It had been weeks since the Ian incident and weeks since he's been in jail. Serena hadn't bothered to come back. Holly and Travis aren't on good terms ever since their argument three days ago. Kevin is still engaged to Eliza and Katherine is still ignoring her brother. Jordan isn't giving Toni the best time.

He's making Toni do extra work, causing him to come back home tired and filled with anger. When I talk to him, he gives me a short reply before going to the office, it kind of hurts knowing we don't have time for each other anymore because of his father.

I quietly curled my hair with a straightener glancing at Toni through the mirror to see him fixing his own hair without looking at me. I put the straightener down smoothing out my dress. I had already put makeup on, grabbing my perfume spraying it on my neck and clothes.

I looked over at Toni who went through the drawers, my eyebrows furrowed staring at him. "Looking for something?" I asked, stepping closer to him.

He turned his head looking over at me nodding his head. "My watch." I sighed, walked closer to him closing the space between us.

"Toni, it's right there." I pointed right in front of him. He nodded reaching for it grabbing it slipping it on his wrist. He went to walk away when I grabbed his arm stopping him. "Toni." He froze turning around looking at me. "What's wrong?" I asked worriedly.

He put his lips in a line. "Nothing." He cupped the side of my cheek. "Everything is okay." He reassured me.

I crossed my arms. "You've been avoiding me." I stated, his hand dropped from my cheek and both hands latched onto my hips.

"I know." He looked me straight in the eyes. "I'm sorry, Jordan has been fucking everything up from me." He pulled me closer to him kissing my lips. "I'm sorry." He apologized against my lips.

I smiled against them. "It's okay." I said, before kissing his soft plumped lips one more time.

We pulled away when we heard a knock on the door. I walked out of the bathroom and towards the door the same time the door opened revealing Holly, she looked impatient and annoyed at the same time. "Is Toni here?" She asked looking a bit nervous.

I opened my mouth to answer. "What do you want?" Toni asked, rudely from behind me.

"I know you don't want to talk to me right now but Travis hasn't come home since last night and i'm worried." She said nervously.

Toni stepped beside me. "He's a grown man not a little boy, he's able to take care of himself." He snapped at her as he glared daggers at her.

She shook her head. "We got in a huge argument last night and ever since then he hasn't returned." She had tears forming into her eyes.

I crossed my arms furrowing my brows. "And what time was that?" I asked, stepping forward.

Her eyes traveled to me. "Close to midnight." She answered, before her eyes traveled to my husband. I could see in her eyes she was completely in love with him but I promised myself that I wouldn't let anyone else come in between Toni and I.

I will keep that promise for ever. "You wanna know where Travis is?" Toni asked, stepping closer to her. "He's right behind you, now get the fuck out of my room and don't bother me again." He slammed the door on her face before turning to me with an annoyed expression.

I didn't bother saying a word. I stepped closer to him wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him into an embrace as he nuzzled his head into my neck, breathing in my scent. I felt him place a slight kiss to my neck as he pulled away from me.

"I need to go." He kissed my forehead.

I nodded my head. "Please, don't work too much it'll cause you stress." He smiled at me, touching my chin in a second before opening the door and walking out leaving me alone.

I let out a huff of air walking out of my bedroom and froze when I saw Anna walk up the stairs while she held onto her head. "Anna? You okay?" I asked, heading towards her.

She looked at me, removing her hand from her head. "Yeah." She nodded her head. But I knew she wasn't okay, tears were brimming in the corner of her eyes. She shook her head. "No." She answered honestly before rushing into her room.

I rushed in after her, shutting the door behind us for privacy. "Anna, what's wrong?" I asked, as I watched her slump onto the bed.

"I love him." Her voice broke.

I stared at her intensely. "W-who?" I stuttered out.

Tears made there way down her cheek. I walked over taking a seat beside her causing her to turn her head to me. I grabbed her hand giving it a squeeze. "We stayed all night together at the stupid park we would always go. We fixed things between us which made me realize I love him." She sobbed, her body shook as she threw herself into my arms.

I rubbed her back up and down soothingly. "Shh." She squeezed onto me tighter.

