"Stop whining like a baby and drink it." Mehrish nudged Hamza. He stared at the soup as if it's weird and gave a look to Mehrish.
"I can't. It's so bitter and tastes so bad."
"You have to Hamza unless and until you don't want to recover," She took a spoonful of the soup and led it towards his mouth. Closing his nose with his hands, he gulped the sour and bitter liquid down his throat. He made weird faces as she fed him the soup.
"What did my mom told you when she called?"
"She was asking to come as fast as you recover to India," she answered and he nodded.
"I am almost okay now. We will leave within 3-4 days to India." Hamza stared at her as she sat beside him after keeping the bowl of soup in the tray.
"No, It's not enough. I told her that it will take at least 2 more weeks."
"What? 2 more weeks? No way I am sitting in this bed for more than a week. I am fine now." He declared.
"I.will.not.listen.to.you!" She gritted her teeth showing how stubborn she is being right now.
"You have to." He opposed.
"You have no choice," she smirked.
"Oh really?"
"Oh yes!" She chuckled.
He took her hands in his and started stroking it gently as he began,
"I know forgetting all those harsh memories will be hard for you and forgiving me is as much as hard forgetting it. But still, I want to ask for forgiveness. I am sorry. I know my tortures for the deeds you hadn't committed is hard for you to forget but let me tell you. I'll make sure to vanish those memories. Please just give me a chance."
She smiled at him and nodded.
"I am can see that you are asking for forgiveness with a full heart. Your eyes depict the guilt and regret for doing things like that to me. I have forgiven you. Now don't stress about it and just sleep. It's already too late."
Without wasting a single second, he wrapped his arms around her and snuggled into her neck. Tears of happiness strolled down his eyes. He had never hugged her. This was a feeling foreign for her. She hesitantly wrapped her arms around him. She felt warm and happy as he hugged her.
"Thank you so much. I will make sure you will not regret it," He mumbled against her neck, stroking her back. After pulling away, he pecked her forehead with generous respect for her. She had been sleeping beside him since the day he got to shoot to help him if he needs anything at night time.
Taking care of him. She realised that he wasn't the type of person he showed himself to be. Slowly, she saw he talked for hours and hours about his family. He cherished his sisters. He kept telling her about his childhood days when Zoya would smack his head, making him cry to study. Literally, she took care of her brother as a son. He told her how he used to annoy Dira and used to hide her chocolates below his pillow and that little soul used to cry soo much all night that her chocolates have been stolen.

Mehrish realised how he was sweet and kind but he was frustrated due to how her sister cum mother is being portrayed as bad luck for Sahir's family. She came to think about it from few days and accepted the fact that she had to move on and should stop clinging to the past.
He never talked with Fiza after that incident even though he told her how close Fiza to him was. Fiza was a rich spoilt brat who gets everything she gets pleased with but she had always been on the good side to Hamza. Hamza told her how she had helped him in many ways but that doesn't change his love for Mehrish. From their teenage days, Fiza had made a place in his heart and fell for him but he doesn't have any feelings for her. He just sees her as a friend. Nothing more nothing less.

A few more days passed by as Hamza got completely healed. Of course with the help of Mehrish. Hamza desperately wanted to take Mehrish on a date.
Mehrish came out of the washroom. It was the time of the morning. Hamza left early today at 7 AM as he had work without disturbing her. She woke up after him at 10. She read the note stuck in a huge box.
"Morning love! I'd be back by 8. Be ready by then. Love you Jaan!"
A smile made its way to her lips and she opened the box. A dark green coloured outfit with matching earrings and shoes. She got ready for going to work and left with a smile on her face. He still lets her go to work as she wanted to do so. He suggested that she could work in his office if she wants and would get more benefits as an employee of Rahmani Industries but she declined as she knew it isn't the way she wants. She knew that the people working in the office would treat her differently and she didn't want that.
Her day went pleasingly happy and the evening arrived. Mehrish's excitement didn't have any levels. She was ecstatic about what he had planned. Taking the car keys, she left towards her destination. Their home.
She entered their mansion and went straight to their room to get ready. After getting ready, she waited till the clock hit 8 in the living room. She made sure to wear the chain and bracelet he gifted her. As soon as she heard the sound of the horn, she knew it was his car.
Leaning in the door, she smiled as he came out of the car. His jaw dropped looking at how pretty Mehrish was looking. He smiled and went towards her.
"Who are you?" She asked teasing him. He knew that she was teasing him through his tone. He decided to play more.
"I got to know that a beautiful queen lives here. I wanted to meet her. So..."
"But the queen is asleep. You are late," she played.
"I will be waiting for her until she completes her sleep. I'll not go until I meet the queen," He leaned closer to her and closed the door.
"Oh really?" She chuckled.
"Oh yes!" He answered as he pecked her forehead.
"Let's go," he dragged her towards the stairs. Confused at where he is taking her. She questioned,
"Upstairs?"
"Yes but there is a surprise for you. Oh no! I forgot to tie a ribbon around your eyes." He hushed and took the ribbon out of his pocket and tied it around her around.

