《My Arranged Shaadi (Complete)》Chapter- 18 I love you

Two weeks passed by really well. Both of us used to be really busy. But still, we both behaved really nicely and I had become habitual of sleeping in his arms.
And it was finally Saturday. I and Paras were shifting my stuff to his... OUR room. We had also bought some interior decor items to redecorate the room. We were almost done with the work, just one picture was left to be hung on the wall.
I was standing on the edge of the bed to hang that picture on the wall. Suddenly my leg slipped and I was damn sure that I was going to fracture my hand today. But wait, I never fell.
I felt a firm grip on my waist. I opened my eyes and there was my saviour. Oh man, he was so perfect. Those brown eyes were so addicting.
"Careful." He muttered. But he didn't leave me.
"Hey dude, will you please leave me. I have got a picture to hang on the wall." I said trying to be cool, just to hide how hard I was blushing.
"Oh really? Well I have other plans." He said and smirked. He let go of me and I landed straight on the bed. He was hovering me and I was really nervous. We were married and we could take our marriage to the next level but... was I ready?
"Just look at your face Nishtha. Trust me, I won't do anything without your consent." He chuckled and said. And I gave a smile of relief.
"But you can't stop me from doing this." He said and smirked. He suddenly started tickling me. Oh my god!! I was ticklish as hell ! I was laughing like crazy !!!
"S..top please!!" I said while laughing.
"That's what she never said." He stopped and said. And winked at me. Yessss, it was a great opportunity. I took a pillow and hit him on his face. Oh my God ! It was hilarious.
I swiftly got away from his hold and jumped on the other side of the bed grabbing another pillow.
"Damn woman! We just arranged the bed!" He said while laughing.

"Well you started it!" I said while grinning like an idiot. Then I hit him with the pillow.
"You're gonna regret that!" He said and jumped on the bed grabbing a pillow. He then hit me with the pillow.
We were running all around the house frequently hitting each other with the pillow and laughing like maniacs.
Finally we reached the kitchen. He dropped the pillow on the floor and held my arm and I didn't protest. In a go, he pinned me to the kitchen counter. He was caressing my cheek and it felt really great.
"I love you..." He said looking directly into my eyes. I was surprised, more like shocked. Oh My God !!!!! Did he really just say that !!!!! What should I say ???
He looked at me expectantly.
"I love you too!" I said in a go. He was smiling really hard and lifted me up and swung me all around.
When we were back to our previous position, I stood up on my toes and he was looking at what I was doing. I crashed my lips on his.
Our lips were moving rhythmically. We parted to catch some breath. Both of us were smiling like idiots. He was still holding my face.
"You are forgetting something." I said and he looked at me in a questioning manner.
Yeah, I was still having the pillow in my hand. I hit him with the pillow and ran away. But he was too quick. He caught hold of my arm and pulled me towards him.
My back collided with his rock hard chest. He started moving his fingers on my hands and I couldn't help but drop the pillow. He started kissing my neck, in a really sensual manner.
He was about to turn me around when suddenly his phone started ringing.
"Ughhhh!" He groaned and picked up the phone. While he was talking on the phone, I picked up the pillows, arranged them on the bed and hung the picture on the wall. The bedroom was looking amazing, our hard work paid off.
As I was adoring the room, Paras came and hugged me from behind. Oh, how much I waited for this day when we would be a happy couple.

