Chapter 59 : The Final War Part 2

After Liu Xiao lit up the fireworks that he always put on his waist belt, a paper covered in yellow spiritual wi was floating down on Liu Xiao's direction, as soon as the paper was already infront of Liu Xiao, it scattered into pieces and a sound was heard afterwards. it was Chen Yi's voice.

Liu Xiao stared at the scattered paper and the yellow spiritual qi dancing around the air gradually fading. He then glanced at the nobles who were hiding at the corners of the banquet hall.

Liu Xiao was merciful enough to not kill the emperor and his dogs by using Huangtian. He thought that the old palace master must have known that the four Peak Masters have assigned a secret mission to their disciples to kill the demon cult leaders without anyone knowing, even the old palace master himself who is the most important person in the cultivation world.

Liu Xiao pondered while he stared at the scattered debris on the red carpeted floor. I expected that the old man will know about it someday but seeing that his plan was now destroyed, what will he do now?

the beautiful mythical bird glanced at Liu Xiao's direction with a low growl. Huangtian threw the emperor who had fainted in terror in it's claws and walked forward to Liu Xiao's direction.

Even the feathers on Huangtian's back felt smooth and warm. Liu Xiao turned his gaze on Wu Qingge's direction who was ordering the demon flames to burn eliminate the other demon cultivators who had escaped the imperial palace.

The both of them left the imperial palace as they soared through the sky straight to the floating palace's direction. Huangtian's wings were wider and larger in a close view and every flutter of his wings can reach far places even in just a few minutes or maybe hourse. Liu Xiao's loose hair was slapping Wu Qingge's face at the back and his thin white robe was fluttering aggressively because of the speed.

When Liu Xiao realized that his hair waa slapping Wu Qingge's handsome face, he abruptly pulled his hair away and awkwardly laughed.

Wu Qingge chuckles and leaned in closer to whisper on his right ear.

Liu Xiao shoved Wu Qingge's face away and caressed his right ear that was feeling slightly ticklish and red. Liu Xiao decided to change the topic and turned around to face Wu Qingge as Huangtian proceeded to fly.

Wu Qingge pointed his ear to say that he can't hear him well so Liu Xiao subconsciously leaned his face closer to him, making his lips gently brushed on Wu Qingge's left ear.

Liu Xiao realized how close their distance was and his face flushed red in embarrassment. He wanted to slap himself right now or jump down on Huangtian's back but he stop himself from doing it so because it seemed like a stupid action to do. Liu Xiao withdrew his face back but Wu Qingge grabbed the back of his head and pushed him to his face even more, making their lips deeply pressed on each other.

AAAAHHHHH!!! THERE'S A WAR! A FUCKING WAR! AND YOU GO AROUND KISSING ME?! FUCK!!! Liu Xiao pulled back his face even more and Wu Qingge's hand on the back of his head pushed him to his face more and more so he decided to use his both hands and push Wu Qingge's chest so they can atleast maintain a safe distance.

Their whole bodies were hardly pressed on each other amd Liu Xiao can hear their both hearts beating and thumping loudly on their chests. He helplessly closed his eyes and a tear came out of the corner of his eyelid, he can't breathe anymore and his body felt like it was losing strength. Wu Qingge gently parted his mouth and slid his tounge in, giving him air to breathe in.

After giving him enough air in the midst of their lips pressing and gnawing, he felt Wu Qingge's hands crawling up on his back and the other one on his waist. Liu Xiao was suddenly taken aback and opened his eyes widely. He bit Wu Qingge's lips and gathered strength on his hands to push him, Wu Qingge lowered his hands and Liu Xiao was able to get a safe distance between them, he started to catch his breath and his right hand was gripping on the fabric on his chest because he felt like his heart that was thumping rapidly was going to explode out of his chest.

