Chapter 16 : Wu Qingge's Banishment Part 2

exciting my ass! My feet hurts from all the walking! We just already crossed four freaking mountains! How can Wu Qingge be able to maintain his stamina while i'm dying right here!?

Liu Xiao had no choice but to sit in a fallen tree branch and catch his breath. Wu Qingge noticed it and he turned to Liu Xiao and approached him with a worried face. he asked Liu Xiao.

Liu Xiao immediately shook his head to refuse and replied, Liu Xiao infused spiritual qi to his dimension ring and brought out his last bottle of water.

Liu Xiao sighed before drinking it. This is my last one! I plan to use it after we arrived in a town but whatever! I'm dying!

He let out another sigh and glanced at Wu Qingge who was just staring at him. Liu Xiao asked. Wu Qingge hesitated before grabbing his wrist and pulling him closer to him and whispered in Liu Xiao's ear,

Liu Xiao's tired face became shocked. No wonder i felt a faint spiritual qi everywhere! I think it's four—no it's five! I thought it was just a barrier in the mountains but it's actually a person?! Liu Xiao stood up amd felt idiot for the entire time. He forgot the elders who put lookouts for Wu Qinghe after he was banished by Mo Xian.

The two of them looked at each other as a signal before continued to walking. Wu Qingge asked. Liu Xiao put his hand to his chin and answered,

Before Wu Qingge could say something, he felt a large bloodlust coming from one of the thick trees and a sword came out infused with pure white qi. Liu Xiao noticed it too and two of them glanced at eavh other before dodging the sword and Liu Xiao unsheating his sword while Wu Qingge's demonic qi flowed out and spread through the forest.

As Wu Qingge's demonic qi spread out, three cultivators suddenly fell with tgeir body panting and trembling. It looks like they were affected to the fear effect of Wu Qingge's demonic qi.

a voice of a man said and slowly exposed himself to the tree branches, standing with arrogance and dignity. Later on, a woman also exposed herself, wearing a veil and holding a long and thin sword. The two of them looks like they are close to being grandmasters as they stand with unaffected fear and dignity.

Liu Xiao had no time to admire them because the man attacked to Wu Qingge's direction and the woman attacked him. In a blink of an eye, Liu Xiao infused spiritual qi all over his body unto his sword and danced gracefully as he parried the sword strikes of the woman. The woman looked at him with both surprised and captivated expression but immediately shook her head and continued attacking.

Her moves were manly and rough compared to Liu Xiao's graceful and smooth moves but their martial arts were comparable to each other. Liu Xiao grabbed the grip of his sword tightly before striking a large force on the woman's direction.

The woman was able to dodge the huge force of his strike but a deep cut appeared on her shoulder appeared as the huge force of Liu Xiao's spiritual qi gently brushed to her shoulder like it's caressing it but it's actually full of bloodlust.

When the woman groaned loudly, the man who was attacking Wu Qingge glanced at her and he appeared beside the woman in a blink of an eye. Liu Xiao glanced at Wu Qingge who was unscratched and looking at him with a proud face.

Liu Xiao awkwardly smiled at him before shifting his head to the two. Liu Xiao asked but the two didn't answer and leap out of the mountain with insane speed.

Liu Xiao fixed his sword position and was about to follow them but Wu Qingge gently grabbed his arm and shook his head, saying not to follow them anymore. Liu Xiao sighed and said, Wu Qingge gently smiled and fixed the strand of his messy hair that was brushing in his face through the back of his ear and replied, *sighs* this is why you were wanted through the whole world and the peak masters want you dead!

Wu Qingge, after seeing Liu Xiao's pouting face infront of him laughed and found it adorable. He asked Liu Xiao. Liu Xiao scoffed and continued,

Liu Xiao paused and later on, replied, and they continued to walk to the nearby town of the Yong'an Empire.

(Gege means older brother in chinese but most woman use them to call their boyfriend in a flirting way, like how koreans call their crush oppa or something.)

As they reach the town gate, the guards blocked them. Wu Qingge was about to say something when Liu Xiao brought out something from his dimension ring. It was a jade shaped in square with flower carvings, a sign that they're connected to the Mount Hua Peak.

