has been home, and I've been feeling like a total wreck.
I walked into the living, after just growing up for the third time this week. I held my head in my hand, because of the major headache I got.
I saw mom, dad and Sam sitting all together. Mom looked at me.
"God sweetie, you look green!" Mom said standing up to check on me.
"No, I don't know" I responded, not knowing quite sure what was wrong with me.
Mom poured me a glass of water, and took me on to the couch.
"You don't have a fever," She said touching my forehead. "Is your throat sore? Are you nauseous?" She questioned me.
"Yeah, no. I just feel terrible" I said tiredly.
"Okay ima going to run to the store and get you some medicine." She said.
I lasted there on the couch half asleep, and saw Mom talking to sam. I ease-dropped on their conversation.
"Me and dad were supposed to go see Shawn tonight, but I don't wanna leave her here like that. So can you please take care of her, just for tonight, and maybe even tomorrow?" She asked Sam.
"Yes, yes of course. Don't worry" He responded. My eyes widened.
"Okay, thank you so much. Me and dad are going to get ready to leave soon" Mom said.

An hour later mom and dad told us bye, mean while I was still laying on the couch. They left and it was just me and Sam alone again.
"How are you doing?" Samuel asked me and sat on the couch next to me.
"Not good" I responded sitting up.
"C'mon, lets take you up the room" Sam said, and picked me up.

I grabbed onto his shoulders and walked up, with half a smile, half a green face. I wish I was kidding, but I was so sick from throwing up, my face was so pale, and I looked like a mess.
Half way up the stairs, I gagged.
"Down down down down!" I exclaimed, and let go of Sam. I ran back down the stairs and I into the bathroom.
I kneeled before the toilet, and let it out, for the second time today. I don't know how Samuel didn't walk out of there, instead he held my hair back and patted my back.
I look at him with watering eyes, looking for the right words to say.
"Sam... I-I don't think I'm sick. I haven't gotten my period yet and I've been so nauseous and throwing up every morning for a few days, but it hasn't been this bad... I-I think I'm, pregnant." I says bawling.