W-What am i doing just now? We were......we were trying to have sex on top of Huangtian!!! Liu Xiao glanced on Wu Qingge with his bloodshot eyes,

Liu Xiao stared at the bird in disbelief. After i summoned you, i cheered for you and take care of you (not true), you're gonna abandon me like this, huh? Huangtian? YOU TRAITOR CHICKEN! YOU TRAITOR BIRD——I MEAN DUCK! I HATE YOU TO THE BONE! I SHOULD'VE ATE YOU A LONG TIME AGO AFTER YOU DEVOURED HALF OF MY SPIRITUAL CORE! WE'RE NOT FRIENDS ANYMORE! FIND YOUR NEW MASTER!

Wu Qingge was trying not to laugh while looking at Liu Xiao who was looking sulky and grumpy while he stared at Huangtian. Wu Qingge raised his hand to pull him closer to him but Liu Xiao slapped his hand and spoke,

My friend in battle, Huangtian, betrayed me and my Shidi embarassed me infront of him, i might as well jump down and die! Fuck demon cult and war! I'm getting out of this world! Liu Xiao was about to jump down and Wu Qingge remained to grab him on his sleeves when Huangtian let out a roar and the floating palace was now visible on their sight.

Liu Xiao forgot everything what's on his mind earlier as he stared at the horrubke sight of the floating palace. The palace who looked godly, elegant and beautifuk was now covered in a gigantic round black gate that was surrounding the palace like the ring on the saturn and a red thick water was all over the palace's crystallized ground as coutless demons walk out of the red thick water portal.

So he was hiding the combined portal all this time?! The portal was already combined long ago before the first war happened and the old palace master was just hiding it?! Then back at the Shen Jing Mine..... No, that's not it. The carvings didn't say about the combined portals that's all. It just wrote the year of when will it happened...

Liu Xiao leaned closer to Wu Qingge and asked,

Huangtian safely landed on the back area of the floating palace. The silver crystallized floor was all making a clinging sound and a droplets were all seen all over, twinkling non stop. Liu Xiao remembered that the crystal that made this floating palace were all alive, he stared pitifully on the ground before glancimg back on Huangtian.

The mythical bird roared and spread it's large fiery wings and soared high above the floating palace. The whole place were all covered by red thick waters but they didn't stained Liu Xiao's clothes, it was just like a mere illusion made by the underworld gate because the water didn't even budge and Liu Xiao can't touch it or feel it on his hands.

As they walk further on the big floating palace, the noises of shouts, cries, roar, shriek and swords overlapping on each other were all gradually heard. Liu Xiao unsheated his sword but didn't let out his spiritual qi. He decided to rely on Huangtian for the time being but he didn't say that he won't fight himself.

Some small demons noticed Liu Xiao's presence and started to shriek and drool as they approached him rapidly. Wu Qingge was infront of him but they ignored him and proceed to approach Liu Xiao, Liu Xiao felt offended by the small demons and gazed at them with a frown. Just because i'm weak, you're coming at me?!

He gripped tightly on the hilt of his sword and because the demons were all small and swift, he bended his body downwards and slide his sword smoothly, making a low shinging sound. Few small demons were pierced by his blade and the others dodge it and continued to leap on his direction.

Liu Xiao tilted his face to dodge the other small demon who were aiming straight on his face but he immediately felt a sharp pain after he dodged, he saw two to three demons biting on his thighs. Liu Xiao immediately gathered strength on his arms and stabbed their faces, he was suddenly surprised when the heads of the small demons suddenly exploded with a faint black purple qi fading.

He glanced up at Wu Qingge who was staring at the headless bodies of the small demons with a gloomy and dark expression. He approached Liu Xiao and tapped his fingers on his thighs, healing the bite wounds immediately. Wu Qingge didn't answered and continuously healed him until a shout was heard far away from them.

Wu Qingge didn't even bothered to look at the person who shouted and continued healing Liu Xiao so Liu Xiao was the one who turned his head to look.

A demon that had a human body and a lizard head greeted his sight. The demon's tail swayed slightly and his unsightly face showed a sinister smile.
