《I Am, Lloyd Garmadon.》Chapter 11

Lloyd sat up in his bed. It was around midnight, and the young boy couldn't help but think. 'It's been months since my father tried to take me to the Underworld. My ankle is nearly healed and Kai's all better... Maybe he thinks I'm dead.... I did jump out of a helicopter....' Lloyd thought as he stared at the wall 'Or maybe he's gonna walk in any second now and try to take me again...' Suddenly Lloyd heard someone walking down the hall, mumbling something about goats and Donkey Kong. "H-Hello?" Lloyd called
"Huh what?" A voice questioned. Kai poked his head in the door "Why're you up?"
"Why were you talking about goats and Donkey Kong?"
"Fair enough." Kai chuckled "Now go back to sleep, it's really early."
Kai started to close the door "Wait, Kai?"
"Yeah Shortie?"
"Do you think... Do you think my dad thinks I'm dead?" Lloyd asked as Kai walked back into the room and sat next to Lloyd's bed "I-I did jump out of a helicopter."
"If he does then that means you're safe, but I'm sure he doesn't think you're dead Lloyd."
"I'm scared Kai... What if he finds the Bounty? What if he tries to you and the other Ninja? What if-"
"Everything is gonna be okay Lloyd. You're safe." Kai checked the time on the Starfarer clock on the wall, 4:45 am "You wanna play some video games? Everyone's gonna be up in fifteen minutes anyway."
"Okay!"
Kai smiled as he gave Lloyd a piggyback ride to the living room. "Hey, maybe when your ankle heals we can teach you how to fight. Or maybe even Spinjitzu."
Lloyd's eyes lit up when Kai said that "Really!?" He exclaimed quietly

"Yeah. If no one else will, I'll teach you." Kai grinned. Lloyd smiled as Kai set him on the couch and handed the blond a switch remote. "Mario Kart 8?"
"Mario Kart 8."
After fifteen minutes had passed, the other Ninja and Wu came into the living room, and ended up watching the races. "Yeah! Go Lloyd!" Cole and Jay cheered as Lloyd, who had chosen Waluigi, passed Kai, who had chosen Wario
"C'mon Kai! You can get back in first!" Nya cheered for her brother
"Go Lloyd Go! Waluigi for the win!" Jay grinned as Lloyd won the race
The group laughed as Kai groaned and threw his remote at Jay. "C'mon Kai, we all know Waluigi is the best Mario Kart 8 charecter, why'd you choose Wario?" Cole asked
"Lloyd got to the charecter before me..." Kai mumbled
"That makes sense."
Lloyd smiled as he followed Zane to the kitchen "Hey, Zane, can I help?" He asked
"Sure Lloyd. We can make waffles." Zane smiled as he grabbed the flour and some other ingredients from the pantry. "Could you get three eggs from the fridge?"
"Sure..." Lloyd said as he hopped over to the fridge
----
The Ninja all sat at the table. "What'd you make today Zane?" Cole smiled as Zane and Lloyd walked out
"I helped Zane make Chocolate Waffles." Lloyd grinned as he set forks on the table
"Mostly he just ate chocolate chips, but he did grab a few ingredients from the pantry and fridge, as well as stir a little." Zane said as he set the waffles on the table
Everyone laughed as Lloyd smiled dorkily "I was making sure the chocolate chips tasted good?"

The Court of Souls?
What do we talk about tonight?~“How about a story?”~Fine by me. Which story? Hopefully a good one.~“There was once a lonely child in a world filled with myths, gods and demons. Only power counted there and the weak were worse than cattle. A world where survival of the fittest ruled.”~Was it strong then?~“No, but the child had a power. One that made him stand between light and darkness. Nothing could escape him, so he was shunned by his people.”~ What did he do? Did he fight his fate? Did he hide his power? What was it?~“Oh, he fought. He fought a lot. And no thing could escape his power. It was something that everyone had to live with.”~So he became a hero and changed the world?~»…”~Tell me.~“Nooo, that’s not how the story goes. This isn’t a story of a noble man, doing good amidst a sea of monsters. This is a story of a demon who was… kinder than the rest.”~A kind demon? How boring.~“I think it would be better if I tell the story, so you can judge for yourself.”~So tell the story!

Ashes of the Primordial
With the upcoming shutdown of the servers for Ragnarok Games’ deep dive VRMMO, ‘Ashes of the Primordial’, the player log of those online for the final night was depressingly empty-looking. A revolutionary level of realism drove Ashes to the forefront of the games market, billions of players enjoying their journey to power and glory as an avatar of their own creation. The final enemy of the game-world defeated, the company announced, in line with their stance from launch, that they would be shutting down the game exactly six months after the defeat of Sutr, the final boss. Ammanas, the player responsible for Sutr's defeat, stays online until the end. However, as the countdown hits 0, the start-hub of his dive rig (what would typically greet a forced ejection from a game) was no where to be seen and instead darkness greets him as he fades into unconsciousness. Awakening to unfamiliar sights in an unfamiliar body, one which turns out to be a lot more familiar than he first thought, now he must figure out where, how, why and what to do with the new world he finds himself in. Author note: I don't own the cover, just something found through a google search. This is also my first story and the MC will basically be unimaginably OP yet never really utilising his full power. He just wants to find somewhere to fit in to the new world he finds himself in and despite both his nature as a loner and his interests he will find himself forming connections with the denizens of this new realm. Hope you enjoy

Reborn A Paladin: The Dagger Of Shadows
Mirio awakes in a strange place, surrounded by shadows, and an overwhelming hesitation about opening his eyes. A voice speaks to him in the darkness and it awakens a hidden power within him, launching him onto the path of becoming a Paladin, and towards something more. It is a semi-realistic take on being reborn and how that might feel like. It is meant to be immersive and to help you feel what it really might mean to be reborn with powers you really don't understand. The character is somewhat of a power fantasy but not outrageously so. And it is not a harem manga, but you will see some very cool things with waifu's at some point, but it must be earned!I present to you, this story for you enjoyment. Please help me make it all it can be and more. For a full size image of the cover click here

If you are unlucky enough to not have found your mate by the time you are 18, then yes it will be EVERY week! Leaving you NO peace!!Basically the longer you go without finding your mate, the more heat you will go through. If you're 20+ then it could be EVERY hour!
