“Joonie, this is too much, I don't wanna-”
“Yoongi, I'm taking you out for dinner. Cooperate with me and stay still,” Namjoon complained a little. He was trying to finish buttoning up the shirt, but Yoongi didn't want to wear it, claiming it was 'too dark'. It was a gray button-up shirt, it wasn't bad.
“Thank you for staying still. Now, hurry up and brush your teeth and hair.”
“But Joonie-”
Namjoon sent Yoongi a glare, biting the inside of his cheek. Yoongi jumped, running out and towards the bathroom. Namjoon signed, brushing his hair back. He had made a reservation for today, since Yoongi didn't want to do anything. He stood up, heading to his own room and touching up the little details of himself.
After awhile, he was standing by the door, waiting for Yoongi. Wallet in hand and his phone in the other, he waited. A minute. Three minutes. Five minutes passed. Yoongi surely couldn't have taken that long. He groaned, calling out for Yoongi, and instead got no reply. He walked upstairs and to the bathroom, finding Yoongi struggle with his hair.
He sighed, taking the brush out of Yoongi's and fixing it himself.
“Gosh, can't you even do your own hair?”
“It wouldn't stay down.” Yoongi frowned, crossing his arms. Namjoon hummed quietly before finishing his hair. He took Yoongi's hand before walking back downstairs. They headed outside and to the awaiting car, getting in. It was a quiet ride, but not long. Eventually, they found themselves in front of an expensive, fancy looking restaurant.
“Joonie this is too much-”
“You really like saying that, don't you?” Namjoon joked, walking towards the entrance. Yoongi reluctantly followed quietly. Once inside, Namjoon spoke to the hostess quietly, Yoongi peering over his shoulder a little. It wasn't long before they were being directed to a private area and ordering food.
Sitting across from Namjoon, who had no problem in deciding what to order, Yoongi stared at his menu. Unlike Namjoon, he was thoughtful yet stumped. He didn't known what to get. Namjoon watched him curiously, wondering what the boy may try. The blue glints in his eyes shown brightly, meaning he hasn't used much energy that day.

“Having trouble choosing what to eat?” Namjoon asked, pitching in. Yoongi directed his eyes towards him and nodded. Namjoon laughed, picking up his menu and looking through it again. He suggested a few choices before Yoongi decided on one. The waiter came over, took their orders and menus, leaving with a 'I'll be back with your food later'.
Yoongi fidgeted with his fingers, looking around the area. Slow, faint music played and the sound of voices talking were heard. Namjoon tapped the table, thinking of a subject he could come up with.
“So, Yoongi, do you play any instruments?”
“Piano.”
“Really? I never knew. You know, I do have a piano in the living room. I can't play well but there are some songs I can manage.”
“I'd like to hear you play sometime, Joonie.”
“All the same for me.” Namjoon hummed, reaching out towards the boy and taking his hand in his. Yoongi smiled towards him.
“What was your first impression of me?”
Namjoon's smile faltered, but he brought it back together. He let go of the hand, bringing it up to his face. He thought about what he should say.
“Well... I was shocked at first, a little overwhelmed. I thought you were a clingy nuisance, but these past few days you just want the best for me.”
“Mhm. I also thought you were really scary and mean, and you're still kinda scary,” Yoongi confessed, looking away with a small blush. Namjoon smirked, he knew how he'd get to Yoongi easier. Their food was delivered and they ate. Yoongi's face lit up at his first bite, and he ate it like no tomorrow. Namjoon watched him, not realizing there was literally love radiating from his eyes.
Yoongi looked up at him and sat his utensils down, staring back. “Are you not gonna eat?”
“Huh? Oh, I am, I was just wondering if it was okay.”

