Liu Xiao pressed an exposed tile in a wall far away from the middle area where the crowd was gathered and gamble.
*sighs* who would've thought that there is demonic qi in here. Who should it be? I cultivated for four years to get ready in a situation like this but i'm nervous bevause i don't about a single thing! I was only about to finish reading the book one! Who would've known that there was book two or more in this novel?! ⁽⁽(ཀ д ཀ)⁾⁾
The wall made a clank sound and the wall slowly spread out, revealing a dark and long stairs. Bai Lan pulled him back and went first, unsheathing his sword and a silver spiritual qi spreading aroung it's blade. Bai Lan said. fuck you! Who's weak?! Even if i'm ranked lower than you, it doesn't mean that i'm this weak! ヽ(`Д´)ノ
Liu Xiao rolled his eyes from behind and silently followed Bai Lan, his face frowning. As they grew closer, the faint demonic qi that was flowing out lf the gambling house grew stronger and stronger. Liu Xiao's forehead mark glowed as released his orange spiritual qi and molded it into a small plum blossom petal, floating in his both sides behind just in case someone attacked them.
They saw a dead end with a stone mossy door blocking them. Before Bai Lan could open the door, the demonic qi suddenly disappeared. Bai Lan and Liu Xiao became alarmed. Bai Lan aggressively smashed the door into pieces and Liu Xiao readied his aim on the incoming attack using the floating plum blossom petals but the two of them was stunned on what they saw.
The young boy that Liu Xiao accompanied earlier was stepping on a dead old man. Liu assumed that the faint demonic qi that he was sensing earlier came from the dead old man that the young boy was stepping on. The young boy noticed their existence. His glowing blood red eyes turned back to normal and he glanced at Liu Xiao who was stunned, he slightly opened his lips to spoke,
Bai Lan blocked Liu Xiao's vision and pointed his sword at the young man. Liu Xiao frowned at him and pushed him aside.
Bai Lan looked at him in disbelief and replied,
Liu Xiao immediately cut off his words. Bai Lan sighed at him and Liu Xiao approached the boy, letting out a wide smike and patting his head. Liu Xiao praised, reffering to the dead old man that the young boy was stepping. Liu Xiao asked. The young boy hesitated for a bit before answering in a low voice.

Liu Xiao nodded and asked again,
Liu Xiao slightly flinched on what he heard.
He looked at the corners of the dark large room. There really was a wide and long cage in the dark corners and young women aging sixteen to eighteen was inside, looking malnourished and weak. He didn't noticed it because the women's life force were too weak to tell if they were alive or not. Bai Lan released his spiritual qi and smashed the lock with his bare hands. He opened the jail and the young women thanked him and the other cried.
Why is there a demon cult here? Could it be that he was using this gambling house as a secret hideout to kidnap young women? No wonder why Master Mo didn't allowed Chen Yi to go out and always said it's dangerous. There were also rumors that young women from the empire of Yong'an were disappearing. It must be this demon cult's doing.
The book two is about to commence now. What should i do? Wu Qingge is still nowhere to be found. The other demon cults are starting to make their move. They must've found other underworld gate already. I must inform Master Mo about this and let him assign me into mission...
Liu Xiao was still in daze of thoughts when he felt pair of eyes staring at him. He glanced at the young boy and crouched infront of him. Liu Xiao asked while examining his body. The young boy slowly shook his head in response. Liu Xiao asked again, wearing his sweet smile.
The young boy opened his mouth to answer but immediately closed it and looked away. Liu Xiao's face became dejected and thought that the young boy must've hate introducing himself when the young boy suddenly answered.
Liu Xiao asked while patting Shi Xuan's head. Shi Xuan answered.
Liu Xiao's face brightened. After they released the weak young women who were starved for many weeks, the imperial government took care of the issues on the gambling house and interrogated the gambling house's owner. Bai Lan was frowning at Shi Xuan and shiften his head to Liu Xiao's direction. Bai Lan growled.
Liu Xiao argued. The two of them keep arguing whether Shi Xuan will enter the Mount Hua Peak or not while Shi Xuan beside Liu Xiao was just staring at him, his lips slightly smiling.

