《Little chef》6-Is it the aunt who ruined my face?

The appearance of these two customers was just a fleeting event for Su Tang.
When she was a food blogger in her previous life, someone wrote to her privately and asked if she would like to be a private chef.
Su Tang refused, of course.
Her greatest wishes were to just read books and cook while earning some money.
Having such leisure days would be enough for her.
She doesn't want to fight for wealth, and her life is pretty good now.
On the other side, her younger brother's eyes almost popped out.
He knew they sold a lot of soft cakes today, but he didn't expect that there would be so much money!
They scattered the money all over the table when it was being poured out from the box!
"Is this all the money we made today?" Su Jin Hang couldn't believe it.
They made over 300 wens for each egg sponge cake that they sold in sets of two.
That was six hundred wens per set.
Su Tang divided the money and said: "Let's give this money back to the uncle at the grain store."
The uncle that she was talking about runs a grain shop at home, selling rice, flour, oil, salt, and sugar.
Su Tang and Su Jin Hang's father used to go over there to buy ingredients when he was still alive. Last night, Su Tang thought they had too little on hand, so she went to borrow some ingredients on credit.
The old man called Uncle Song was about 40 or 50 years old. He liked this pair of young siblings and he lent them some eggs, flour, a small amount of sugar, and oil.
He told them they didn't have to pay because he thought they couldn't make any money.
Su Jin Hang nodded immediately because he thought what his sister said was right! After seeing her recent deeds, he would listen to everything she says.
Su Tang patted her brother's head and took all the money with her.
Oh my god!
She could finally buy some other ingredients!
No need to eat noodles and soft cakes with my brother every day!
If Su Jin Hang knew what his sister thought, he would start shaking his head immediately. Having soft cakes and noodles to eat was wonderful!
The two closed their stall and finished their breakfast. This was the end of business for today, but it was only about eleven o'clock in the morning.
It would be just the right time to go pay back the money. Su Tang also had to buy some more ingredients to make soft cakes for tomorrow.
Uncle Song saw the siblings walk into the store, so he smiled and said, "I heard that your soft cakes are selling very well. Many people want to buy them."
When she heard that she humbly said: "It's just something to be eaten while still fresh, so it's not something that could be kept for long."
They have a lot of day laborers in the West City of the capital.
Su Tang knows that the soft cakes are delicious but they are not very filling for one's stomach.
When the uncle saw Su Tang take out money, he immediately declined: "When your father was still alive, he took care of this old man's shop a lot. You can just take the eggs and flour."

Su Tang shook her head: "How can this be? You also run a business, so there is no reason for me to take things for free. Besides, will you stop doing business with me in the future?"
She casually gave uncle Song a lot of money to pay him back. Uncle Song did not expect to gain such a loyal customer.
Su Tang knew what she wanted to buy and quickly picked them up.
She found everything she needed in the store. The store was small, but it had a variety of things in its inventory. It's no wonder why her father always came here to buy ingredients.
Su Tang bought eggs, rice, flour, oil, and sugar with the small amount of money left.
She spent all the money she had on hand during this shopping trip, but the siblings knew they could make more money by selling soft cakes tomorrow.
She closed the stall so early today because there were no more raw materials in hand.
Su Tang thought it was a pity that the flour was not high-gluten flour. The taste of the egg sponge cake made wouldn't be as delicious, but today's flour was still pretty good.
She heard that because of their current imperial chief, Marquis Weiyuan, the people can live and work in peace and happiness. The price of food and oil was affordable even for ordinary people.
Even a smart woman wouldn't be able to cook without rice. If all the ingredients in this era were extremely expensive, then she might have had to take the offer to be someone else's private chef.
Su Tang and Su Jin Hang put the materials in the kitchen, only to see someone peeking in from the door.
Su Tang glanced at the door to see their aunt.
Su Tang had some understanding of their relatives' family tree now. Her original father was the fourth and youngest son of the Su family.
In the Su family during her father's generation, there were 4 boys and 1 girl.
Their first uncle brought Grandmother Su, the only elder left of the Su family, to a farm on the outskirts of the city. Grandma Su was healthy and helped with the children at the uncle's house.
And the second uncle next door was the 'best' –insert the sarcasm here- relative. The second uncle's wife, their second aunt, was also the one who killed the original Su Tang. The injury caused by her pushing her had still not healed yet! Their family ran a shop next door selling steam buns and bread, but the business was average.
Their third uncle had passed away early.
The fourth aunt lives in the eastern part of the city. Su Tang heard that her aunt's son was a scholar, so she didn't interact with merchants like them.
From Su Tang's memories, their father never talked much. After losing his wife, he had even less contact with his relatives. He would still help if they required him but mostly kept to himself.
For example, he taught the second uncle how to make the steam buns they were selling.
Su Tang thought that their second aunt's family was the model for ungrateful people.
Her father helped them when he was still alive, but now they are bullying his family when he can no longer be here.

