Last night I didn't sleep all that good. I kept waking up thinking about Steve. I got in the shower and got out finishing my hygiene routine. I placed lotion on my body as I then got dressed in something cute and comfortable.

I placed on my bracelet Steve bought for me then took my hair down from its wrap combing it out. I placed a side part then went to throw on some white flip flops with a bow on it. I grabbed my phone and my wristlet going downstairs to the lobby of the hotel walking out.

I went to the pharmacy getting a plan b and taking it in the car just in case things wanted to start getting started that didn't need to get started with my uterus and eggs, we didn't need any of that going on. I went to the Avengers compound getting out the car as I walked in and automatically smelled burnt food.

"What the hell?" I said to myself. I walked upstairs to check on Autumn and she wasn't there so I was assuming her and Steve were dressed and downstairs probably in the kitchen where Steve had no business being. I walked back downstairs going in the kitchen seeing all the men tripping off a pan on fire. "Thor then threw water over it as it became a fireball. They all panicked. "Stop drop and roll!" Scott yelled out.

"You don't do that" I simply said grabbing a fire extinguisher putting it out. Once it was out they all looked at me. "And we're leaving the universe in you guys hands?" I asked. "Thank you" They all thanked. "What were you all trying to do?!" I asked. "Cook breakfast" Bruce answered. "Well don't do it again" I simply said.

"Why does it smell like something burned?" Natasha asked walking in with nebula as they made a face and I just shook my head. "You guys want IHOP?" I asked. "Yeah" they all said as I walked over to Autumn sitting at the table just watching them act crazy. "Mommy they're crazy" she said as I picked her up kissing her head. "I know baby, daddy and his friends are very interesting" I said to her.

I ordered the food on my phone as Natasha, Nebula and I went go pick it up. "Where were you guys at while this was going down?" I asked as Natasha laughed. "Upstairs getting dressed" nebula answered. "Well they were trying to cook breakfast and failed. Thor threw water onto a grease fire and Scott told everyone to drop and roll when no fire was on them... so there goes our team" I explained as they laughed.

I smiled at nebula as this was the first time I've ever seen her laugh. "What you laugh?" I asked shocked as she faintly smiled. I know she's told me about her father briefly and I believe her father caused her trauma and why she's the way she is. "Don't let nobody steal your smile and your laugh no matter who it is. Sometimes we can't pick our parents but we can sure pick our happiness over them" I said as she smiled.

Natasha and I got out to get the food as pepper texted my phone about me, her and the girls having a little sleep over tomorrow night which sounded like fun. I accepted the invite and we headed back to the compound. We took out everyone food out the bags as I sat Autumns food in front of her then I sat Steve's food in front of him as he looked up at me and thanked me.

I sat across from him as Autumn was sitting next to him. The table was full as we were all talking about different things and laughing. "I got a razor for if rocket says anything" Tony said to me as I giggled. "Leave him alone he doesn't know any better" I said.

"I can't believe you two had a kid" Clint brought up looking between Steve and I. We smiled "we all can't believe they had a kid honestly" Tony stated. "Y'all want to know the story of how this relationship even came about?" Natasha asked them.

"Don't" Steve stated in a chuckle. "Right" I said agreeing with Steve. "No I want to hear it, it was like you two were talking next thing I know there's a five year old kid and rings." Clint said as everyone let out a small laugh. "So it started long ago" Natasha started off as I giggled. "Okay it started off as Fury giving her an assignment to watch over Steve, he was going to give it to someone else but I told him to give it to Y/N" she started off "so technically it was me who put them together" Natasha said taking all the credit as everyone laughed.

"No okay so I was supposed to be watching over him and a couple of months went by before we even spoke" I started off "because Cap was scared" Tony interrupted making us laugh. "I was not, I made the first move" he stated as we continued laughing.

"Because I was watching over you and I didn't want anything to do with SHIELD those were the only reasons" I said as I chuckled and I rolled my eyes playfully.

"Steve and Sam knew each other which was a coincidence. Because me Sam and Tiffany was all in the same Air Force unit. They were in the hallway of the apartment building and I seen them and that's when Steve really spoke to me then that night he asked me to go out." I explained.