"I love him." She repeated. "I love Travis." My heart instantly stopped at the name. She loves Travis. I knew something was going on between them ever since that fight they had in front of me.

She pulled away from me. "Do you want to talk about it?" I asked, rubbing her back as she wiped her tears.

She looked at me. "Travis and I dated once." I sucked in a breath. "I was deeply in love with him as he was with me. We fell in love days after Sara had brought me to the Mahfud house after my parents had died." She played with her hands as she stared into space.

"Everything was going well until-" She cut herself off shutting her eyes breathing in air. "Holly came. I thought she was normal." She stated, but then she shook her head. "I was wrong. Holly took control of Toni's feelings and messed with him." My heart ached for Anna and Toni.

"But Toni wasn't the only one who started to change." I furrowed my brows. "It was Travis as well. He was so distant from me and he would act weird around me. It was like my Travis was gone. And I was right, he was gone. He broke up with me." She put her lips in a line. "The bitch brainwashed him and took him away from me. She played with both brothers. That was until Travis ran away with Holly." She swallowed hard.

"I was hurt but I didn't show it. I had to control all feelings inside of me, even though it hurt so much." Her eyes flickered to me. "What the fucked up thing is she still has him brainwashed and under his spell. After the talk we had last night it was like he was letting the past and me go. And I love him so fucking much!" She sobbed.

I quickly eloped her into a tight embrace as she cried in my arms. I was speechless. I had nothing to say to her, to calm her hurt down. I just sat there and continued to rub her back soothingly as she cried into my arms.

I walked towards the double shiny black door as I tried my best not to meet the employees eyes while they stared at me walking towards the double black door. I knocked on the door. "Come in." I heard his husky mysterious voice.

I twisted the knob stepping in to see Toni rubbing his forehead due to stress as he stared down at his computer. I shut the door behind me causing him to look up at me. His eyes instantly shinned when his eyes fell on me. "Babe." He stood up, opening his arms.

I chuckled walking right into them with a bright smile playing on my lips. He leaned down kissing my lips. "Hi." I greeted shyly.

He put my chin in between his index finger and thumb. "How is it that you're here?" He asked as I bit my lip staring up at him.

"Well...I wanted to go out to lunch with you." He pulled my lip out from my teeth that was biting onto it.

His eyes darkened with lust when he stared down at my lips. "Don't do that." He whispered causing his voice to come out husky, his thumb rubbed against my bottom lip. "You came all this way to take me out for lunch?" He asked. I nodded my head in response. "Then let's go." He let go of me and walked towards his blazer.

He slipped on the black clothing before grabbing my hand interlocking it with his. We walked out of his office and immediately eyes fell on us. I blushed looking down heading towards the elevator.

Once we stepped in Toni clicked the first floor causing the elevator door to slid shut and when it did instantly my back made contact with the wall causing me to gasp as I looked up at the blue eyes staring down at me with a darkened filled with desire gaze.

He didn't give me time to say anything, placing his lips onto mine. My eyes fluttered closer wrapping my arms tightly around him as he pinned me against the wall. My lips moved with his in sync, the kiss we shared was filled with desire and passion.

I quickly pushed Toni away when the elevator door made a bell sound. Both of us breathing heavily as the door slid open. Toni looked down at me surprised before grabbing my hand dragging me out of the elevator and out of the building while nodding at the door man.

He took us towards his car and opened the passenger door for me, without saying anything I slipped in and let him shut the door after me as I strapped my seatbelt. He got into the driver's seat turning on the car before driving off. "Where to?" He asked turning his gaze to me.

I shrugged. "Anywhere." He sent me a look.

"I know a great place." He focused on the road. "I didn't know you had that much strength in you to push me off." I looked down blushing madly.

"I guess I have a lot of surprises in store." I grinned causing him to look at me and smile as he flicked my cheek.

"You're so beautiful." He said, before paying attention to the road again.

I smiled looking down at my hands in my lap. I watched him take a turn into a beautiful building, he parked right into the parking lot. "We're here." He announced. I unstrapped my seatbelt the same time he did as we both got out of the car.