Their grandmother didn't take them to live with the other children because she had thought that their second uncle's family would look after them.
It was a pity that the original Su Tang was killed by such a person.
Their good-for-nothing second aunt was peeking out again, so Su Tang hurriedly closed the door to stop her.
She heard her aunt shouting outside before she turned to leave bitterly.
If it weren't for her own unstable situation, she would be the one to make her aunt suffer.
Su Tang was too lazy to care about her and continued to clean up the small restaurant, but there just weren't enough tables or chairs for customers. Everything was emptied out by their second aunt's family.
The table she cleaned looked like it was sparkling even though it was old.
Of course, this could have also been just because of the light from the hole in the roof. She was wondering if she should just install a glass window there once they get some money.
Su Tang has already thought about the future.
When her brother grows up, her small restaurant will be very well managed by him so she would have time to sunbathe and read books every day!
Oh, and there was also the God of Cooking competition that she had to pay attention to for now.
The lack of business on the next day made Su Tang frown.
To sell the soft cakes yesterday, she put the stall in front of her restaurant.
However, there were many egg sponge cakes made today, so it was easier for people to buy them at the counter inside the store.
She also found someone to change the counter yesterday by making it the same as a stall in a modern breakfast shop. It looked lovely and there were handy steamer baskets as well for the customers to carry out their cakes.
They left the door of the small restaurant wide open so that the smell of the soft cakes would float outside.
It's been half an hour since the door opened, so why is there no one here?
Su Tang told her younger brother: "You stay here and watch the store. I will go out to take a look."
Su Jin Hang nodded immediately.
As soon as Su Tang stepped out, she saw something that caused her blood pressure to shoot up.
"Don't buy soft cakes from them. What kind of mineral could make the egg sponge cakes so soft? This mineral must be poisonous." The second aunt deliberately lowered her voice.
Her voice had been full of confidence, so who knows how many times she has repeated this.
"No way, that girl looks young! How could she have such a vicious method?" A guest who wanted to come over was puzzled.
The second aunt replied immediately: "I'm her aunt. How could I not know? Think about it. Why didn't her father make it before if they could do so?"
Su Tang was expressionless and said faintly: "Aunt? Is this the same aunt who ruined my face?"
Su Tang said, pointing to the scar on her forehead: "I think of you as my relative and I don't care about you ruining my appearance, but what are you doing now? You want to slander me like this?"
Although Su Tang looked calm, her eyes were full of grievance.
It looked like she had just come out after finishing some work with flour on her body. When she spoke those words, it looked like she had been bullied.
Her second aunt was big and round. At a glance, one could tell that she was not someone that was easy to get along with.
Su Tang crouched down and started sobbing: "My father took care of your family before he died, but now you have emptied all the tables and chairs in our house. I'm afraid there would be nothing left in the house if I didn't stop her then."
Su Tang pointed to the restaurant and said: "If you don't believe me, you can go inside and have a look."
Seeing her crying so sadly, the customers were curious and wanted to go look.
They smelled the soft cake before they even entered the door.
Whatever materials they might have had didn't matter! They would buy a piece to try it later!
They searched everywhere in this little restaurant that looked clean, but they could only find two tables and four chairs.
This customer used to come to Su's restaurant. They remember from their time there were at least seven or eight tables when they visited.
"Really? It's almost empty." Other people came over to look after they heard him.
Su Tang looked up with her eyes full of tears and grievance.
"The tables and chairs from my house are now at my second aunt's house. If you don't believe it, you can go to her house to look."
This little girl who was bullied by her in the past was trying to pull a trick on her?
Second aunt Su was flustered. She hurriedly tried to stop the people who were going to her house: "What are you doing? Are you breaking into a private home? Why do you want to enter my house?!"
People did not dare to enter the door rashly after she said that.
In Cang Qin country, there were strict laws about breaking and entering. They could be punished if they entered without permission.
Qi Tian Yun, who had been watching from the side, pushed Shi Ding out and said: "The captain of the capital patrolling guard is here. He can check it out."
Shi Ding:? ??
Aren't we watching it for fun? Why do you care about this kind of small business?
The captain of the capital patrolling guard was going to intervene in this matter? For a few chairs and tables?
The look in Qi Tian Yun's eyes caused Shi Ding to say: Okay, we must share the worries of the people too.
Not to mention a few tables, chairs, and benches, even if you lose a grain of rice! I'll look for it too!
Shi Ding stood still with a serious expression and said to Second Aunt Su: "Is it true that the table and chair are in your house?"

My Life is Not a Manga, or maybe...
Xavier had a happy, humdrum life: normal friendships, a normal girlfriend, a somewhat oddball family.