"So he asked me out and no it wasn't a date" I assured. "It was a date" he stated as Tony nodded and all the men agreed as they laughed. "It was a date but go on" Tony expressed as I giggled. "We went out then he started stalking me" I admitted as we all started laughing.

"No I wasn't" Steve said in a laugh "yes I went out there at the the time she was running on purpose" he started off making everyone let out a small laugh.

"But I wanted to see her" he admitted as I smiled. "Then of course after that you know we were fugitives" he brought up. "Yes and the government was after you two. Yes" Tony nodded as we laughed at his response. "What? I'm just saying. This story is interesting" Tony admitted as I smiled.

"So when we was on the run she kissed me to not show attention to ourselves while we were in the mall and Hydra infiltrators were looking for us" Steve explained. "You kissed him first?" Natasha asked me as I smiled and we bumped fists. "She went in for the kill" Natasha expressed. "No actually I did, stop giving her all the credit like I didn't put in work" Steve said as we laughed.

"Ew" Autumn said as we looked at her. "Wait til you find out exactly where you come from" Tony said to Autumn as I threw a straw wrapper at him and we chuckled. "I come from a stork" She corrected. "Keep believing just that kid" Clint said patting her back.

"Put some respect on Cap's name" Rhodes said "thank you" Steve thanked him as I giggled. "We were in the car and she was cracking jokes about how that was my first kiss since 1945 and have I ever been kissed before" he mimicked me as I giggled. "Well was it?" Tony asked. "Stark" Steve said as we all laughed.

"So I told her maybe she can teach me" Steve started off as the men were being men hyping him up. "So I pulled the car over as she was going on and on about how I needed to start the car back up and that people were after us, then I just kissed her" Steve said with a smile as he then looked at me and I smiled to myself.

"Then after that fury and I found out they were talking or at least messing around when they were kissing at his gravesite" Natasha informed. "Sheesh how did fury take it?" Bruce asked. "Fury is fury he yelled, cracked jokes and it was the end of it" Natasha said.

"How Come You didn't tell us or at least hint they was together Nat?!" Clint asked. "I was shocked the whole time I'm playing match maker and he had eyes for her" Natasha explained as I giggled .

"We didn't even get together there, we had our OFFICIAL date and then it was like two weeks we were mad at each other about something" I explained as I chuckled. "No when cap found out She was fury's daughter" Natasha started off as me and her shared a laugh. "He swore the whole world was against him at that point" I joked making the table laugh. "I went to Peggy about it and she told me to stop being dramatic and basically get over it." Steve explained.

"In the midst of us expressing our feelings towards each other before we got together we argued a lot" Steve expressed. "Why? If you two like each other would you two argue?" Rhodes questioned. "Because Steve is Steve" I simply said. "Yeah she got a point" Rhodes said as the table agreed, "and Y/N is Y/N" Steve added. "Yeah he got a point" Tony said. "Two very head strong beings" Thor said.

"But anyways we got together two weeks after, went on another date and that's when I met Peggy" I stated then smiled. "Why would you take her to see your ex isn't that like in the relationship handbook?!" Rhodes asked as Steve chuckled. "No she was sweet and she kept thanking me and telling me it was okay for me to be with him. She was really sweet" I explained with a smile.

We then started explaining the rest of everything that happened like me finding out I was pregnant and Steve coming back up until we officially got married at the courthouse which was five years ago.

"Damn so you two no matter how you met were meant to be" Clint said as I looked at him. "Yeah" I said as I looked at Steve and he was smiling to himself. "Because Tony could've introduced you, Nat could've introduced you, hell even pepper could've introduced you two. you two meeting could've went several different ways" Clint explained as everyone agreed while Steve and I just sat there. I didn't want to tell everyone the decision we were about to make.

"Welp a toast to Mr. and Mrs. Captain America" Scott stated as everyone clanked their IHOP styrofoam Togo cups as Steve and I did too. We then looked at each other before we drunk our drinks. "Okay we sat here for long enough" Steve said standing up..
