I finished curling my hair and makeup, i looked at myself in the mirror admiring my outfit. I grabbed my perfume spraying some on my neck and clothes, i walked out of the bathroom grabbing my shoes slipping them on. 

The door opened turning to see a dressed Toni, he walked over to me with a smile on his face bending down pecking my lips. "You ready?" He asked pulling away, letting me stand up. 

I nodded. "Yes." I said, grabbing my bag sticking my phone in there before looking over at Toni who was texting away on his phone. "Should we go?" I asked causing him to look up and smile nodding. 

"Yeah, let's go." He grabbed my hand interlocking it as we made our way out of the room, we walked down the stairs and walked straight towards the front door, Toni opened the door for me, i flashed him a smile walking out the door. 

He shut the door behind us and we both walked over towards his car, he opened the passenger for me, i slowly slipped in letting him shut the door for me, buckling my seatbelt as he hopped in the other side and turned on the car driving off to wherever he was taking us. 

"Where are we going?" I asked looking over at him, he sent me a wink before focusing on the road again.

"It's a surprise." He said, i nodded opening my purse taking my phone out, unlocking it to see fourteen messages from Mary and Larry, i shook my head locking my phone tossing it back into my purse.

The car came to a stop in front of a beautiful restaurant. "We are here." He said with a smile on his face unbuckling his seatbelt the same time i did, he hopped out of the car rushing to my side opening the door for me giving me his hand. 

I gladly took getting out of the car letting the warm air hit my body, he interlocked our hands as we made our way towards the restaurant, entering to see a lot of people eating talking, most of them were families. 

An old man behind the counter looked over at us and his eyes brightened when he saw Toni. "Toni! my boy." He walked towards us with a big smile on his face. 

"Uncle Ben, how are you?" He asked pulling the old man into a hug. 

"I'm good." The man said pulling away from the hug, he turned his head towards me. "This must be your wife, you always talk about." He winked at Toni, causing him to look at me with a smile while i blushed. 

"Nice to meet you, i'm Layla." I said shyly. 

The man smiled at me. "I know your name he told me all about you, i'm Ben i'm teaching him how to be a cook just like me." He laughed patting Toni's back. "Now what can i do for you two?" He asked us. 

"Well, we came here to eat your delicious breakfast." Toni answered wrapping his arms around me. 

Ben's face brightened up. "Have a seat, i have just the right breakfast for the both of you." He said pointing at the table and chairs, Toni nodded. 

"It better be delicious like always." 

"It sure is, son." 

Toni laughed leading me towards the table, we took a seat across from each other as Ben went to the kitchen. "Toni." He looked up at me. "I wanted to tell you something." I said causing him to look at me curiously. "I don't want to work anymore." I told him. 

He grabbed my hand. "It's fine, it's your choice if you don't want to work anymore." He told me, i smiled at him making circles on his hand with my thumb.

"I know this is out of nowhere but what are we going to do with your grandmother?" I asked, making him clench his jaw. 

He shrugged. "I don't know, she is out of her mind. I have never seen her like this." He ran his free hand through his hair. "We'll think of something, i promise." I nodded trusting him. 

"Your dish is ready." Uncle Ben said coming with a waiter, the waiter set our plates down infront us revealing scrambled eggs with grilled hot dogs. "I added my special recipe." He winked at us, i flashed him a smile. 

"Thank you." I said. 

Toni nodded. "Uncle Ben is very confident of his cooking." Toni said, Ben smirked at him slapping his back playfully. 

"I have to get back to work now, and let you two enjoy your meal." I flashed him a smile, taking a sip of my water, i picked up my fork putting the scrambled eggs in my mouth it was delicious but after two more spoons. 

I felt something rise in my throat, i held onto my stomach, i quickly grabbed my water taking a sip. Toni looked at me confused. "Are you okay?" He asked concerned. 

"I feel sick." I answered. 

He stood up worriedly. "Do you want to leave?" He asked, i looked down at the food and gagged, what is wrong with me? He grabbed hand helping me stand up, feeling dizzy and nauseated. "Let's get going." He said before putting the money on the table. 

We walked out of the restaurant letting me suck in fresh air, he took me towards his car opening the passenger seat helping me get in, shutting the door behind me and rushed to his side quickly getting in. 

I buckled my seatbelt as i held my forehead. "Let's go to the hospital." He said making me grab his hand and shake my head. 

"No, don't." I said making him look at me like i was crazy. "I just needs some rest." He shook his head stubbornly.

"I'm taking you to the hospital." 

"Toni, please." 

He sighed in defeat, turning on his car and drove home, i closed my eyes holding my stomach as our car came to a stop, i unbuckled my seatbelt opening the passenger seat having Toni run over to me wrapping his arms around my body leading me towards the house. 

He opened the door shutting it behind us, he helped me walk up the stairs and towards our room, slowly walking towards the bed, kicking off my shoes as he lied me down, he grabbed the blankets putting it over me, i fluttered my eyes closed as i felt him kiss my head then heard him walk out of the room. 