Toni walked to my side and wrapped an arm around me leading me into the restaurant, entering the restaurant and Toni lead us towards the receptionist. "Good afternoon." Toni greeted the woman at the receptionist.

She looked up and smiled at him then me. "To you too, can I help you both?" She asked.

"Table for two."

"Right this way." She said, stepping out of the desk with two menus in her hand. We followed her lead and stopped at this beautiful table with a beautiful rose placed into a vase. My eyes fell on the elegant people in the room, eating very polite not putting elbows on the table. "Here we are." She set the menus down for us. "Your waiter will be right with you." We nodded.

"Thank you." I spoke up for the both of us.

Toni stepped behind me pulling a chair out for me. I slowly took a seat letting him push me in before he walked over sitting on the chair across from us. We both opened our menu going through the long list of food.

I put my hand under my chin as I scanned down the menu. "What'll you get?" Toni asked, I looked up from the menu.

"Vegetable soup." I announced shutting the menu.

Toni nodded his head. A waiter came towards us with a polite smile on his face. "Welcome, my name is Jenkin and i'll be your waiter this afternoon." He introduced, I sent him a small smile before looking down.

"Thank you." I looked over at Toni who was talking to the waiter. I blocked out their conversation as I stared at his handsome face, the way his hair was fixed perfectly, his lips were in perfect shape, his eyes were mesmerizing. I bit my lip staring down at his lips not aware of myself.

"Layla?" I snapped out of my thoughts looking up at Toni's eyes blushing madly.

"Sorry. What?" I apologized and felt completely embarrassed.

Toni stared down at me with a smirk slowly making its way to his face. "I was asking what drink?" I cleared my throat.

I turned to the waiter. "Just water." He nodded his head writing it down.

"Your meals will be here soon." He shot us one last smile before leaving us alone.

I turned my head to see Toni staring at me with a wide smirk on his face. "What were you thinking to cause yourself to blush madly." I put my lips in a line.

I shook my head. "Nothing." I said too quickly.

He nodded his head. "Mhm...Sure." He trailed continuing to look down at his watch. "Are you still sick?" Toni eyed me.

I nodded my head. "Its probably something bad I ate." I told him.

I felt his hand reach mine, with a comforting squeeze. "I've been thinking." My eyes met his beautiful ones. "I feel as if its not a stomach bug." I furrowed my brows at the man in front of me.

My eyes widen knowing what he was thinking. "You think i-I'm pregnant?" I asked with wide eyes as my lips opened slightly.

He squeezed my hand softly, nodding his head in response. "It's the same symptoms as a pregnancy." I swallowed hard, watching him pull my hand up to his mouth placing a kiss to my knuckle. "I'll be the happiest man on earth if you are pregnant again." I bit down on my lip hard.

I felt fear rise in me causing me to pull my hand away from him. "I'm scared." He looked at me confused. "What if it ends up like last time." My heart beat quickened thinking of losing another child.

Toni sighed shaking his head. "No." He grabbed both of my hands. "Sara is gone. So are the other pieces of shits. And i'll protect you from whoever tries to destroy us again. I will not let them take another child of mine nor will I let them harm my wife." My heart fluttered at his words.

He brought both of my hands up to his lips placing a kiss on it. "I love you." The words escaped my mouth causing him to smile against my hand.

He pulled my hand away from his lips. "I love you too." He stroked his thumb against my knuckle.

"Here you are." A voice broke us out of our trance, turning my head to see the waiter with a tray. I pulled my hand away from Toni's. The waiter set the bowl of soup down in front of me as he placed lasagna in front of Toni. He put a glass of red wine in front of Toni then set my water in front of me. "Enjoy." He announced before walking off.

I looked at Toni who was staring back at me, he shot me a smile before we both started eating our lunch. I looked up when a few men came and sat next to our table. I turned the other way when one of the guy's gaze fell on me.

"Fuck! She's hot." I froze in my spot.

Toni did as well, he slowly set his wine down turning to the man who was staring at me with desire. I swallowed hard looking the other way feeling uncomfortable. "Toni." He turned his gaze to me. I could see anger and hatred in his eyes. I grabbed his hand. "Ignore." He closed his eyes sighing before nodding his head.

