I wish I could read,

Your mind.

Both the bad and good thoughts,

But am just a mortal man!

I wish I had the supernatural,

Powers to predict,

The Present and future.

To change the past and present,

But am just a breathing dust!

Unless you Speak out,

I can't,know but assume.

Your mood swings,

Are just but indicators,

Of the unspoken words!

Just like Rainfall,

I wish I could wash,

Away your Sorrows.

Brighten Your Face,

Like Sunshine.

Protect You,

Like the Clouds.

Make You happy,

Like the Birds in the sky,

But all in vain.

I know I ain't perfect,

Am a piece of shit to some,

A jerk to others,

But embrace who I am,

Am not a demigod,

But a Human!

Talk to me,

So that I know.

Correct me,

So that I change.

Teach me,

So that I learn.

Guide me,

So that I know,

You love me.

Speak out...

Am Not a god

But a piece of flesh!