I gagged once again holding my mouth, throwing the blankets off me and rushed towards the bathroom, i quickly picked up the toilet seat before throwing up, i pushed my hair behind my ear as i throw up with tears running down my face. 

I felt someone grab my hair pulling it back while a big hand rubbed my back, i already knew it was Toni, which was very embarrassing, i didn't want him to see me like this. I wiped my mouth standing up with his help flushing the toilet. 

"I'm taking you to the doctor." He said grabbing my hand but i pulled back. 

"I'll be fine, i'm just a little sick." I said, taking my hand out of his turning on the sink washing my mouth, grabbing my toothbrush, brushing my teeth to take the nasty taste out of my mouth. 

"I don't care if you're a little sick, let's go and get a check up." He said and i shook my head stubbornly, i hate hospitals. 

"Toni, please stop forcing me." I said drying myself as i walked past him and out of the bathroom, hearing him sigh in annoyance. 

"I'm trying to fucking help but you won't let me." He argued, i winced at his bad word. 

I ran a hand through my hair. "I don't want to go, you don't have to force me." Arguing back, he clenched his jaw. 

"You're stubborn as fuck, you know that." He said between his clench teeth before storming out of the room slamming the door behind him. 

I closed my eyes sighing, hopping into bed putting the sheets over me again as i slowly closed my eyes, then something hit me. "Oh my god." I whispered sitting up quickly holding my stomach. "What if i'm oh no." I looked down at my stomach with wide eyes. 

Waking up to whispers in the room, my eyes slowly fluttered open and caught sight of Brianna and Katherine sitting on the bench in front of the bed whispering to each other, i rubbed my eyes sitting up. "Girls?" They turned around smiling at me. 

Quickly wrapping their arms around me squeezing me. "We heard you were sick." Katherine said as the two pulled away. 

"I'll be fine." I smiled at them trying to get the thought of my mind. "Is everyone back?" I asked and they nodded. 

Brianna looked down at her watch. "Girls, i need to go my mom is probably waiting for me to get back." Katherine and i nodded. 

"Bye." I smiled as we pulled each other in a hug, she pulled away and waved before walking out of the room. 

Katherine quickly turned to me. "Are you sure you aren't..." I looked over at her biting my lip not sure. 

Sitting in the office of the mansion drinking whisky while thinking of Layla, why is she so scared to go to the hospital, she's so stubborn. I rubbed my face in frustration hearing a knock on the door making me look up. 

"Come in." I said coldly, the door opened revealing Serena, i sighed not really having time for her right now. "Yes?" She walked closer playing with her hands. 

"I was wondering if you wanted to come to Bray's party." She asked, i raised an eyebrow at her. 

I put my cup down crossing my arms. "My wife is sick, i can't leave her like that." I told her looking down at the paper on my desk, signing some of them. Hearing her huff in annoyance i glanced at her. "Is there something you're annoyed about?" I asked continuing to sign the papers.

She crossed her arms. "Yes!" I looked at her raising an eyebrow at her tone. "You've changed! What happened to the old Toni that used to party and that didn't care about shit!?" She yelled, that Toni was a wreak. 

I narrowed my eyes at her. "You want me to go back to the fucked up Toni, the one that was wreaked? The one that would hurt people!?" I raised my voice causing her to jump back in fear. 

She walked closer to me. "The old Toni was fun!" She yelled. 

"The old Toni was fucked up." 

"The old Toni didn't let his wife take advantage of him." 

I looked at her with anger in my eyes slapping the desk hard while standing up, she jumped back in fear. "Don't bring my wife into any of this!" I shouted. "Do you understand! My wife is nothing but an angel in this house!" I yelled walking closer to her. 

"You were forced in this marriage, you don't know anything about her, she could be a lying devil." Serena said making me clench my fist in a ball. 

I grabbed her neck. "My wife is the most pure and innocent woman out there and i want you to respect her like she's your fucking queen." I said pushing her away from me before storming out of the office slamming the door behind me. 

No one disrespects my wife like that.

Katherine and I rushed down the stairs before anyone could see us, we rushed out of the house and both quickly walked towards her car getting in, she quickly started it and drove off, i played with my hands nervously. 

The car was so silent it made me nervous, i jumped when i felt my phone ring in my purse, i opened my purse pulling my phone out reading the caller I.D. "Toni." I read his name nervously looking over at Katherine. 

"Just answer and say you went out with me to get some fresh air." I nodded, quickly answered the phone. 

"Hello? Layla? Where are you?" He asked worriedly, i felt bad leaving without telling him. 

I glanced at Katherine then back at the window. "I'm with Katherine we are at the park getting some fresh air." I lied to him, he sighed in relief. 

"Okay just come back safely." He said softly, making my heart flutter at his softness. 

"Okay, promise." I said, feeling guilty that i lied to him. 

"I love you." 

"I love you too." I said before hanging up the phone, i looked over at Katherine. "I feel guilty for lying to him." I looked down at my phone. 