"Look, I know you hate her, but Rachna bua ji is coming to stay here for tonight." He muttered on my neck and I turned around with a jerk.
"What the hell? That woman, your grandfather's sister???" Oh my God! And here I thought, everything was going really well in my life.
"Look I'm sorry... mom and dad pressurized me like always. She said she wants to know that we are living nicely or not. But don't worry, we'll handle her together." He said pulling me in a hug.
"Okay, not that we have any other choice." I said and sighed. And ladies and gentlemen, my mood was officially spoilt.
"She's coming at 6 p.m." He said while making a guilty face and I looked at my watch. It was 4 pm already.
"Let me wear a saree then, I don't want any drama in my house." I said and he nodded. I always needed to watch a tutorial while draping a saree. I somehow draped it in half an hour.
"You look beautiful." Paras said and he was about to hug me from behind while I was wearing my earrings.
"Aaaa, keep you hands to yourself. I have gone through so much to drape this cloth around me!" I snapped and he gave me a funny look.
"Anyways, I have prepared the guest room." He said and I smiled at him.
After a while, it was 6 p.m. and the doorbell rang. I was in the kitchen preparing tea.
"Oh bua ji, Namaste!" I heard Paras say. Damn, that old hag was here. Ughhh God, please give me strength to tolerate this bitch.
I somehow went in the living room with a fake smile plastered on my face.
"Namaste bua ji." I said and kept the tray which had tea and biscuits on the table.
"Hmm... haven't your parents taught you to touch the feet of elders." Damn, this woman. I can't tolerate her for a second in my house. I didn't want to but I still touched her feet and Paras gave me a sympathetic smile.
That woman took a sip of the tea made by me.
"The tea's good." She said. Oh my God, I couldn't believe my own ears. Did she just praise me??? No, she didn't, I know she was going to add something bitchy.
"It would have been better if you added more sugar... and more milk... and more tea powder... and more milk... and more water." What the hell? Woman, don't you understand if I added some more quantity of all of that then there would be two cups of tea instead of one.
"Guddu, look how skinny you've become. Doesn't your wife give you food?" She said. How dare she?
"Bua ji, it's nothing like that, she makes really tasty food." Paras said and I smiled at him. I was glad that he defended me.
"Anyways, I thing bahu (daughter in law), you should pay more attention at home, why don't you leave your job?" WHAT THE FUCK ??? Who has given this bitch the right to utter such shit from her mouth??? I was about to snap at her when Paras held my wrist.
"Bua ji, I'll never let Nishtha leave her job. Because she is really good at it, so please don't say anything about her job." He said and that so called bua ji made a disgusted face.
"Guddu, what magic has she done on you? You have begun to defy me?" She snapped.
"Bua ji, she hasn't done any magic or anything. It's your orthodox mentality that's making me defy you. You are in my house, so don't say anything wrong to my wife please." He said and I was looking at him in awe.
"Hay Ram! I shouldn't have come herein the first place!" She said and stomped towards the guest room. Yeah right, she shouldn't have come here.
Paras sighed. "I'm sorry Nishtha... I shouldn't have let her come to our house." He said.
I just cupped his cheek and then hugged him tightly.
"Well, her presence doesn't affect me as long as you're by my side." I said and I felt him smile. He then hugged me back, more tightly.

DarkBoi69's mediocre, rushed and badly-written aventure
Follow DarkBoi69's edgy adventure as I move him through a shitty plot where he meets terribly-written characters like angry evil stupid villains and naive cute useless busty women. This story is not really an actual serious story but simply a writing exercise for me to focus on overall writing speed, forcefully insert some writing in my everyday life to increase productivity and most importantly help with turning ideas, thoughts or feelings into writing directly without feeling blocked, hopefully trying to achieve something as close as possible to writing unconsciously what i’m thinking about. I'll probably try to do something like writing as much in 30 mins as I can, nearly every-day. So far I've only done this once and it already seems like a pretty good thing to do. I don’t have anything planned and that’s probably going to be a constant for every one of these exercises, so it’ll end up being not very good (although maybe better than it has any right to be? ) and nonsensical.

Flashback: Siren Song
The year is 1969. Yancy Lazarus—bluesman, gambler, future world-class mage and fix-it man—is just a dumb, unlucky kid serving with the 3rd Battalion 3rd Marines in Vietnam. With just a few weeks left to go until Yancy gets shipped back to the States, he’s just trying to keep his head down and avoid a body bag—no mean feat in Nam. But when his squad is tasked with conducting a routine patrol deep in enemy territory, everything goes to nine kinds of hell, and he quickly sees his chances at survival slipping away. When the radio operators start to pick up some funky, dirty ol’ blues all the way out in the backcountry, it’s a nice change of pace. At least until the men in Yancy’s squad start losing their minds, turning on each other with murderous intent as the music works its deadly power within them. Convinced it’s some kind of new psychological warfare initiative, the squad leader forces the men to push deeper and deeper into the Vietnamese jungle, obsessed with locating the music’s source. What they find, however, isn’t some new technology, but an ancient spirit awoken by the terrible war. Even worse, the music is changing Yancy too, awakening something buried inside of him. Only one thing is certain, nothing is ever going to be the same.See how it all began … *** PRAISE FOR SIREN SONG:Hunter's writing is as low-down, gritty, and insidious as the blues Yancy Lazarus loves. Just like the mysterious music drifting through the jungle toward Yancy's squad, Siren Song will get under your skin and sink its hooks into your mind. —eden Hudson, Author of Halo Bound (the Redneck Apocalypse series) *** Hey everyone, this is James Hunter. This story isn't a full length novel--its a novella length work (25K words), and is part of my Yancy Lazarus series. Its already free on Amazon, so I thought I'd post chapters here for the good folks of Royal Road.