“It's really good! Can we order more?”
“Maybe, let me finish first.”
Yoongi smiled, picking up his utensils and continuing to eat. Namjoon ate slowly, making sure to keep an eye on both Yoongi and his plate. His phone rang, which caught him off guard. He wiped his mouth and picked up. He was filled in about the current situation at the company and was needed immediately.
“Can it wait until tomorrow? I'm kinda busy,” Namjoon said, which caught Yoongi's attention. He glanced towards the boy before focusing on the problem at hand. He sighed, there was no getting out of this. He waved his hand for the waiter, getting the check. Yoongi didn't understand what was going on. Namjoon said he'd be there in ten minutes, hanging up and sighing again.
“Joonie? What's going on?”
“There's a problem at the company between a few employees and, sad but unsurprising, my secretary.”
“What're you gonna do about it?”
“Address the problem and perhaps either demote or fire Jiyeon, she's caused enough trouble,” Namjoon said. After a few minutes, they were on their way to the building. It was a quiet ride. Once they arrived, though, inside the office wasn't as calm. It seemed like chaos had broken out, but it had stopped once Namjoon walked through the doors.
“Namjoon! Thank goodness you're here,” a man called, running up. It was who had called, and they explained the situation. It was way bigger than expected, and it seemed as if his secretary was the heart of it.
“I leave for almost 24 hours and there's already havoc. Great. Yoongi,” Namjoon turned back towards the boy, “stay here.”
Yoongi was reluctant, but nodded. Namjoon and the man walked off, leaving Yoongi. He found a seat, fiddling with his fingers. His heart was uneasy, as if something bad was going to happen. His gut was telling him to go help Namjoon, but he stayed. People around him were whispering about the current problem.
His blood ran cold through his veins, stopping cold. The sound of sirens in the far distance caught his ears. Immediately, he ran almost at light speed, finding Namjoon. There was a group of people in a huge room, and he had to push through before finding Namjoon clutching his body, coughing. Yoongi cried, knocking everyone down around him.
His hands glowed a furious, bright blue near Namjoon's hand. His shirt was staining red, and Yoongi was fearing another loved one would die. Tears swelled up in his eyes, and he was eventually pulled away, watching Namjoon being carried away. He followed, but was stopped again by someone else. Namjoon disappeared from his eyes and into a different vehicle.
He was sat down, given water. His blue glints still glowed a bright blue, despite his energy being used. The energy he used was straight from his heart. Time passed, and Yoongi was zoned out in fear. Sometime Jimin had shown up, shaking the boy to reality. Yoongi resume, tears falling down, which broke Jimin's heart.
“Hey, Yoonie, let's go to my place, okay?”
“But Joonie..”
“Namjoon is a strong man, he'll pull through.”
“But...”
Jimin sighed, lifting the boy up. It took awhile to get to Jimin's home, but once there, Yoongi still wasn't cooperative. And so, the night was slept away sadly, but Yoongi was confused the next morning. When he woke up, he wasn't in Jimin's guest room.
He was back in his own home, 200 years ago, in his own room. Before Hoseok died. Before anything had happened.

The Novel's Extra's Extra
As a reader, Cristopher always looked for things that entertained him, didn't matter what the "critics" said, all that matters was his own opinion on the novel, so he started reading "The Novel's Extra", a webnovel that despicts an author who is transmigrated to his own novel. It was fun and all with its own good and bad points, really, one of his favorites novels at the end of the journey, and that's taking into account the little fact that he didn't have too many things he was able to enjoy, not in that empty shell that was called life for him... Why could someone be born like that? With a void inside, an endless void that slowly consumes oneself... But... for better or worse... everything changed one day, the same day he woke up to discover he had the same faith of the author whose novel he just finished reading, becoming an extra in a novel, becoming The novel's extra's extra... /Ok, now that's the description I thought of... first of all, for those of you who are reading this, if any, a few points I have to make clear: 1. I'm not an english native speaker, so if you find anything wrong in the text, please let me know, that would help me learn, and I would be thankful for that.2. I'm writting this out of pure "enjoyment", so while I'll try to be constant, I'll not make any promises.3. True reason why I'm writing this is because I'm going through a moderate to crippling depression right now (and no, is not because anything trully bad and horrendous happened to me, it seems to have something to do with my brain's malfuctioning, among other things), and doctors told me to try writing as I enjoy reading. So yeah, this is more like a self-help excercise, to keep myself distracted while trying to be safe from my self.4. I choose to make a fanfiction of "The Novel's Extra" as I don't trully know how to write, and because I really loved that webnovel, though there are some points I didn't particulary liked.5. If you see some (let's be clear, really much) self insertion on this series, well, that may be me trying to escape reality, to which I make an early warning and disclaimer, and also ask for forgiveness, as I said before, this is more of an excercise, so don't take it too serious.6. I'll be a slow writer, as I have to still check a few things from the novel, even when I've read it like 3 or 4 times already, and because I know shit about writing a novel or a series.7. If you get to enjoy this, then that's good, I would be glad about it, maybe even more motivated, but I don't really expect this to be any good. Thanks to you all who may, or may not, be reading this novel./
