《His Possession》THIRTY- NINE

"We are five minutes away boss, I have found signals of his men at the area, not to many but a few to hold us back awhile." Daemon said in the back seat. I'm in the passenger side while Landon is driving down the dirt rode.
I keep having flashbacks of me kissing Jordan goodbye. I felt my lips go up and I shook my head.
I looked out the window and tensed when a hand clamped on my shoulder. I look over my shoulder and follow the hand and see it belong to Landon but he wasn't looking at me. He was just paying attention to the dirt rode.
"Oh never mind. The signals changed. They must've moved. We're now like ten minutes away." Daemon said. I rolled my eyes and continued to look out of the window. But looked back at Landon.
His hand squeezed,"Don't stress about it. We will get her." He said while he looked relaxed and not bother by these men we are going against.
"I know that we will get her, it's just." I limped on the seat,"it's just, I just wonder if Alfonso is really there. Or Alberto." My jaw clenched.
His hand tighten on my shoulder then slid off. "Don't worry about that. Just worry about how you are going fûckin kill that bîtch of a cousin."
I smirked,"I already know how."
"Slow down Landon. Turn off the head lights." Boss said from the back. The sun wasn't out yet. It's barely 4 in the morning. So when he turned off the head lights, it was completely black.
"They're a mile away. We will do a sneak attack like we have planned." Dameon said. I rolled my eyes because he always wants to be in charge.
Ha fûcker, he didn't even put you in charge in anything.
I smirked and turned around and see boss lighting up a cigar. His eye brows came together,"What are you waiting for? Me? Go."
Every one got out. The second car slowly pulled up next to us and shut down the car. The men climbed out. Me and Landon went to the back and grabbed the guns and checked if they were loaded.

I snapped the clip back on and I stared at Landon. He smiled at the gold of the bullets and snapped back the clip. He looked up at me and I gave him a nod. We walked side by side and boss finally came out while smoke came out. He tossed the rest of the stick on the ground and squished it.
He nodded his head and I nodded back.
"Fûck!" Landon hissed. I turned around and see his figure on the ground.
"What the fûck are you doing?!"
"I dropped my gun and I can't fûckin see!"
"Dumbass." I mutter under my breath. I went down on a knee but bit my lip when I landed on his gun. I grabbed it and walked up to him. I lifted his shirt up and shoved it at his chest.
"Lets go."
We all walked ahead with our guns ready for anything. Boss was ahead of everyone. We walked till we saw lights ahead. Boss held up his hand and we all stopped.
He lowered his gun and turned around. "It's nothing just fûckin shooting dummie-" his eyes grew huge and he coughed. He held his chest and we all grew confused.
"Boss?" He dropped to his knees and his eyes looked at us. I stepped back when he dropped right in front of me. "Boss?" I was about to touch his shoulder but he fell forwards and there was a bullet hole in the middle of his back with way to much blood coming out.
"Fûck!" I bent down and placed my fingers on his neck but no pulse.
I got up and looked around and all I saw was a shed but a lot of lights and dummies.
"Landon?" I looked back and see him just as confused and just staring at boss. Daemon walked ahead with his gun pointed out aiming at the shed. The men started to follow after him and left me and Landon by our self.
"A silencer? But what gun would aim that far?" He said while opening his shirt and checking the bullet hole. "And what kind of gun would make their bullets go fast enough in the skin and aim right for his heart?"

