Hello everyone ! To end No Simp September I am publishing another book for another boy I simp for. I definitely meant to post this beginning of the month, but school started and I got sick and life happened, so now here I am at the end of the month instead. (By the way, I know the cover isn't best right now, but it's what I had available to me and might change at some point, might not.)
Before we begin the story, I first to thank @samseaa for allowing me to use some of the ideas from her beautifully written series that starts with The Butterfly Effect. Now, they're writing the second book of the series, Chaos Theory and I highly recommend reading both because Sam is a writing goddess and both books are amazing!! These ideas I am using include the tugging between Lloyd and the reader, Lloyd's smell (😳), and later additions to Lloyd's appearance. Even though I may use some of these ideas in a different way, I still got the ideas from Sam and want to make sure full credit goes to her.
Trigger warnings before you begin: there will be blood, gore, toxic familial relationships, and the use of curse words. I will update this note as the story continues and if I find more to add to the list, if any. Please let me know if I miss anything, though.

Unlike most monster evolution stories where the monster rushes to gain human form, here I plan to do something quite the opposite. After all, in a world where almost everything wants to kill you, being human can be hard. Warnings are here to give me the freedom to write whatever is necessary. This is my first original novel. Also English isn't my native language so any feedback is welcome. Remember that even if initially this story takes place on Earth, fictional places, streets, etc will appear. Release Schedule: Monday - Wednesday - Friday Average chapter length: 2000-2500 words (There might be exceptions as is the case with some of the first chapters - most of them are longer.)
