Lloyd or Jason? Jason or Lloyd? Lloyd liked you, but so does Jason. You like Jason, but you might...feel something with Lloyd. You furrow your brows and work harder on your mech. Just then you heard someone enter the cave. "Uh oh! Somebody's building too hard by themselves!" You heard your dad say as he got closer. "So? Don't I always work hard?" You say, not looking at him. Your dad chuckles and grabs a seat next to you.

"You do, but you never build things without Jessie or me. When you start making vehicles and tech by yourself like this, it means you're trying to clear your head." He says and you stop what you're working on. "How do you know that." "Because I'm your father. It's my job to notice things not even Jessie or Jason know." he says with a smile.

You blow some hair out your face then look at him. "C'mon lexy, talk to your old pops!" He says and you roll your eyes and chuckle. You stood up and brought him over to the couch. You both sat down and you slouched on the couch. "So what's bothering my pumpkin?" He asked and you sighed. "Boy problems." You say and he sits up concerned. "Jason didn't do anything bad to you did he?" "No dad. He's so sweet and loyal to me. But see, that's the thing. So is...Lloyd."

He raises his eyebrow now intrigued. "Keep talking." "At the dance last week. Lloyd pretended to be Jason since they were wearing the same costume and he knew I wouldn't have any idea of his presence there. Lloyd almost...kissed me but Jason found us and he caught Lloyd. At that point it was pretty clear that Lloyd...does like me. But, as you know, I'm with Jason. And I'm happy. But, Jessie thinks I have feelings for Lloyd. And as much as I hate admitting that she's right, but, she's right. I think I do sorta have something in my heart for him." You explain with a frown.

"So your problem is, you don't know who to choose at this point. Lloyd or Jason." Your dad says and you nod. "But the thing is, every minute I'm with Jason, doing the couple things we used to do, I can't help but think about Lloyd, and how bad I'm making him feel. He knows I'm with Jason and it just makes him so uncomfortable because he feels as if he should be with me..."

"Wow tough. This should be girl talk but I'm also the mom around here! Haha. Well, I think...you should take your time and think about you. Not about how they would feel, well I mean you should, just a little, but this should be about how you feel." Your dad says and you look at him and raise an eyebrow in confusion.

"Just, think about how you feel with each boy." He says and you take in his advice. "Alright...I'll think on it. Thanks dad." You Say with a smile. "Happy to help! I'll just leave you here to think. If you need anything else just let me know." He says with a grin then ruffles your hair and leaves the cave back up to the house. As soon as you hear that you are alone you breathe in and out and think. Lately, moments with Jason haven't been the same. It wasn't his fault, but it was yours. Sure, he was there for you, but Lloyd was the one who actually understood you. That's a huge difference.

Ugh but who to choose! You sighed and laid down on the couch. This was a really hard decision. You just didn't like to break hearts. It's not who you were. You first thought about Jason. He had been with you through everything. He really cared about you. "Alex?" "Yeah Jason?" "While you were on your mission, I watched from the screen, and I was scared. Scared for you. It takes guts to tell someone you're scared, but I really was, you almost got killed and I wouldn't know what to do with myself if you left."

You felt heat rise up to your cheeks as you heard his words. You reach for his hand and hold it in yours. "I was scared too, scared I'd never make it back, but here I am! And I wouldn't have made it without you guys. So thanks, for being there for me." You say with a smile. Jason smiles back, "Well no problem, I care about you." He says and you blush harder. Jason chuckles seeing your face turning crimson red, he gets up from his swing and helps you stand up. "Awe! I liked the swings!" You said and he sticks his tongue out teasingly. He really was a great guy. Always made you smile.

But of course, he always proved to you his love for you. You giggle and rest your head on his chest since you two were really close. "Do you hear that?" He asks you. You don't hear anything at first but then you hear a pounding in his chest. You smile and look up at him, "Your heart?" You guess and he smiles and nods.

"Just being here with you makes it beat, but you know what makes it beat faster?" "What?" "When we do this." He said then connects his lips to yours. He kissed you sweet yet soft. He then let go and you smile as you lean your head on his chest again to heart his heart thumping faster than earlier. You two stand there in the sweet moment until Jason let's go and runs off on the playground. "A side!!! We gotta go on this one Alex!" He cheers as he goes up the tall slide. You laugh and catch up to him again.

