I was out in New York getting ready for Starks little party he was having tonight. I was in the midst of brushing my teeth wrapped in a towel doing my homework. I didn't even start on my hair and make up yet.

My phone started ringing as I placed it on speaker phone "yes?" I questioned "you ready yet?" I heard Tiffany ask. "Girl I'm still in my towel" I said as she sucked her teeth. "I'll be there in like 10 minutes" I assured. "And don't tell Steve I'm not ready yet" I said in a laugh. "I'm snitching because how the hell are you still in your towel and you're down the street from the avengers tower" she said.

"I'm coming, I'm coming. I promise" I said "hurry up because Steve is going to ask" she said "okay" I said as we said our goodbyes and I hung up. I started multi tasking by listening to music, doing my make up and finishing my quiz. Once I was done with my make up I placed lashes on my eyes and started studying for my next test while curling my hair.

I started getting dressed then sprayed my body with some perfume. Once I was done I looked to see if anything was out of place then grabbed my bag and coat.

I could easily walk down the three blocks but I had heels on so I called a taxi to take me down there. Once we pulled in front of the building I paid the driver and got out the car. I walked to the elevator going to the top floor of the tower.

The doors opened to the elevator as there was music loudly playing and people were either talking or dancing. I called Tiffany as she answered laughing.

"Where you at?" I asked "you're finally here after an hour?!" She asked in a giggle. "Girl where are you I don't know any of these people" I said looking around.

"I'm talking to Tony" she said "come here before I go back to the hotel" I stated as she sucked her teeth "fine I'm coming" she said as I smiled big "where your big headed ass at?!" She asked "by the elevator" I said "I know that is not your ass with the bubble coat on" she said laughing. "You about to bring the New York out in me" I simply said as she hung up.

"Ayo where the timbs B?" She questioned "don't start" I warned as she laughed "I'm just playing, let me see what you're working with, the hair is nice" she stated as I unzipped my coat and took my coat off showing her the outfit.

"Miss we are the best dressed here" she said as I giggled "you look really good" I complimented "thank you, but look at all that ass" she started off "look you're getting real ghetto in this facility we don't need to be ghetto in" I stated as we started laughing with each other.

Someone took my coat and purse from me putting it with everyone else's. We were looking at all the women here and it wasn't too many black women.

There was a blonde who walked past us and looked me up and down.

"Oop, who she looking at like that?" Tiffany questioned turning around as I grabbed her hand. "Tiff come on" I said in a laugh. I seen Steve walking with Sam as they were talking.

I then went over to the bar with Tiffany to get a drink feeling a presence behind me. I felt someone place their hand on my hip as I turned and seen Steve. "Your friends know about us dating?" I asked stepping away from him some. "Yeah we do!" I heard someone say behind me as I turned seeing Tony. I sucked my teeth "You already knew we were dating" I said as he chuckled.

"Thank you because a relationship is exactly what Steve needed, to not be so uptight" Tony started off as I giggled some. "How are you doing?" Tony asked before we hugged each other. "Where's your father?" He asked pulling away. "Dead" I said as he chuckled "we all know he isn't " Tony said making me giggle.

"You two know each other?" Steve asked "yeah she's like" he started off placing his arm over my shoulders "a niece" he said as Steve nodded his head slowly. Someone took Tony away "You guys Enjoy the party" Tony stated before walking away and talking with someone else. "So he knew who you were before me too huh?" Steve asked asking the bar tender for a beer.

"That was because of my dad and Tony looked over me when I was younger for my dad, Don't start" I simply explained as he chuckled. "You look nice" he complimented "thank you" I thanked getting my drink. "So two hours to get ready?" He asked as I giggled. "Tiffany told you?" I asked as he nodded. I giggled "I can explain" I started off as he smiled.

"I woke up late" I lied as he was just listening "and my shower was long then I had to do my hair and makeup" I added "yeah okay" he simply said reaching for his drink.

"You were studying I already know" he said as I automatically smiled. "I was actually studying and I took a test" I said making him smile. "Because you're a nerd" he stated as I laughed watching him drink his beer and nod "I am not" I said as he took the glass from his lips.

"You need to learn how to relax and take a break" he stated "says the one who is always trying to fix any problem" I said as he chuckled "it's my job" he said as I playfully rolled my eyes. "I'm still out here aren't I?" I asked. "Yeah but you're still working, doing school work" he brought up.

"Well then do something to take my mind off of it" I stated unbuttoning his top button to his button down as he smirked walking around me as I smiled to myself. I walked around looking for Tiffany as she was sitting on the couch talking to some people. I just sat next to her drinking my drink.
