This is basically my very first attempt at creating a story beyond ten pages and I'm writing it for fun so please be gentle~ Mother World will contain some sci-fi, elements of fantasy, supernatural powers and of course some romance. When it comes to the romance it'll be gradual. The romance may or may not contain sex scenes as I'm not sure if ya'll would want my half baked attempts at tickling your fancy. The horror tag is there because I am a really big fan of horror games. I'll try not to be too excessively gory, however... there will be blood... I like to treat my characters like those in game of thrones. Screw plot armor! As for the tragedy tag...ya'll will just have find that out for yourselves won't ya! :)Also beyond chapter 4.5, I'll try and consistantly keep them at 1000+ words.

Life for a swamp goblin is usually pretty straightforward. Avoid the giant snakes, gators, wild boars, and the other creatures of the wetlands. The kind of guy that adventurers kill without a thought while on their way to their real adventure. Mischievous but kind, silly and not an actual threat to anyone. At least that was the case before the pirates came. Orcs with sharpened steel arrived on the shores of the goblin swamp. His friends and families were taken. Everything and everybody lost. Now Dizzy has to be more than he ever thought he could be. Now Dizzy must become an adventurer and fight to free his people. But when a murderous minotaur pirate and his crew of orc swashbucklers arrive in the swamp, intent on turning the coastal region into his own pocket kingdom, Dizzy must find a way to escape and rescue his tribe before they are used as expendable sword fodder. With fellow goblins Kitty and YDB at his side, what could possibly go wrong?

Grim knows this feeling better than most. Like many he was happy with his life, friends aplenty, a loving mother, a stable home, and a bright future. Like many that life was taken from him. But unlike many that wasn’t the end of him. He wasn’t devoured by the world, he was given a second chance and new name. With that name comes new people, new dangers, and a new outlook. This monster of a world wouldn’t consume him, he would grow. He would grow beyond the nightmares, beyond the weakness, and beyond his past. And the only way he can do that, is through blood.