As soon as the guard saw what Liu Xiao brought out, he didn't dare to block them anymore and paved way for them. Liu Xiao was about to walk when he shifted his gaze to the guard.

The guard tilted his head. he asked with a puzzled face. Liu Xiao remembered that ancient people doesn't know modern words so he cleared hisbthroat and said,

The guard showed the direction and pointed an average house with lanterns.

As soo as they entered, the man who serves food didn't dare to serve them with low customer service because of their noticable appearance and clean clothes. the man greeted and showed them a good seat.

Liu Xiao handed him a gold tael, the man was so surprised and wanted to kowtow to him a thousand times but still refrained himself from being respectful.

the man nodded agressively with a big smile on his face. while the two of them wait, they listened to the talks and whispers of the people inside.

"Have you heard? Wu Qingge who defeated that manwhore Lan Yang was banished from Mount Hua Peak?"

"They said that he was cultivationg demonic qi and also collided with the Former Mount Hua Peak Masters!"

"I also heard rumors that he was planning to kill talented young cultivators so that the demon cult can take over the cultivation world!"

"How scary! Mount Hua Peak Mo Xian is righteous for banishing him!"

Liu Xiao sneered and sips to his tea as he heard the murmurs all over. Those old geezers are really pros for spreading nasty rumors just to get the Black Lotus Cultivation. Shameless greedy old geezers! They were overwhelmed by Wu Qingge's spiritual qi and yet they didn't give up! They're rotten to the core! Liu Xiao continued sipping his tea while hearing rumors from people.

"And didn't you also heard?"

"The Rising Star Meihua changed into Meihua Swan because of what happened to the Rising Star Cultivation Battle!"

"They said that the Meihua Swan was dancing beautifully as he fights the enemy, and also Lan Yang that manwhore wanted to bed him to the point that he put aphrodisiac to his spiritual qi! How dirty!"

"How glad that Wu Qingge was able to save him but also i heard surprising rumors!"

"Huh? What?"

"Something happened to Wu Qingge and Liu Xiao! And after Wu Qingge's banishment, Liu Xiao went with him to elope!"

Liu Xiao sprayed his tea as he heard the words of those people. What the actual fuck?! What happened?! Elope?! Fuckkkk?! He couldn't contain his embarassment and furiously shifted his head to those but he noticed Wu Qingge was smiling all the time.

Liu Xiao frowned at him and whispered, Wu Qingge laughed at him.

Liu Xiao replied. The man whi served them earlier suddenly approached them, holding a large amount of exquisite food. Liu Xiao hurriedly thanked the man and started eating. He was starving earlier and he couldn't resist it anymore seeing that a huge amount of delicious food was infront of him.

As they both eat their fill, a beautiful woman entered the eatery, filled with beautiful jewels and rouge ih her porcelain face. Her hair was like honey and unruly, her body was small and fragile and it was hard to guess her age. The two guards holding a sword beside her stood unbothered. The people started avoided the woman's direction and started whispering.

"Look, it's the emperor's concubine. She's here to make a fuss again."

"The owner already rejected her, yet she's still not giving up."

"She's a witch who loves pretty faces! I bet that she used those face to peel off their skin just to maintain her beauty!"

"After she made the owner of this eatery get banished just because if a hair strand, she still have the guts to show her face."

"How thick-skinned! I hope her beauty gets rotten!"

The beautiful woman smiled sweetly and shouted with her deep but feminine voice, The people avoided her gaze and whispered quietly until a young man with a fresh face showed up, his eyebrows frowning and his lips pursed while looking at the woman. the owner coldly said.

(Xiao means little in chinese.)

The woman giggled at him, looking amused and happy. She gracefully walked to approached the owner and caressed the young man's face in a flirting way. the woman said with a fake sullen face. The owner clenched his arms to restrain his anger and didn't replied.

the woman said but the owner pushed him. The two guards on the back unsheated their sword and shouted, the two guards went to attack the young man but Liu Xiao, on the other hand, had no choice but to meddle in their affairs and parried the two swords that was striking forward.