"I wouldn't mind fucking her senseless. She looks tight." I almost threw up right there.

Toni clenched his jaw and fist his head snapped to the guy. "Have some fucking respect you bastard." Toni growled standing up which caused me to quickly stand up. "Talk about my wife like that again and I will show you what the fuck respect is!" He threatened, the man smirked standing up.

He stepped closer scanning me from top to bottom. "I wouldn't mind fucking her in front of you." I almost threw up right then and there, the words he said made me disgusted of myself.

The next thing I know Toni's fist made contact with the man's face as his friends quickly stood up backing up in fear watching Toni punching the man over and over again. "Toni." I called stepping forward to see the man bloody. "Toni! Stop." I begged but he continued. "Toni please!" My hand grabbed his wrist stopping his fist from making contact with the mans face.

He glared at the man. "That should show you how to respect a woman." He kicked him in the stomach one last time. My eyes fell on everyone in the restaurant staring in shock. Toni turned to me grabbing my hand as I grabbed my purse letting him drag me towards the woman he took out his wallet handing her a hundred dollar bill before he dragged me along with him.

I let him take me towards the car. I stopped and pulled my hand back causing him to stop and look at me. He leaned against the car blowing out air from his nose. "That son of a bitch." I cupped his face attaching my forehead to his.

"Calm down." His eyes opened and made contact with mine.

His hand made way to my wrists holding onto them. "I should've killed him for talking to you like that." I shook my head.

"You don't have to kill anyone for me."

"I do."

I removed my forehead from his grab his hand to see his knuckles injured, causing me to gasp. "Toni." I stroked my hand over his knuckle. "Your injured." I said, my voice filled with concern.

He shook his head. "There is nothing to worry about. I'm fine." He reassured me stroking my cheek with his free hand. "Come on, let's go home." He pulled away from me opening the door for me. I sighed stepping inside of the car. I put the seatbelt around me as Toni got into the driver's seat and started the car driving off.

I picked up the aid kit as Toni laid on the bed tiredly. I walked into the bathroom opening the cabinet sticking the aid kit onto the shelf, my eyes fell on a little thing sitting on the shelf beside the aid kit. I froze reaching down for it picking it up staring down at the box in my hand. I swallowed hard.

"I have to do this." I whispered to myself shutting the cabinet door before walking over to the bathroom door shutting that as well and locking it behind me I put my back against the door staring up at the ceiling. I let out a breath nervously walking towards the counter ripping open the box taking out the two sticks that came into the box. "Let's see." I said.

I washed myself when I was done with the tests. I was now leaning against the counter waiting for the results. I jumped when a knock was heard. "Angel." Toni's voice was heard from behind the door.

"I'll be out in a minute." I announced, turning to the tests. I gasped covering my mouth, tears pooled my eyes. I quickly rushed towards the door with both tests in my hand I unlocked the door opening it revealing Toni sitting on the bed.

He looked up at me and instantly stood up rushing towards me. "What's wrong? Why are you crying?" He asked worriedly.

I handed him the tests, he looked down with wide eyes before taking it from me scanning the result. A smile broke onto his lips instantly. He grabbed me by the waist twirling me up. "I'm going to be a father!" He announced twirling me around happily.

I giggled softly as he placed me down on the ground. He cupped both sides of my cheek and kissed me hard. "Toni." I pulled away from him.

He pulled me into a tight embrace. "We're going to start new from now on." I nodded my head. "No more people coming in between us. No more harm. No more hatred. Just me, you, and our child." I smiled ear to ear up at him.

"Just me, you and our baby." I repeated after him nodding my head.

"Forever." He kissed my forehead. "I'm going to be a father." He repeated laying his cheek against my head. "We're going to see a doctor tomorrow." I nodded my head in agreement.

He took us towards the bed. We laid onto it, his arms embraced me tightly as I laid my head against his chest, feeling his chest go up and down, causing me to flutter my eyes as his heart beat was like my lullaby.