( Xiao means little or young. It's a name suffic in chinese if you address someone younger than you like Little Shi Xuan or Young Shi Xuan. )
In the end, Liu Xiao wom the arguement. The three of them went back to the Mount Hua Peak and reported what happened to Mo Xian. Mo Xian asked.
Liu Xiao asked with a proud face, like a father boasting about his own son.
Mo Xian stared at Shi Xuan for a bit. His lips pirsed and slightly opened but he closed it and remained silent in the end.
Mo Xian, Bai Lan and Tian Lang behind was stunned and looking at him with a weird expression. Liu Xiao frowned and spoke, Mo Xian sighed and replied. Bai Lan glanced at Shi Xian and frowned before turning back and following his master out of the Mount Hua Peak.
Liu Xiao glanced at Shi Xuan and patted his head. they were both quiet while walking back to Liu Xiao's chambers. He felt Shi Xuan's hand gripped tighter while they walked.
As soon as they entered the door, Liu Xiao let go of Shi Xuan's hand and removed his robe, he gently untied his hair and removed the light blue jade crown and put his sword on the table. He glanced at Shi Xuan who was standing stiff beside the door, looking away from Liu Xiao's direction.
Liu Xiao grabbed Shi Xuan and let him sat on the chair. He opened his closet and found an old light blue robe that he always wear when he was an adolescent, he pick it uo and handed it to Shi Xuan.
Shi Xuan followed what he said. He removed all of his clothes and Liu Xiao helped him wear the comfortable robe. While Liu Xiao was fixing the robe, Shi Xuan saw the red mark on his forehead. It was a thin slender plum blossom petal but i looked like a drop of water that was upside down.
He couldn't help but to unconsciously touch it. Liu Xiao said when he felt that Shi Xuan was examining the mark on his forehead. Liu Xiao explained while scratching the mark.
Everytime someone tries to touch the mark on his forehead, it always felt itchy and he can't help but to scratch it until he became sensitive when someone tried to touch his face. But he don't know the reason why he let Shi Xuan touch it. As soon as he finished helping Shi Xuan wear his old robe, he dragged Shi Xuan to his bed and he laid beside him.
In the midst of the silence, Shi Xuan asked, Liu Xiao pondered for a bit before answering with a sigh, Shi Xuan let out a slight smile before asking again.
Liu Xiao was about to answer but he frowned and shook his head. Shi Xuan's smile immediately disappeared. his lips trembled slightly as he spoke.
Liu Xiao sighed. Liu Xiao answered while playing the strands of his long raven black hair. Shi Xuan stared at his long black hair and played with it too and asked again.
Liu Xiao answered while continued playing with his hair. he murmured but it's a bit loud enough for Shi Xuan to hear it. Shi Xuan caressed the mark on his forehead again and spoke, Liu Xiao stopped playing with his hair and stared at the ceiling of his room before answering.
Shi Xuan grinned. Liu Xiao sighed and moved to face his direction and closed his eyes. Shi Xuan stopped caressing his forehead and fixes his position and stared at Liu Xiao's sleeping face.
he asked again. Liu Xiao slightly opened his mouth to answer, after answering, Liu Xiao fell into a deep sleep.
a voice of an old man coming the black lotus flower. Shi Xuan didn't answer and continued staring at Liu Xiao's sleeping face.
The old man, Former Mount Hua Peak Master sighed and spoke, Shi Xuan still didn't answer but later on, he spoke in a low voice.
Shi Xuan gently caressed Liu Xiao's face before answering.

Prince of Destiny
Karl is the last prince of a royal house that has been overthrown by brutal revolutionaries. Orphaned by the revolutionaries, he was rescued and has been raised in secret by Leevana, a green skinned night-hag, for the past ten years. When Karl turns sixteen and is old enough to embrace his destiny, he and Leevana must set out on a quest to find his royal grandmother. But the depraved new leader of the revolutionaries, Joe Steel, is on their trail... Somewhat inspired by the basic concept of Don Bluth's fairy tale animated feature, purporting to be based on the myths surrounding Anastasia Romanov. I don't think this counts as a fanfiction, because it does not use anyone else's characters and it is in its own self-contained world, but please keep in mind the inspiration. Leevana and Karl are completely original characters, but Joe Steel, the bigger bad, is inspired by Stalin. Maybe let me know if you think it should have a fanfiction tag or not.
