Viktor sighed as he entered the borders of the Silver Moon pack, he was here to make a treaty with the Alpha. Viktor wasn't very fond of wolves, he didn't want to be here but his second in command, Christophe, had convinced him that this treaty could be beneficial. So now he had to go spend time with the pack examining them, to see if they were really worth having a treaty with. Christophe parked the car and they all exited, with them were Christophe's mate, Diego. Viktor's third in command, Archie and his mate Jeremiah.

The five of them walked up to the packhouse where two men who they assumed were the Alpha and Beta waiting for them. "Hello, welcome to the Silver Moon pack. I am the Alpha, Jacob Wick. and this is my Beta, Clint Marshall." The Taller man, with blonde hair and blue eyes, said.

"Pleasure to meet you, I am King Viktor Black, These are my second and third in command Christophe Santiago and Archie Kratt and their mates, Diego Santiago and Jeremiah Kratt." Viktor said, motioning to each person as he introduced them. Each member gave a nod keeping their straight face, eyes flicking around scoping out their surroundings.

"Nice to meet you all, the rest of the pack will be down to meet you later. We will get you settled in then show you around, and introduce you to the others." Clint said, turning around and heading into the house. The vampire group waited until they were a few feet away before following the two wolves into the house. They were shown to their floor and left alone to get settled in.

Christopher was the first to speak. "Their mates were not there to greet us. " he said, placing his bag on the floor near the couch.

"They do have mates, they smelled like it. It's weird to be welcomed to a pack by just the Alpha and Beta, normally they bring their mates." Archie said, sitting on the couch.

"No time to worry about that now. We should unpack before they come get us." Viktor said, heading to one of the rooms to unpack in. He put his clothes away and moved to the glass door leading out to the balcony that looked out into the forest. He stood there for a few minutes before there was a knock on his door. "Come in." he called and the door opened to reveal Christophe.

"The Alpha has requested us to come down to meet the pack." He said, coming up to Viktor and looking at the view too. "Do you think you'll find them here?" He asked, referring to Viktor's mate. Viktor had been waiting centuries for his mate and had yet to even catch a sniff of them.

"I don't know, I don't think I have a mate out there Chris." Viktor sighed.

"Come on, Vik, you'll find them. I'm sure of it." Christophe said, smiling reassuringly at his friend. "Come on let's go meet the rest of the pack." he said, placing a hand on Viktor's shoulder and leading him out of his room and down to meet the pack.
