–Have fun... without me.

–Could you get Robert Downey Jr. to sign me an autograph? Oh, and please give this to Scarlett Johansson. –he handed me a little piece of paper, I unfolded it and saw it was his cell number. I rolled my eyes playfully and tossed it back at him.

–Are you sure you're not going to tell your mom about this? –asked Grace nervously, scratching the back of her neck.

–What if Gamora already told her? –asked Josh, making me laugh a little too loud.

–Gamora? Her name's Zoe, you idiot. –I said lightly slapping the back of his head.– And no, I told her I had already asked my mom for permission and that she agreed as soon as she "heard" –I made quotation marks with my fingers.– I was staying with her so it should be fine.

–Okay...

–If you say so... –said Grace at the same time as Josh said 'okay'.

–Don't worry, guys. I'll be fine. But thanks for worrying, I'll miss you.

–Don't get cheesy right now. –Grace mocked me.

–Yes, it's only four days.

–Ugh, you guys are the worst, let me have my moment.

–Sorry, we love you. –said Josh and Grace nodded.

The three of us hugged before I told them I had to get going. I went through all the security filters and made my way into one of the little stores inside the airports where they sell snacks, books and magazines in between other things.

I bought a bottle of water, a Twix chocolate bar and then headed towards my gate, where I sat down to wait reading a book one of my teachers assigned us to, I was actually enjoying it, that's the good thing of studying what you love. However, ever since spending most of my time with Charlie this week and doing music together, finishing our song or just hanging the two of us at his art centered college, I've been really wanting to do more music and get into acting stuff.

The morning after fighting with my mom, I skipped class and spent all morning with her, sorting the problem out and trying to get past everything that happened the night before. I forgave her but I guess it would take time to go back to how our relationship was. I felt kind of bad and guilty keeping this trip a secret from both my parents but I had to start taking my own decisions without having to tell them all about it. Deep down I knew I was just trying to justify myself to not feel guilty about making decisions to punish my mom.

I stopped overthinking when I felt my phone vibrate and I took it out of my bag. Chris had sent me a text.

Hey! Are you already at the airport?

Can't wait to see you! ❤️

Most of the time I didn't believe what Jess and Grace told me about him liking me and me developing a genuine no longer platonic crush on him but moments and texts like this really confused me. I didn't want to let my imagination fly away, create expectations and then end up heartbroken, in the end he's one of the hottest starts out there and he must be surrounded by beautiful girls all the time. I've never had a real boyfriend before but I've certainly had my heart broken many times before and that has made me build up walls around my heart and have a few trust issues.

About an hour or so later I boarded the plane and throughout the whole flight I slept. It wasn't really a long flight but for some reason I felt really tired. I woke up just in time to see the plane land, which I loved. I always tried to take the window seats in planes for I loved seeing them take off, land and just appreciate the sky. I grabbed my suitcase at the baggage claim and got out to where all the people who waited on someone picked them up. I saw a middle aged woman in a suit holding a sign with my name on it and I approached her.

–Y/n González? –said the woman and I nodded.

–Yes, that's me.

–Hey, I'm Lucille, Chris' agent. –she said and we shook hands.

–Oh, nice to meet you.

–Chris wanted to pick you up himself but the Russo's called him last minute. You're prettier in person. –she said walking I don't know where so I just followed.

–Oh... thank you. –I said flattered.

–However he sent you something to make it up for you and it should be here in three... two... one... Here it is! –just as she said this a black car parked right in front of us and an older man dressed as a chauffeur got out to open the door for us and take my suitcase.– Thanks Andrew! Y/n, this is Andrew, Chris' chauffeur. –she said getting in the car.

–Oh, nice to meet you, Andrew. And thank you so much! –I said as he closed the trunk after putting my suitcase there.

–Nice to meet you too, Miss González. You're welcome. –I got inside and he closed the door for me.

–Y/n, this is Rose, Chris' new assistant.

–Hi, nice to meet you. –I said giving the girl in front of me a smile.

–Hi, likewise. –she said shyly, I could tell she was young, just a few years older than me.– Mr. Evans picked this for you, they come with a note inside.

She handed me a small yet beautiful tulip bouquet. I couldn't help but blush so I laid it down on top of my legs and grabbed the little note. I tried to cover my face with my hair and looked down to read the note, hoping none of them saw my face turn into a bright red tomato.

Hey beautiful,

Sorry for not being able to pick you up at the airport, I really wanted to be there but I'll make it up to you. I didn't know which flowers are your favorite but I hope you like tulips. Can't wait to see you again soon! Xx

-Chris.

