《Dark Lord》Chapter 7

That night, Wu Luiyin didn't bother to sleep, and instead traveled all the way to Jin's house. When he arrived, Jin was sound asleep. He didn't try to wake him, instead, he took a seat on Jin's bed and stared at him for the entire time.
Jin opened his eyes at the sound of a soft rustle. He had heard it all night but didn't think much of it, thinking that it was himself and that he was just scaring himself.
Jin opened his eyes to meet the eyes of another person.
His whole body jerked up, accidentally bumping his head into the person. They both let out a groan, as they touched their head.
"What are you doing here?" Jin hissed at Wu Luiyin, touching his forehead.
"I came here to surprise you. Didn't expect that you were that desperate to see me." Wu Luiyin teased. Jin-ah sure had some strength. His head had almost burst open from the impact.
"I was not desperate." Jin said, as he turned his head away from Wu Luiyin.
Lies. He truly was desperate to see Wu Luiyin, yet he didn't want to admit it. His hands clenched his blanket tightly.
"Really?" Wu Luiyin was a little hurt when he heard this but didn't think too much about it.
"Jin, I came to bring you to my house." He honestly said.
"House? Why would you bring me to your house?" Jin asked, a little puzzled about what was going on.
"My Mother and Father would be glad to meet you. You can even move into my house. It would be better for you to live with me for now." Wu Luiyin lied.
Sorry darling, but this may be the only way to get you to where I want you to. Forgive me this one time, for I'll promise to treat you well.

Jin suspiciously looked at Wu Luiyin. How come he had a feeling that something wasn't quite right? But he already knew that if he didn't go, Wu Luiyin would be able to get his father to write a decree asking for his presence.
"Fine. Let me pack some of my things." Before Jin could even get up, Wu Luiyin had already grabbed him, and started to fly out the door.
"Wu! Lui! Yin!" Jin said as he felt his whole body glued onto Wu Luiyin's.
Wu Luiyin softly chuckled.
"Sorry. You must not be used to this. Seeing as how you are someone who doesn't cultivate, I can understand." Wu Luiyin said.
"When you arrive to the place I live, you would find out that almost everyone cultivates. The ranks are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Black. Each of these level have an extra 9 levels to it."
"Those who cultivate to Bronze level 9 would be able to live up to 200 years old. Those who cultivate to Silver level 9 would be able to live up to 400 years. If your cultivation is at Gold level 9, then you would live up to 1,000 years old. I don't know for sure about Black, but if you can reach that, then you would never be harmed, not unless you let them harm you and would be considered to be immortal."
"There has only been two person who had stepped into Black. The first was Wu Longyei, Xianghou's first emperor. It was said that he was able to jump to Black level 4, at the age of 70. The second is the youngest son of Shadow Sect's sect leader. He was said to have stepped into Black at the age of 18. "
"You must be careful about Shadow Sect. They are the strongest sect in the five nations. All the people in that sect has reached Gold. Although they never stay in one place for too long and they hide from people, they are still considered a threat."

"Shadow Sect has no name. They are called Shadow Sect because they can appear and disappear quicker than the eye can see. Everyone is scared that one day, they would decide to take over the five nations."
Jin's face scrunched up, taking in all the information.
"Shadow Sect has never bothered to appear in any of the Sect competitions that is held every 5 years. Though, that could be considered a good thing for everyone else. The last one that was held was 3 years ago, and that one was won by Heaven's Sect."
"I am the only disciple of the Grandmaster in Heaven's sect. My cultivation is at Gold level 2. I can be considered one of the strongest person in the five nations, if you excluded Shadow Sect."
"Heaven's Sect in the second strongest sect after Shadow Sect, though our power could never be compared to Shadow Sect."
Jin slowly digested all of the information. Was this everything that had happened during the time he had lived in the forest?
Seeing that Jin was blanking off into space, Wu Luiyin just looked at him with a smile on his face.
After a couple minutes of silence, Jin opened up his mouth.
"Why is everyone afraid of Shadow Sect?" Jin asked, with a strange look in his eyes.
"Though Shadow Sect doesn't appear often, everyone has put them into the category of a dark sect. Nobody has bothered to fix it." Wu Luiyin answered as his chin lowered onto Jin's head.
Jin stiffly nodded, a little uncomfortable with their position.
They spent the next few hours talking, before they had finally arrived.
Wu Luiyin set down Jin on his two feet, not liking the feeling of emptiness in his arms.
Jin looked at the place he was in. There were courtyards, and many houses all spaced out. The view was amazing as he saw a beautiful garden filled with flowers. There were many types of flowers, and he also saw a pond filled with fishes. He smiled as his foot took him closer to the pond.
He saw butterflies and birds flying all around them.
Wu Luiyin froze as he took in the sight around him. He saw Jin next to the pond with butterflies and birds surrounding him, making him seem like a fairy. Not to mention that it seemed like he was glowing a little.

The book of forever
An experimental diary of sorts recounting my life and experiences, written as a slightly whimsical scifi story about setting off from the past to unknown lands, rebuilding from nothing and finding myself again. The first section of the book contains matched chapters, a chapter for a interlude, both happening at the same time roughly The second section of the book contains more one off stories as we follow one of the travelers explore their heart as well as a unknown land, growing in the process. All of the text here was written in 10 syllable chunks, this reads like a epic of sorts, just with more philosophical focus and POV jumps. Hope you enjoy! >Updates may be sporadic as I only write when I have something about myself I want to share The chapters can all be read individually, although there may be some crossovers between them they work as single poems. You start at whatever chapter you want since these are a collection of roughly connected poems (although you'll notice tie ins and references to eachother)

If anyone were to take my actions, my feats, my influence on the world, and write them down as a story, there would be one point that needs to be raised before all else.