"But I won't be able to walk with it," she opposed.
"I know Jaan! Do you think I'll let you walk with a ribbon on?"
"What are you going to do? You are gonna help me right?" She asked.
"No!" He finished and before she could process, he had already taken her in his arms. "Oh My God! Put me down Hamza. I am heavy!" She cried adorably.
"Do you really think with the amount of a little weight you are heavy?" He laughed loudly. "You are so cute," he whispered but she heard it. She blushed.
They reached the top floor. The terrace of the mansion was beautifully decorated before Mehrish came from the office. Everything was of her favourites. He removed the ribbon which smoothly untied its folds and she slowly opened her eyes and examined the whole terrace in front of her with a wide-open mouth. Black and white balloons, red roses, a fireplace, a table accompanied with several dishes and a smooth violin played in the background. Everything is her favourite!
She turned around as she heard his voice,
"I gave you hard days. Very hard ones but I don't want to drag it anymore. I am so blessed to have you in my life. I guess I was way too blind that I underestimated your worth. I want to cherish the rest of my life with you."
She blushed and smiled but her smile turned into shock as she witnessed him sitting on one knee.
"I love you Mehrish!"
He stared into her eyes, deep in her soul with his hand waiting for her. He had a ring in his right hand for her. She forwarded her hand grinning ear to ear.
"I love you too Hamza!"
He smiled as soon as he heard her words. Without waiting further, he slipped the ring in her finger. He could feel that her hand shivered when he slipped the ring in her finger. A pang of guilt hit him though even the scar had vanished. Mehrish sensed it and made him stand up. She gave him a bear hug tightly that he felt bright and comfortable.
"It's alright Hamza. Those days are gone. Let's see what our future is. It is waiting for us."
He couldn't stop smiling at her warm words but he knew that he would regret it all his life. He removed a strand of hair that kept coming in her face to her ear and dragged her to the table. He dragged the chair out for her, "Have a seat, Mrs. Rahmani." She sat down and he sat in the front. They ate together in small conversations.
"How do you know these are all my favourites?" Mehrish asked as she took the last bite of her favourite chocolate ice cream.
"I just know it," he teased.
"Who told you Hamza? Stop lying," she laughed.
"Amaar is such a huge help."
"He told you?"
"Yeah. He knows so much about you." Hamza praised.
"We keep fighting but I know our love is huge in front of those," she said in a daze. "Indeed siblings love is a thing from another world."
They sat near the fireplace. Hamza made sure she sat near him. Close around his arms. The place was cool but the fire made it warmer. He started stroking her hair gently.
"Do you know I had a crush on you before our marriage was fixed?" She chuckled.
"Yeah I know," he answered.
"How?"
"I knew it just by the way your eyes would spark every time you looked at me. Even though I had a liking for you but I am a stubborn person you could say that is why I never looked at you but deep down I knew I loved you."
"I knew you were that kind of person but I never knew you loved me."
"I loved it ever since I saw you at Zoya didi's wedding. Running behind your father to pick you up with a red nose in a red frock. I still remember those teary eyes. It looked like you would shed tears anytime. You used to live in his hands. He had just put you down coz his hand hurt but you naughty kid started crying again."
Mehrish laughed loudly and his heart fluttered hearing the sound of her chuckle.
"Then who took me?"
"You didn't stay in anyone's arms but..." He stopped and glanced at her.
"But?"
"You stayed in mine. I was a kid too and you liked my company. You looked so pretty and it's still the same," he murmured placing a peck on her cheeks.
"I want to see you smile all the time. Your smile is making my day. Your happiness has become my priority," He foretold looking at her eyes.
"I am happy Hamza," she says.
"No wonder why Shaina used to blabber about you all day whenever she comes from your home. You are such a humble person," he grinned.
"She and I are like best friends. She shares every secret with me. Some secrets are unknown to everyone. It goes the same to both of us."
Hamza laughed.
"What are those secrets?"
"Why do you think I'll tell you?" She wiggled her eyebrows smirking.
"Why should I think that you'll not tell me?"
"Because it's our top international secret."
"Why? Are international secrets meant to hide?"
"Yes. Maybe!" She shrugged.
"Why is it international then?"
"It is because we had our crush internationally! You were out in Dubai and her crush is out in South Korea."
"What? She knew about your crush?" He questioned.
"She only knew that he loves in Dubai. She likes a celebrity from South Korea so she thinks it's the same for me."
He started laughing loudly, "What even are you two?"
She laughed together with him at her words. He gave her roses and a small gift box which contained a huge necklace telling her that he couldn't give a big gift to her earlier as situations weren't good.
That's how their story ended. Happy, Healing and peaceful. Their beginning was bumpy but in the end, they are the same destination where they belong. Love can heal anything and everything. It just takes time. Mistakes, misunderstandings, accusations, everything is meant to happen if it's life. It depends on how you take it.