She patted my shoulder. "Don't feel guilty." She said smiling as she took a turn before parking in front of the store. "I'm gonna buy two." She told me and i nodded handing her my money, she shook her head. "I'll pay." Before i could force it in her hand she quickly got out of the car. 

I watched her walk into the store, putting my head into my hands. Butterflies appeared in my stomach thinking about it, what if i am? What will Toni do? I leaned my head back watching two couples walking by my eyes widen when i realized it was Mary and Larry. 

I quickly dunked before they see me in front of this store, i prayed to god Katherine would hurry up. 

The drivers seat door opened revealing Katherine. "Good thing you dunked they kept their eyes on my car." She said buckling her seatbelt. 

"I don't want them to know." I told her and she nodded, starting her car before driving off, i sat back up taking the bag from her, i looked in the bag swallowing hard, i quickly stuck the bag in my purse. "I need to pay you back." Taking out my wallet. 

But her hand grabbed mine. "Don't even think about it." She said keeping her eyes on the road. "I don't want to see my sister paying me back." I smiled at her. "We are home." She said parking the car in front of the car, we hopped out walking towards the house. 

She hooked her arm with mine. We entered the house to see Jennifer and Destiny in a intense conversation while glaring at each other, they turned their heads when they heard us entering the house. 

Jennifer smiled at me walking up to me. "Welcome back." I said hugging her, she kissed my cheek. 

"Thank you." I smiled at her. 

"Mom we kind of need to do something right now but we'll talk to you later." Katherine said grabbing my hand dragging me up the stairs towards my room, she quickly opened the door. "Let's get this over wi-" She quickly cut herself off when we saw a shirtless Toni doing push-ups. 

I looked at her with wide eyes, he stopped and turned his head looking at us pulling the earphones out of his ears. "You're back." He said standing up walking towards me. 

"Yeah we are, and can you put a shirt on my eyes are burning at the ugliness." Katherine said making me chuckle and causing Toni to send her a playful death stare. 

Toni rolled his eyes at her circling his arms around my waist as he leaned down to kiss me but i put my index finger in front of his mouth, i nodded towards Katherine who was awkwardly standing there. 

"Katherine can you leave us for a second?" She awkwardly nodded before rushing out of the room shutting the door behind her, he looked at me moving my finger away from his lips and leaned down smashing his lips softly on mine. 

I put my hands on his bare chest as i closed my eyes kissing him back, our lips moved with sync as sparks and butterflies flew around my whole body, he pulled me closer to him not breaking the kiss, he licked the bottom of my lip asking for entrance. 

I hesitantly opened my mouth for him letting him quickly slip his tongue in side my mouth while kissing me roughly, he explored my mouth groaning as i moaned, i slowly pulled away but he pulled me back into the kiss causing me to smile against his lips. 

He pecked my lips a few times before pulling away from me, we both breathed hard. Toni didn't bother removing his arms from my waist while i didn't bother removing my hands from his bare chest. 

I shyly smiled up at him, as he smiled down at me kissing my cheek. "Me and Kevin are going to go out for a jog." I nodded feeling cold when he let go of me, he grabbed his sport bag walking over to me grabbing my chin softly. "I'll see you later, love you." He said pecking my lips. 

I smiled at him. "Love you too, be careful." I said as he opened the door revealing Katherine who was leaning against the wall bored, Toni patted her cheek before going towards Kevin who was waiting for him across the hall, i watched the two go down the stairs until they disappeared. 

Katherine quickly got in grabbing my hand shutting the door behind us and locking it, we rushed towards the bathroom opening the door, i took off my purse opening it taking out the bag, i quickly grabbed one of the brands from the bag. 

Opening the box, taking it out swallowing hard as i looked down at it. "What's going to happen if i'am?" I asked worriedly. "Will Toni be upset?" Katherine shook her head immediately. 

She wrapped her arms around me noticing the tears that formed into my eyes. "Toni wouldn't dare." She said, pulling away from me. "He may look like the type that can't handle it but he wouldn't leave the person who helped him be a better person." I looked at her still feeling a little nervous. 

"I'm going to take it now." I told her and she nodded walking out the bathroom shutting the door behind her, leaving me alone in the bathroom. I inhaled sharply before going towards the toilet. "Let's do this." I exhaled shakily. 

I flushed and put both the test down on the counter walking over opening the door, Katherine quickly walked in shutting the door behind us. "four more minutes left." She said looking at her phone time. 

I turned on the sink washing my hand and drying it, i wasn't scared, i was actually terrified, i ran a hand through my hair sitting on the shower edge, waiting for time to quickly pass by. "Layla." I looked up at Katherine. "Five minutes are up." I quickly stood up walking over to the test. 

Picking it up and turning it over revealing the results, i swallowed hard looking down at the test, i slowly looked over at Katherine then the test. "Layla? What does it say?" She asked worriedly, i didn't say anything swallowing hardly, Katherine slowly took the test from my hand, she gasped and looked at me with a smile on her face.

I'm pregnant.
