(probably like hours ago) flashback
y/n was sitting in sachi's room with hiroko and sachi staring at her. y/n was in a daze and was looking at nothing. she was zoning out each second so sachi and hiroko eyed their spacey leader. "y/n, are you sure you're okay?" sachi asked in worry.
y/n got back to her senses. they found it abnormal since y/n was usually so "high sensed" with her gang. "yeah I uh— told you i'm.. fine." she spaced out again.
sachi clapped her hands together to bring her back to life. "okay, you have got to start explaining. the last time i've seen you this spaced out was when you kissed kaito suzuki's son." both hiroko and sachi looked at y/n, awaiting for her explanation. (the kaito suzuki thing will be explained very very soon)
to y/n, she was closest to the both of them. so telling them was so normal. "mikey kissed me." y/n shut her eyes, scared of their reaction.
but she heard complete silence, so she opened her eyes to look at them. their jaws hung open. "mikey.. DID WHAT?" they both shouted. they immediately overreacted. sachi fanned herself out and hiroko did it to sachi too.
sachi was more of a big sister, she always acted out of pure instinct and it was alright. whereas hiroko was basically the definition of a bimbo. and they loved that. "we have to tell the fan club." hiroko told sachi and sachi immediately agreed with her.
y/n looked up at them. "the what?" y/n asked them.
they stayed silent for a bit. "dont worry about it." sachi stopped her from thinking any further. "y/n, you literally kissed the leader of toman."
hiroko nodded in agreement. y/n just stared at the both of them, unfazed. "do you guys forget i'm your leader?" y/n asked them. especially since sohaya chose her to be their leader.

hiroko kept fanning sachi out. they were reacting badly, even more than y/n. "guys, calm your shit down." y/n tried to get them to relax.
sachi immediately tried to do what y/n said, but hiroko looked at her disappointedly. "shit? and you kiss mikey with that mouth?" hiroko shook her head in disappointment.
both y/n and sachi rubbed their temples. "ignore that." sachi told her. "now. do you like him?" sachi got straight to the point.
y/n was stunned at the question so she looked away, in hope of avoiding that question. "the sky looks beautiful today." y/n lied.
"you're not even looking at the sky." hiroko said.
sachi glared at y/n and crossed her arms. "answer my question." sachi told her.
y/n looked back at her in fear. "i mean, i only found out he liked me like a day ago." y/n avoided the question.
sachi looked at her in pity. like it wasn't an immediate mood change. "i know you call draken an idiot. but this. this is worse." sachi pointed at y/n.
y/n gasped, taking offense. "DONT COMPARE ME TO THAT DENSE MESS." y/n shouted.
y/n tried to forget that insult ever existed. "you still didn't answer my question. do you like him?" sachi asked her, more comforting this time.
y/n looked down. "i think so."
again, silence took over. "WE GOT AN I THINK SO WE GOT AN I THINK SO. THIS IS NOT A DRILL PEOPLE" hiroko got excited again.

The Cage
Mighty abominations and their more powerful gods dance between the galaxies in eternal migration, exploring, experimenting and playing. They leave destruction in their wake, heedless of the suffering of the sapients they slaughter, alter or drive to extinction as they toy with entire star systems for passing amusement. These monsters are called mankind. They are finally betrayed and defeated, but they cannot be killed. They are diminished and stripped of all memory of what they were, locked in a bottle reality on a false world called Earth. For thousands of years, mingled shards of their Broken Gods continue to chance across the cage that holds the species of their birth. The shards merge with suitable hosts to create empowered archetypes who awaken to supernatural Gifts and fractured dreams of a lost history. The greatest among them are magnificent heroes and villains: The Vigilante. The Mastermind. The Assassin. The Polymath. This is the story of their inferiors: The Beggar. The Homewrecker. The Gambler. The Henchman. The Miser. The Monster. Together, they will attempt to save the world, free humankind and escape the Cage. This will probably end really badly. *Cover art taken from internet source of free-use, uncopyrighted photos and images.

The Chronicles of Artharian Dagworth
Back in 2020 there were many theories on how the world would end. From the many religions apocalypses, nuclear wars that would leave the planet inhabitable, global warming doing the same, biological weapons getting out of control, viruses mutating into unstoppable diseases to the dead raising to prey on humanity, either due to a virus or just because hell filled up. Also, aliens, from the war mongering kind to the ones so advanced they didn’t see us as more than worms. And of course there was the fail proof theory that the world would end when the sun died. In a bunch of billion years give or take. Althougth some new scientist were discussing if the end would be on the take side, since when the sun started dying things would go haywire on the entire solar system and we would collide with mercury or maybe mars way before the expanding sun engulfed earth. But I digress… Now, those were the mainstream theories that the everyday Joe, who didn’t know the big secret, worried about. So, if you were to ask me which theory was correct I can tell you that I haven’t seen any little green man, at least not from another planet, and so far the sun is still shining, although it’s been only 9 years since everything went to hell, not the few billions (give or take) the scientist predicted, so that one isn’t ruled out yet. These two aside, I'd say all of them. Hey everyone, this is my first attempt at writing. I have been planning to do it for a really long time, and while this is not the one epic fantasy idea I ever wanted to write, I think it's a good one. The plan is to write an end of the world urban-fantasy series. Think a world like Dresden Files, Alex Verus, Iron druid, where magic is real but exist hidden from society meets the apocalypse. It will be written in first person in the Dresden Files style, no plans for other POV for now. As you probally alredy guessed from my style, english is not my first langague, so while google corrector helps, expect grammar errors, and I'd be gratefull for anyone to point them. I plan to write 2 to 3 chapters a week, 2000-4000 words each. Might change as I get more experience and depends on my free time. Cover image from the colections of getwallpapers.com

Now shall we see what a creature so abhorred and hated by the gods, where their very existence is blasphemous and chaotic may bring upon the world of Leis.
