"GREYSON!" I yelled while sprinting up to him and jumping on his back.
"The fûck . Get off you fat cow!" He said while trying to shake me off. I tighten my legs around his waist and started to slap his butt.
"Hurry! We're late for class!" I said while giggling at the end.
He pinched my thigh and I laughed and jumped off.
That's were I'm the most ticklish.
"I need to tell you some shiitt!" He said while making his voice even deeper at the end.
"Spill the beans." I said while we walked up the stairs to get to our class.
"Okay. So you know how I've been talking to Samuel."
"Ugh huh."
"Well, he said that his GOING TO TAKE ME ON A DATE!" He said while jumping up and down and almost falling on one of the steps.
"Stop. Don't do that!... Not unless I'm doing it too." I said while jumping up and down then slapping his back.
"Damn bitch! That stung! I wouldn't mind if Samuel did that...if you know what I mean." He said while wiggling his eyebrows. I chuckled and open the door for our class. We made our way towards the back and sat down.
"I have something to tell you too." I said not even looking at him. But I just know that he has an eyebrow up and already looking at me.
I let out a sigh and I was about to begin but the teacher cut me off.
"Okay class. Please come up to the front and drop off your essay."
My eyes grew huge.
NO! NOOOOOO! I FORGOT TO DO IT!
I looked to Greyson and I see him getting up and walking towards the front of the class. My legs were shaking.

How can this happen?!
Then I took some time and thought back to yesterday.
Fûck me.
The fûckin fight, gun shootout, Jaxon... Jaxon.
I grew angry just thinking of that fûcker! How dare he push me! Ugh I'm going punch him again and kick his balls.
I looked up and saw I was the only one sitting down. Greyson looked at me and shook his head and looked away. My cheeks grew red. I used my hair to cover my face like a curtain. But it didn't work.
"Jordan?"
I looked up and see my professor standing two rows away from me.
"Y-"
"Where's your essay."
"Ugh-I forgot it at my apartment."
He looked at me then sighed.
"That's a zero and your grade dropped to an 23% you have a week to get it up or you will be dropped out of my class." Then he walked back to his desk and collected the papers. My mouth dropped from how low my grade dropped but my heart shattered at what he said.
'Or you will be dropped to out of my class.'
I can't get kicked out of college! I just can't!
The time flew by and then the class bell rang. I stayed planted in my seat while looking ahead.
"You...you coming?" Greyson asked while slowly getting his stuff together.
"No. You go. I have to talk to him." I said while getting up and walking to my professor. Everyone left while I was the last one in here.
"How can I bring up my grade?"
He looked up from grading the essays and placed his pen down. Greyson left already leaving me alone with him.
"How about you don't forget your stuff at your house and listen to class." He said while smiling at the end and grabbed his pen and started to grade again. I rolled my eyes at his sarcasm.

"Listen. I know I didn't bring it. Yes. I feel horrible for it and now you're just adding on to it. So. Can you please tell me what I can do to bring up my grade. Please. I need this credit to graduate."
He sighed again and looked up at me. He crossed his hands over the papers. "If I give you one more day to bring it to me right when you walk in to class, I will bring up your grade back to normal and put in the grade from your essay."
"Than-"
"But- you have to give me a reason why I should do it for you." He said while reaching his hand to mine that are planted on the table.
Oh no.
I mean his cute for a professor. He's like in his late 20s early 30s but no.
He was still looking up at me but he was rubbing little circles on my left hand.
"I will make it a 6 page essay just to show you I really thank you for giving me a second chance." I said while adding a fake smile at the end because I really wanted to get out of there.
"Mhmm. I think have something else in plan." He said while trying to grab my other hand.
I stepped back to yanked my hand back."Look sir. I will give you a 6 page essay by tomorrow before class starts. Does that sound good?"
He got up and walked around his desk. He stood right in front of me and placed a hand on my cheek. I flinched back, because I didn't like how he was touching me.
"Do you know how beautiful you are Jordan?"
"Ugh sir I have to go. I have work to attend too." I said while trying to step back but the desk stopped me for doing so. He placed his hands on the desk and leaned forward.
"Are you sure? Do you have to go?"
"Yes sir." I said while trying to step forward but he pushed me back. Now I was sitting on the desk.
"Well I'm holding you back for extra credit."
"Please. I have to go sir." I said pushing his chest. He grabbed my hands and held them there.
"But this is extra credit for your grade." He said while trying to touch my legs. I twisted his hand backwards and kicked his shin. He groaned in pain. I ran to my backpack and spirited out of that classroom.
Fûck that shit.
****
"Hey James." I said while dragging my feet in and making my way towards my apron.
"Hey baby girl. What's wrong?" He said while placing hamburger meat on the grill.
"You have noooo idea." I said while I ran my hand in my messy hair.
"Want to talk about it?"
"After. At our break."
"Okay. Give this to table 8 please baby girl."
"Okay."
I walked out and walked towards table 8
"Here yo-"
"We need to talk."
Are you fûckin serious.

I Don't Seem So Bright in a Well-Lit Room
The universe is a very strange place. It will take even stranger heroes to save it."Absurd. Existential. Ridiculous. Tragic. Comic. The antiheroes of "I Don't Seem So Bright in a Well-Lit Room" are a kind of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern with space packs, inadvertently colliding with their destinies against a starry background of witty wordplay. With a vision as sprawling and limitless as the loveably goofy universe in which it's set, Browning's wit, wisdom and heart are always at play, combining to form a wonderfully panoramic and very silly heroes' journey that visits every trope of its overlapping genres and draws moustaches on all of them."- Marcel St. Pierre, author of "Vengeful Hank" and "Cliché and Wind Go Hitchhiking".(Sci-fi /Dark Humour/Absurd) *Completed! The Light in Death
Set in a modern city where Jesse Gil narrates his experience running a business capitalizing on his ability to heal any affliction — even death. He's forced to take on a student, Shawn Ellison, a spoiled college dropout who awakens abilities of his own, to prevent him from accidentally killing himself. As a result, Jesse must become more than just a healer. He'll need to master his power over energy: the fuel for life, the soul, and magic. I'm uploading the initial draft of each chapter so people can follow along with the story as I complete the manuscript. I'm hoping to gather interest, and potentially attract an editor. After going back to revise and edit; I will self-publish it.
