I was getting ready for Eros's birthday. Sonya is with me and helping me to get ready.

Yeah everyone knows you can make yourself look more scary rather than beautiful.

And as for the gift for him I got perfect gift for him. I'm damn sure he'll like it.

Fingers crossed.

You know what, Sonya is dating Nick. I can't believe that Nick's charm worked on Sonya. And she was squealing all the time when she's telling me about their date.

I'm happy for both of them. I know Nick is a very great guy. I hope their relationship goes further.

Yeah. Nick really is an awesome guy.

I was wearing a black coloured strapless sequins dress with a slit which reached my mid thigh and with smokey eyes, I wore black coloured 4 inch heels to match with the dress. And I wore the same earings that Eros gave me yesterday.

Yesterday was an amazing day. I saw a totally different Eros yesterday. He was so kind and sweet. But when he asked me for another chance I was totally shocked. What should I say to him.

Flashback.

When he said all those thing kneeling in front of me. A teardrop flowed from my eye at his beautiful gesture.

I was standing there confused. Should I say yes and give him a chance.

I took the bouquet from his hands and inhaled it's smell.

I took a deep breath.

Now you're going to blow the people off the earth by the breath you are going to release.

"Eros I do appreciate for all your efforts and all the things that you said to me. I know we didn't started our relationship on good terms. But I think that I'm not ready yet to give you a chance. It doesn't mean that I don't like you or don't want to start our relationship once again. All I'm asking you is for some time to rethink whatever you have just said to me. I hope you understand." I meant every word that I said to him.

He was in his deep thoughts but after sometime he looked at me with determination in his eyes.

"It's okay Scarlett. I'll wait for you to trust me. And I'll make that sure that you'll trust me" he cheerfully said and stood up.

"Can I get a kiss for my work?" He ask by scratching the back of his neck.

I chuckled and nodded.

He grinned and came forward and kissed me.

My thoughts were interrupted by someone's yelling.

I looked up and saw a very annoyed girl.

Stupid, she's Sonya.

Oh.

"Where were you? I was yelling for like hours and you were busy in your own world" she huffed.

"Sorry" I apologized showing her my puppy eyes.

She instantly melted.

I think she got scared of your looks.

"Leave it. I was telling you to open your eyes and look at the masterpiece that I had made of you" She stated.

When I looked in the mirror I was in love with the women. She lookes confident and happy.

I also think the same. But how can a mirror show someone beautiful's face instead of your ugly face.

Shut up.

I looked at Sonya and hugged her tightly and thanked her.

Mercy on her bones please.

Soon there was a knock on the door and Eros came in.

"Scar are you ready because if you're not I'll drag you in whatever condition you are." He said.

"Happy birthday Eros and as your gift here is your beautiful wife" Sonya said and I turned around.

When he glanced at me he stood on his place and his mouth was hung open.

Omg, now he's scared of you.

"Lover boy you can shut your mouth. I know you have 32 teeth" Sonya teased.

I giggled.

He cleared his throat.

"You are looking gorgeous, so beautiful " he exclaimed.

I blushed.

"Happy birthday dear hubby" I said as I moved forward to kiss his lips. Which shocked him but soon he responded.

"Oh my virgin eyes" Sonya said by covering her eyes.

Yeah we all know that.

I moved away from him and chuckled.

"You don't look bad yourself hubby" I complimented him.

He grinned.

"Thank you so much wifey " he replied.

He was wearing a black tux with white crisp shirt. His hairs were gelled back. He was truly looking handsome.

Now stop drooling. Will you?

"Now let's get going. I don't want your mum to scold you on your birthday and I'm going with Nick. I don't want to be the third wheel" Sonya said with a wink.

Soon she left.

Eros put his hand on the small of my back and we exited our room.

Then we left our home and headed towards Eros's mom's home.

When we reached there paparazzi were already there clicking pictures of us.

We dodged them and entered the house.

The house was looking very beautiful with all those lightenings. The decorations were on their best.

"Happy Birthday Son" Eros's mom said by kissing him on his cheek.

"Glad you all made it " she said.

Ofcourse he would when you are his mom.

"Oh my, Scarlett you look beautiful dear" she said and hugged me or should I say crushed me.

What does all the mommy's eat?

"Scarlett" I heard my mom's voice.

Time to get crushed again.

When I turned around she was standing there. She engulfed me in a tight hug.

"How are you mom? I missed you so much." I said.

"Oh dear I'm fine and I missed you too" she kissed my forehead.

There's no entertainer left in her home.

"Happy birthday dear Son-in-law " mom said embracing him.

"Thank you mom-in-law " he mocked.

Mom laughed.

"I hope everything's going fine between you two?" She questioned.

"Yup, everything's amazing" he replied with a kiss on my cheek.

Eros's mom left us by taking my mom with her and we both were left alone.

Taking? It was more like dragging.

"Scarlett, why are you making it hard for me to move on from you" someone said.

What? Someone wants to move on from you? Is he blind?

When I looked at the source of voice it was Nick.

I smiled at him.

He came to me and hugged me.

"You're looking so gorgeous. Aren't you becoming more beautiful day by day? How did this idiot got so lucky?" He asked.

I blushed.

"Hey it's my birthday. I'm the one getting hugs. Stop hugging my wife " Eros whined and pulled me away from Nick.

We both chuckled.

"Happy birthday bro" Nick said by hugging Eros and patting his back.

"Thanks man. And now you have your girl why don't you spend time with her and leave my wife for me" Eros said.

"Jealous much?" Nick teased.

Which made Eros glare at Nick.

"Stop it both of you. And Nick you are dating my bestie still you didn't tell me anything about it? When are you going to tell me?" I glared at him.

He avoided my gaze and looked down.

"Omg, Is the great Nick is blushing?" I teased.

Which made Eros to concentrate on him more.

Eros grinned.

"Stop it you both. Stop harassing my boyfriend " Sonya came from behind.

"Your saviour is here Nick" Eros teased.

Nick glared at Eros.

Eros chuckled.

"You both enjoy your party and stop teasing my boyfriend" Sonya stated.

Soon they left me and Eros alone by Sonya dragging poor Nick with her.

"So Scar, have you thought about my proposal?" Eros asked.

Before I could reply someone cut me off.

"Happy birthday big brother " Anna squealed and ran towards Eros and literally jumped on him.

I laugher at her behaviour.

"Thank you Anna" he kissed her cheek.

She embraced me in a tight hug.

"How are you Scarlett? Hope he's not annoying you much?" She teased.

I laughed.

"No he's being very polite" I replied.

"Happy Birthday Eros" Richie came after Anna and said.

"Thank you so much. I hope you're enjoying the party" Eros asked by shaking his hand with Richie.

"Yupp it's amazing and it's more amazing when you have a nice company" Richie said with a wink at Anna.

What's going on between them?

"Hey babes, how you doing?" Richie asked.

"Everything is fine and what's going on between you and Anna?" I replied.

I can see a light shade of pink on his cheek.

Is he also blushing?

Before he could reply Eros's mom interrupted us.

"Hello everyone. Thank you all for gathering here to celebrate my lovely son's birthday. So it's time to cut the cake" she squealed.

Everyone clapped loudly.

Soon the birthday cake came which was looking so beautiful yet delicious.

Eros hold my hand and we both walked towards the cake for cutting.

When Eros cut the cake everyone was singing "happy birthday to you.." song and cheerfully clapping.

He cut one piece and I thought he'll give it to her mom but he made me eat the piece.

I was grinning all the time.

Everyone started giving him gifts and he accepted them with his signature smile.

I hope he'll like my gift.