You had flashbacks about Jason, thinking about how you felt about him. You then thought about Lloyd. You smiled as you closed your eyes and thought about everything. His smile, his green eyes, his blonde hair and his deep voice. Maybe while you were with Jason all this time, your thought of Lloyd would never escape your mind.

As Lloyd carried you in silence you start to feel bad for snapping at him. "I'm Sorry." You said and he gave you a small smile. "I know you are. But it's fine, you were in pain, you said the first thing that popped in your head." He says and you were surprised at his response but it was true. You couldn't help but smile, Lloyd really was different from every other guy. He was surprising yet amazing to you somehow.

"Cool! Looks like I found a bench!" He says and carefully sits you down. You wince has he helps prop your legs on the bench. Lloyd then pulls a roll of gauze from his pocket and begins tending to your ankle. You watch as he carefully wraps it around your ankle. You then started to feel heat rise up to your cheeks as you watch Lloyd. You weren't starting to feel different about him...were you?

You open your eyes, realizing you had a flashback. So, you've thought about Lloyd before. You close your eyes again, hoping for another lost flashback with more answers. "Lloyd! My ankle is broken and half my gadgets and weapons are used up right now! There's no way I can do this on my own now." "Are you hearing yourself right now! You're Samurai Z! The best samurai in the land! You can do anything!" "I'm....not Samurai Z...I'm not Samurai Z." You say with a tear sliding down your face.

Lloyd pauses for a minute, "Who are you then?" He asks you. "I-I'm just....Me." Lloyd gives you a smile, "Then be the best you, you can be." He says and then his video gets static. "Hey! No phone calls in here!!" You heard Leiko say as she took the watch from Lloyd and made sure the camera was facing him, so you could watch Lloyd get his powers start draining. "NO! LLOYD!! I NEED YOU!! NOOOOOOO!!" You yell with agony as tears slid down your face as the Green Ninja was getting...weaker.

You opened your eyes again, remembering how terrible you felt seeing Lloyd getting his powers taken. Maybe you cared about him so much that maybe you might just love him too. At that moment, pieces came together in your head making it very clear. "Oh my god," you said and sat up. "I've...been in love with Lloyd this whole time..." You then got up and ran out of the Samurai Z cave, realizing what you had to do now.

You bite your lip and rang the doorbell. What you were about to tell him would break his heart. He opened the door with a wide grin on his face, happy to see you. This was gonna hurt. "Lexi bear!" He greets you then gives you a hug. You don't hug back but you give him a small smile. "So! What brings you to my humble abode?" He asks you and you scratch the back of your head trying to figure out how to break it to Jason.

"Jas, I have to talk to you." You say with seriousness. He nods and gestures for you to come inside. You step inside his warm house and follow him into the living room. You two sit down on the couch and Jason turns off the television. He puts the remote back down and looks at you. "So, whatcha wanna talk about?" He asks. You breathe in and out, you've never had to break up with someone before. And since Jason is your first boyfriend, this would mean your first breakup too.

"Jason, I've been...thinking lately. Thinking about you, and...thinking about Lloyd." You say. Jason nods and swallows, feeling a lump in his throat. "You've been the best boyfriend I could have ever had. You made me smile, laugh, and you were always there for me when I needed it. But recently...I haven't been...in love with you." He opens his mouth to say something but you cut him off. "It's not you! It's...yeah, it's me. And, I'm not gonna force myself to feel that way again. When I was with you, I realized that feelings of love come and go naturally. I just...lost my feelings for you Jason, and I'm truly sorry."

"That's okay...I understand what you mean and I know what you're trying to say. I knew this day would come eventually and I've never been more scared. But, here it is, breakup day." He says as he tries to fight back tears. You frown and nod. "I'm sorry. But yes, I'm breaking up with you." "Don't be. I knew you liked Lloyd. I could feel it with you. And I knew he liked you too. But just tell me Alex...was it because of what happened at the party?" He said as a tear fell down his cheek.