What's more red than a tomato? Blood? Well, whatever it was, my face turned that color. The first time he called me beautiful in that ice cream shop I truly believe it was just a little slip but now it was written. On paper. With his own handwriting. I got my phone out to let the only people that knew about my little trip, those being Grace and Josh, that I had landed safely. I saw that Chris had also texted me.

Heyyy... I'm really sorry I couldn't pick you up, I was asked to stay here...

Have you landed already?

Nevermind, Rose has already texted me.

Are you mad?

I'm really sorry, Y/n... I truly wanted to be there...

I sighed. I didn't know where we were heading to and when I asked Lucille and Rose, they told me it was a surprise and for the last couple of minutes of the ride, Lucille made me wear a bandanna to cover my eyes.

They helped me get out of the car and the both grabbed my hands from each side to help me walk. There was a lot of noise so I couldn't get a hold of where we were. That was until they told me to stay quiet and by the sound of a door opening and then closing I could tell we entered a room. It was a bit chilly and all silent, I heard a light squeaky sound and they helped me climb about four or five large stairs.

–Okay... you can take the bandanna off now. –said Lucille and I did. I was in an empty trailer.– Go outside. –she told me excitedly.

–Surprise! –a bunch of people yelled at the same and I covered my mouth when I saw who they were. A loud gasp came out of my mouth.

Don't faint, don't trip, don't puke. Oh my God. I was starting to breathe heavily, just like when you're about to hyperventilate, when Chris, loudly laughing, hugged me. I couldn't hug him back since I still had my hands on my face when he embraced me. Suddenly I felt at ease, lots of butterflies in my stomach, but at ease.

–Oh my God, Christopher. –I rolled my eyes playfully and lightly hit his shoulder, then I covered my forehead with my hand, still recovering from the shock and from probably making a fool of myself in front of almost the whole Avengers' cast.

–Sorry, beautiful. –he said still laughing. We broke the hug and I tried my best not to blush once again, he offered me his hand to help me get down the last couple stairs of his trailer and I took it.

–Move! –said Scarlett Johansson and hugged me extremely tight.

–Wait, I want to join you guys! –I could hear Elizabeth Olsen's voice and then felt another set of arms hug me from behind.

–Oh my, hi girls! –I managed to say without stuttering and thanked God for that.

–Hello! –Elizabeth yelled.– Oh my God, we've been wanting to meet you for so long.

–Oh Gosh, me too! –I said and everyone laughed.– I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm trying my best to not go on psycho fangirl mode. –I said louder so that everyone could hear and I was surprised they laughed again.

–Please don't. –said Robert Downey Jr. approaching me with the biggest smile and hugging me.– Nice to meet you, kid. We've all heard lots of things about you.

–I'm going to kill you, Evans! –I said loudly before breaking our hug. Once again they laughed.–I hope he's only told you good things...

–Why? I told them only the good stuff?

–Only the good stuff? –I asked pretending to be offended.– So there's bad stuff about me? –I crossed my arms and lifted one of my brows at him.

Everyone reacted with either laughter or sounds like "oh...", "uh...", "whoops", "damn" and even someone said "you're in trouble, Cap". He hugged me once again and I felt him shaking his head.

–Of course not, you're perfect.

–Mhm... That's better.

He told me that his chauffeur would take my things to the apartment where Zoe was staying and after that he introduced me to everyone and I was really trying hard not to faint or yell or tell every single person that I love them. The funniest was to be around Hemsworth, Mackie, Seb and of course Chris himself. The last people I met were the Russo's who were extremely nice to me and engaged me in a pretty long conversation getting to know me and they even taught me a little bit about how things behind cameras work. They just begged me to keep everything I saw a secret until the movie came out.

Chris and I had been talking and texting non stop since he invited me, so he already knew about my growing wish of doing more music and acting stuff, he was actually the only person I had told that to so I could tell he wanted to help me to learn how everything worked and that's why he was introducing me to everyone who worked on set. He was being really sweet and nice to me, it make me feel special that he was doing all this for me after one conversation about it.

Later on, I even got to meet some of the stunts and trainers and they showed me how they choreographed some of the fighting scenes. When I was little my mom enrolled me in all types of classes, from ballet, to martial arts. Now I wasn't the most active and fit person out there so I was a little nervous when they convinced me to try and do couple of stage fighting sequences. To everyone's and my surprise, I didn't embarrass myself too much.

–These are throwing knives, right? –I asked John, one of the stage fighting coordinators and martial arts teacher.

