My alarm went off it was 6.00 am.

Ugh, I hate school.

I live like 13 km away from school so I have to take a bus but not a school bus.

My parents are away for a whole week, AGAIN. But I don't mind, without them is peaceful. No one screaming and drinking.

I heard a knock on the front door I opened the door and saw Gerard my neighbor who's also my art teacher "hey Mr.Way" I said

"Hey!" He responded

I was surprised, why would my teacher be here!!!

"Oh Your parents didn't tell you?" he said

"Tell me what?"

" you know I'm your neighbor and since your parents are away they asked me to stay here while they are away." He said

"Oh okay, they didn't tell me that but come in I guess."

"Have you eaten yet?" He asked

I threw a simple "no" as he took an mc Donald's bag out of his backpack.

"That's great also I didn't know what you like so I just got something I hope you like it."

Mc Donald's for breakfast? Really? I'm in!

We ate and he dropped his things to a guest room. And like that, we're off to school.

So many things rushed through my mind like why didn't they tell me? Did they forget?