"Actually, no. I got a few pieces of my memory back and while I was on the mission, I developed these weird feelings for Lloyd." You tell him honestly. Jason nodded as more tears started falling from his eyes. You felt really bad that you had to do this. He put his head in his hands and continued crying. "I knew all along that you liked him." He said with a crack in his voice then sniffed and looked at you. "I knew, that you liked him. I even asked Jessie what she thought! I just hoped, that I'd be the one to watch you walk the isle one day...but now I see the truth." You frown and hug Jason in a tight embrace.

You rubbed his back trying to calm down his sobbing. You felt pretty bad, you actually started crying yourself. "J-Jason, I really am sorry I had to do this. I-i don't want you to leave my life, you've brought so much. But, I will never forget you and what you've done. You will always be by my side. You always have. From the day that I met you, I knew that I would love you till the day I died. and now I never want much more, but now in my heart I will always be sure." You let go of him and gave him a smile as your tears started to dry up.

"It's gonna be hard just being your friend. But, I'll never leave you. If you want to be with Lloyd....I just hope he takes a better care of you then I ever did." He said smiling through his tears. You kiss him on the cheek and give him one last hug. "Thank you for...understanding Jason. And, thank you for being a great boyfriend." You said standing up from the couch. "S-sure thing. Now excuse me while I eat ice cream, sob some more and binge watch on Galaxy Wars." He says with a slight chuckle. You nod, giving one last apologetic smile and say goodbye to him as you leave his house. You had one last stop to go.

You stood outside, waiting for the door to open. You shivered as the January wind blew in the air, making it colder than it already was. The door opens and it was Sensei Garmadon that opened up. He gave you a grin, "Alex! What brings you here?" He asks you. "Is Lloyd here or is he at his uncle's, I really, really gotta talk to him." You said. "Yes, he went around back to meditate by the waterfall. Make sure he doesn't fall in, it is frozen water now after all." Garmadon says with a chuckle.

You smile and nod and go around back to find Lloyd. You found him, but he wasn't meditating though, he was back at it again with eating candy. You stood a few feet behind him just to watch him for a minute. He watched the waterfalls, not seeming to pay attention to anything else in the world, besides the sweets he was eating. Your heart started beating, pointing you to the right guy this time. Lloyd looked so peaceful just sitting there, and you had butterflies in your stomach just trying to figure out how to talk to him.

"I don't believe you're supposed to eat while meditating." You spoke up and stood close to him. Lloyd was startled a little and he started blushing crimson red. "Oh haha my dad hid all the candy again but I found it and now I'm...eating it out here. Just don't tell him I found it though." He says and stands up facing you. You chuckled and pretended to zip your lips and throw away the key. "So uh, what's up?" He asked pretty awkwardly. "Can I talk to you about something pretty important?" You ask and he scratches the back of his neck. "We're already out here alone, go ahead." He said with a smile.

You clear your throat, here you go, "Do you remember the mission? Just you and me working together?" You asked him and he started blushing again as he remembered. The mission is what made Lloyd like you in the first place. He remembers thinking about his feelings for you by the campfire. Lloyd didn't fall asleep just yet though, he kept his gaze on you, with his own thoughts in his head.

'Why am I feeling this way?' 'What am I feeling?' 'She's just my friend...right?' 'Why do I have this weird feeling in my stomach?' 'She's so...pretty.' 'Why is my heart beating so fast when she's around?' 'Ugh! I need to focus on the mission!' Lloyd thought in his head. He laid on his back to stop himself from staring at you and the thoughts left his head. He sighed in relief and went to sleep, hoping he'd be back on track tomorrow.

He also remembered being very close to you. As you and Lloyd were setting up the tents, you needed a piece just on the other side of Lloyd. As you began to go get it, you tripped on one of the corners of the tent and fell right on top of Lloyd! You two blush madly as you both notice how close your faces were to each other.

To you, this was a really awkward moment and you had no idea why you were so clumsy all of a sudden. But to Lloyd, all of a sudden, he felt different about you, but he didn't understand what he was feeling. He looked up at your face and his heart started to race. You cleared your throat, "Uh...sorry about that, guess you're not the only one that's clumsy." You said and quickly got off Lloyd. Lloyd laid on the ground still in shock and you looked at him confused.