I slapped his arm,"An army sniper! A Remington 700!" I said ducking down and looking towards the men that are slowly making their way towards the shed. I looked back at Landon and see his eyes grow big but then his eyebrows came together,"how would they have that?"
"I don't fûckin know!" I looked back at the men but it went in slow motion. One by one they were dropping, shooting at the sky for their last movement.
I ducked down when bullets where coming left and right. Landon landed right next to me and we covered our head. I slowly peaked up when bullets where coming slow.
All of our men were down and shooting for help,or at anything. I slowly got up when the last bullet went off. Landon slowly got up and aimed his gun towards the dead men. I did the same and we slowly walked towards them.
"What the fûck." I looked around and saw all of our men down. I looked towards the shed and saw someone coming out. I aimed but that's when more came out.
Of fûckin course!
I aimed it straight between his eyes and he smiled while holding the sniper. Landon aim at the other men who had differ types of gun while small parts of smoke coming out of the barrel.
"How'd you like my aim? Got him good huh." He chuckled.
I was about to pull the trigger but all the men aimed their guns at us.
"Now now. We wouldn't want you dead before you saw your ma don't you think?" He taunt.
"Where is she." I hissed between my teeth while I clenched my jaw tight. His eyes lit up in amusement.
"Oh you know, with Alfonso. Just catching up on stuff." He smirked.
"Stop fûckin playing games Louis before I shout you dead. Where. Is. She."
"Why don't I just take you there, would you like that?' He smiled
I glared at him while he held up the gun in surrender. "Follow me. Oh, drop your guns." He said over his shoulder then started to walk further in the shed.
"Over my dead body-"
"Or I can just call Alfonso to get started on what he's been planing to do for years." His voice said with amusement with it.
I glared at his back and slowly dropped my gun while Landon did the same. We walked towards his back while some men walked behind us and placed the gun barrel on our backs.
We walked till he turned a corner and we ended up in a hallway. He stopped at a door and leaned on it. He crossed his arms across his chest and smiled.
"Landon stays. You go in." He smiles widens.
"No." Landon says. Louis chuckles and it happen way to fast for Landon that I barely had time to move back and try to reach for him. Louis pulled out tranquilizer gun and tranquilized him. He smiled weakly at me and fell back on the guy who was holding the gun on his back.
"Go in." I glared at him and he cocked his head to the side.
I slowly walked forward and he took a step back letting me open the door.
I walked in and there were two tvs and I was about to turn around and beat the crap out of him but he slammed the door close and locked it from outside.
"Louis open the door!" I banged my fists. I heard him chuckle from the other side.
"Just wait. Let me turn them on." Right when he finish saying that both turned on. I slowly turned around and glared at the tvs. My breathing went heavy and my fist tighten at my side.
On the left was my mom crying her eyes out while Alfonso was in front of her. On the right...
"YOU FÛCKIN BITCH!" I sprinted towards the door and barged at it with my shoulder.
"Just watch! It gets good!" I kicked at the door and heard him speak.
I turned around see him fûckin naked on the bed with her shaking and crying her eyes out. "Let's put on a show." I was about to barge my shoulder again but that's when Alfonso spoke. "Let the games begin."

Beneath No Sky: Chronicles of the Atmospheric Sector
After bringing themselves back from the brink of annihilation, humanity's future seemed bleak. However, it's remnants, throwing aside the old order and donning a new mantle of progress aimed to rise above their ancient disputes and go forward as one. Once the Earth reached it's natural limit, and colonies around Terra and Luna had shown promising results, humanity finally decided to make the move to the stars. Believing this to be the start of a new age, they eagerly poured across the solar system and further beyond, greeting what space had to offer with hope and optimism. It was misplaced, however, for humanity's traditional quarrels soon resurfaced and engulfed a now interplanetary empire of many races. As the Earth Empire burned and an intense depression overtook the once optimistic people, some held out hope. They theorized that their problems were born of an inherent sense of home and, in order to rid humanity, now comprising of the Terrans as well as all the other known species of the galaxy, of this burden, decided to move far away from civilized space, into uncharted depths, to start anew. Some 200 years have passed since then, and those hopeful ones have finally found a place to settle on. Firmly planting their flag in paradise, they called this untouched land "Eden" and declared the beginning of a true new age, the age of After Eden.Trouble, however, seemed to still be hounding them, as barely three years after its founding, Eden finds itself at war with a seemingly uncommunicative and uncompromising enemy that far outclasses the odd pirates they were used to facing. A new era of peace, marked by an immediate conflict. Time will tell if Eden, the Grand Experiment, truly is as great as it's supposed to be. ---------------------------------------- This is a sci-fi, character driven, military space drama. Multiple POV protagonists and lots of unnecessary detail. Somewhat psychological. My first work on this website. "EeEEellllleeeeeelllllleeeeeeuuuuuuu!" I, too, yelled a battle cry at the top of my lungs. I had no idea what Simon had just spouted but from Camilla's giggling, I could guess that Simon thought that spouting nonsense was his way of getting out of the earlier predicament. "I forbid death upon this day," Camilla said. "What?" I answered a bit at a loss. "Ancient Latin," she replied smugly, "He said 'I forbid death upon this day'." I laughed aloud "Then he is gonna be really disappointed in everyone here," Camilla did not reply and instead took a deep breath. I did the same, zoning out everything in my surroundings.