–Yeah, yeah. That's right.

–Can I try? –I asked him.

–Sure! –he said and walked me to where the targets where.

My grandpa from my mother's side used to be a policeman and he knew how to handle a couple weapons. I never talked about this because I don't think weapons are something to be proud of and you have to be extremely careful when handling them, they're not toys and you never know in who's hands they're going to end up in, but he taught my cousins and I couple things. I learnt from how to shoot a gun to how to throw a knife so I wanted to see if I could still do it.

I grabbed one knife just like he taught me and carefully walked in front of the target. I sighed and prepared to throw it, focusing on the target. One... two... three... I threw it and it landed millimeters away from the center. Not too bad... I smiled, feeling good. I turned excited and saw a few shocked faces and a couple ones cheering. In the end, everyone that saw started clapping, making me blush.

John congratulated me and then I walked, really it was more like happy little jumps towards Chris, who by the look on his face I could tell was mind blown. I smiled and grabbed both of his hands, moving them all around with excitement.

–Did you see? –I asked.

–I did! How? When? How? –he rambled. I laughed.

–Y/n, You're going to get us all fired. –Seb said making me laugh.– That was amazing.

–Am I staring at the next Black Widow? –asked Scarlett.

–Ha! That's the best compliment ever but no one could ever replace you.

–Oh my God, girl. You're on fire. –complemented Anthony.– Tom Holland! Where are you? Did you see that? That's what a super hero is supposed to do, not get all cranky for not having apple juice. –Sebastian laughed and I just shook my head smiling.

–Quite a scene, young lady. –I turned around and saw Zoe. I let go of Chris' hand and ran straight to hug her.

–Zoe! –she hugged me back laughing.

–You're so big, mujer! –we broke the hug.– Last time I saw you, you were like this tall. –she said pointing to her elbow.

–I know! It's been a long time, I missed you! And thank you so much for letting me stay with you!

–Don't thank me, it's my pleasure. Did you already let your mom know that you landed safely?

–Yep. –I lied, but I smiled, trying to act normal.

I kept hanging with most of them, every once in a while one of them had to leave to shoot a scene, rest or memorize their script but Chris and Zoe stayed with me until she said we had to go because she had promised her kids and husband to be back in time to have dinner with them and watch a movie. She left me a couple minutes alone with Chris but before she left she told me she would be waiting for me outside in the parking lot.

–Oh my God, Chris, today's been unbelievable, thank you so much for all of this, I hope I didn't slowed down or interrupted anything... –we walked slowly towards the set entrance.

–No, not at all. Don't thank me, I'm glad you're having a great time! Thank for coming. –he said emphasizing the word 'you' and stopped walking since we were already in front of the door that lead to the parking lot. I smiled and looked down.– I really wanted to see you again in person, I like texting and Facetiming but I feel like we got along so well back in Boston...

–Yeah, yeah... I feel the same way. –I said, beginning to get a bit nervous. He got a few steps closer, making my heart rate increase.

–Tomorrow I have most of the day off, I was thinking that maybe I could take you out and show you around the city after I finish shooting.

–Yeah! I'd love that.

–I know you have to have dinner with Zoe and her family tonight but I also wanted you to come here to get to know each other better and... –he made a pause, that only made me even more anxious. He took one of my hands in his and started fidgeting with our fingers. I could tell he was just as anxious as I was.– would you go out with me?

–Didn't we just agree to go out tomorrow? –I chuckled playing dumb. I didn't mean to make him more anxious but I wanted to know how serious he was, I wanted to see if this was a date or just a friendly hang out.

–Yeah, we did. –he said chuckling as well.– But I mean... –he stayed silent for a while and then sighed, looking back up at me and smiling without showing his teeth.– Nothing. –he said turning to look somewhere else.

Oh my God, I really hope Jess and Grace as well as my impression of today's events are right because if not, I'm totally going to regret what I'm about to do and I'll definitely end up messing things up, making them awkward and embarrassing myself.

–If you're meaning to ask me out on a date, you have a high possibility of not being rejected. –I said tilting my head while smiling. He looked back at me, slightly blushed.

–I do? –he asked, turning his smile into a smirk. On the inside, I sighed relieved by his reaction.

–You do. –I kissed his cheek as a goodbye and went to open the door that lead to where Zoe was waiting for me.– Now wipe that smirk off your face, Evans. –I said without turning around to see him and trying to sound and look as confident as ever, speaking loud, clear and rocking my hips while walking.

I opened the door, got out to the parking lot and squeezed my eyes together while scrunching my nose. Oh my...