"You getting up or what?" You ask him and Lloyd blinks his eyes several times to snap himself out of whatever was going on in his head. He quickly sits up and starts blushing, "Oh uh yeah...hehe sorry about that. I uh...zoned out for a bit, I guess." He says and stands up again. "Well c'mon! We gotta finish the tents! It's getting cold." "Uh you go ahead, I uh...gotta get some more wood for the fire. Yeah, more wood." Lloyd said before walking away.

"Y-yeah what about it?" He asks. "I know you like me Lloyd but, did you start...liking me around the time of the mission?" Lloyd blushed harder, "Y-yeah...you were amazing. S-still are..." He says now feeling the butterflies in his stomach. You smiled at him, "Good. Because honestly...I also started like you." You said with a slight blush. Lloyd was very astonished by your response. He couldn't seem to process it that quick. "Haha What?" He asked scratching the back of his neck with a nervous chuckle.

"Lloyd, I've come to realize that all this time, thinking about you and all, I had feelings for you too. And I was blind at first, but when I started getting them, I tried covering them up with Jason. But that only made me stop having feelings for him. So, I...broke up with him." You confess and Lloyd is in surprise. "What? Why! I thought you were happy with him?!" "I was, but only as a friend. So I broke up with him, because I really like you instead Lloyd! Jason knew that which is why he understood me. Jessie knew too, and let's face it, so did your dad and my dad. We both may have denied our feelings for each other but, we're blindly in love."

Lloyd's heart was beating very fast at this time. You had finally admitted that you loved him. Lloyd was speechless he didn't know what to say. "I-i...Y-you...I mean W-we..." He stuttered as he was still trying to process what happened. Lloyd then decided to just pull you in his arms and hug you. Then you both had a flashback, Then, the walls started collapsing! And it was falling on the elemental masters!! "NO!!" You and Lloyd yell. Without thinking you hug Lloyd. You buried your face in his chest. You hugged him tight. Lloyd hugged you tight back, rubbing your back. You both remembered another lost memory.

He closed his eyes and smiled, "Wow, is this...really happening?" He asks and you chuckle and grin. "Yup! And know what this means?" You said and he opens his eyes again. "What?" You wrap your arms around his neck and your faces got closer to each other, foreheads touching. "You, and me, can start a relationship." You say with a grin and look into his deep green eyes. Lloyd looked into your deep chocolate ones as his heart started racing faster. Lloyd then felt nervous and he just went back to regularly hugging you.

"I-i don't know Alex...I-I'm scared." He admits. Your eyes widen in surprise, "Why Lloyd?" You ask rubbing his back. "I have a little bit of...philophobia..." He says and you gasp, "Y-you're scared of falling in love..." "Mhm...I've never really...fell in love like this before and I'm nervous of what might happen. I-i don't know if I'll ever be ready. Love sorta...worries me."

"Lloyd, listen to me. Being in love is the best thing to ever happen. And love is about taking risks. You're a ninja Lloyd! You take risks everyday! Love is nothing different. I'd never hurt you, and I know, you'd never hurt me. But, whatever happens between us, we'll get through it together. We always have." You said breaking from the hug and holding both his hands in yours.

Lloyd felt his feelings of nervousness, worry, and fear disappear. You had a pretty good point. He really loved you, maybe finally he could show it to you. He shouldn't be scared. At that moment Lloyd crashed his lips into yours. You were surprised by it first, but you closed your eyes and wrapped your arms around him, deepening the kiss. Then you both had another flashback, "Lloyd...if this is it then...I want you to give me something." You say. "What's that?" "I'll take that Hershey kiss now." You say. At first Lloyd is confused but then you connect your lips to his and then quickly let go.

Lloyd is speechless and confused. You give him a smile and then rest your head on the ground as your eyes start to droop. But before they do, you quickly press the red button on your watch hoping help would be on the way and you closed your eyes. "Alex...I love you too." Lloyd says before he too, closes his eyes.
