The next morning, Ana was awakened by the loud sound of forceful knocking.

She opened her eyes as she regulated her breath and gathered her power.

After opening the door, she saw Isis and Joss, dressed in uniforms embroidered with spirit manipulator's emblem.

They stood still like two trees in front of her door with thier spirit manipulated beasts beside them.

Joss's spirit manipulated beast was as tall as a regular dog and it was only at the one star level.

Isis's beast, meanwhile, was a little bigger that Joss's, but it looked like an extremely ugly and strange cat that seemed rather peculiar, as though it had been shaven from head to tail.

‘ Why are the two of you standing guard so early in the morning?’ Ana asked in confusion as she frowned.

‘ Mr. Cliff said that you are in our team now, so he asked us to take you to the training field. Why haven't you put on your uniform? It's almost time to go’, Joss replied in a low voice.

‘ We have given you your uniform yesterday’, Isis told Ana.

‘ Alright then’, Ana nodded as she returned to her room and searched for the uniform in the things Isis and Joss gave her yesterday. She found a uniform of coarse cloth soon, immediately putting it on.

Because Ana thought Ananta was a little conspicuous, she left Ananta in her room.

‘ Won't you take your spirit manipulated beast?’ Isis asked Ana as she saw Ana come out of the room alone.

‘ It ate something wrong last night. It's been having diarrhea and is weak now’ Ana made up an excuse at once.

Hearing what she said, Isis and Joss looked at eachother with furrowed brows. Never before had they heard about a spirit manipulated beast that would have diarrhea.

Ana proceeded to the training field led by Isis and Joss.

There were three training fields for spirit manipulators to train in this northern east military camp. Ana had seen one of them yesterday.

As the three of them arrived at the training field, they saw the spirit manipulators from the other team had already assembled and we're chatting in groups.

Once the three of them showed up, those spirit manipulators looked at them and laughed, pointing at them as if they were mocking them. Ana squinted in annoyance.

Just then, a tall and thin man came up to them with an arrogant air. He emitted a momentum of the spirit manipulator at the sixth grade of the mortal stage, which was considered a high level among the spirit manipulators here.

‘ the tall and thin man teased Isis and Joss.

The other spirit manipulators all laughed out loud as soon as he finished his sentence.

They pointed and laughed at the three of them even more cruelly. It seemed that they just could not get enough.

In this northern military camp, there were over sixty spirit manipulators aside from those who were officials.

They were further divided into six teams except for those spirit manipulators who were guardians.

Each team consisted of about six to eight spirit manipulators.

Only three teams had spirit manipulators above the Earthly stage, while the spirit manipulators in the other three teams were almost all at the mortal stage.

This was especially true for the sixth team which Isis and Joss were in.

Almost all the spirit manipulators at the lowest grade were in this team, so it was naturally the weakest team among them and hence was often the subject of ridicule.

‘ No. You made a mistake. It's trio now! Look. There's a new rookie’, another spirit manipulator said. They could sense that Ana's momentum was very weak, so they sneered at her without any hesitation.

‘ Ha ha. You are right’, the tall and thin man laughed as he took a look at Ana with contempt. He also thought Ana was definitely weak, so he looked down on her like the other spirit manipulators.

Hearing his words, Ana frowned as she said to Joss,‘ I saw a dog suddenly barking infront of us. Did you see? It looked very stupid!’

‘ Ana, forget it. We better not offend him. He's in the first team. I haven't told you that the spirit manipulators in that team are the most powerful ones in this military camp. We should not cross them’, Joss said to Ana in a low voice as he pulled Ana 's sleeve in fear.

Ana could tell that Joss had been often bullied by him.

‘ What did you say? Did you refer to me as a dog?!’ the tall man grew angry, his veins bulging out of his forehead.

‘ What? Did I say you are a dog? I said the dog was in front of me. I didnt say it was you. Why would you think you're being compared to a dog? Don't flatter yourself’, Ana ignored Joss's warning as she replied to the angry man coldly without any emotion.

Everyone all around them began to laugh loudly.

It was greatly entertaining that someone in the weakest team dared to challenge the spirit manipulator in the strongest team.

‘ You!’ the tall man became more angry.

He grabbed Ana's collar and shouted,‘Bitch! Who do you think you are? Don't you know that I can crush you with just one finger? Little asshole. Don't you know our leader is a disciple of the Ji clan? She is at the Earthly stage. If you offend the members in our first team, you will die!’

‘ So what she is from the Ji clan. It is nothing to me’, Ana said with a cold smile.

the man said as he pulled Ana closer to himself.

Ana suddenly released a chilling momentum around herself as she smiled coldly and sinisterly.

The tall and thin man felt a freezing cold that wrapped around him. He felt like he was in deep abyss.

‘ How dare you pretend to be powerful in front of me?’ the man thought Ana was bluffing.

He immediately clenched his fist gathering spiritual power as he was about to hit Ana.

Isis and Joss were both worried about Ana. After all this man was at the six grade of mortal stage. They thought Ana was not strong enough to withstand the tall man's attack.

No one knew that Ana was actually at the Earthly stage. If the tall man really picked a fight, Ana would definitely teach him a lesson.

a loud voice rang out. This had saved the tall man from his imminent demise.

Matthew turned around and saw a powerful women in a blue uniform showed up along with two men. The other spirit manipulator's face also grew serious as they saw this women.

‘ Matthew shot Ana a glare and let her go, before running to the women in blue.

Ana looked at this women inquisitively. She could tell that she was at the third grade of Earthly stage.

‘ Isis said to her in haste .

‘ Eva asked Matthew, who had come up to her.

‘ Matthew immediately replied.

Hearing what he said, Eva's face grew instantly solemn as she looked at Ana with sharp eyes. But Ana met her gaze stoically, displaying not an ounce of fear.

There seemed to be sparks in the air when the two of them looked at eachother. It looked like there was going to be a fight.

At that precise moment, Eva suddenly walked towards Ana.

Isis and Joss watched the scene unfold and both couldn't help but worry about Ana.

In the military camp, it was common to see a senior officer punish a soldier with lower title. It was not something they could question or complain about.

‘ Matthew said maliciously.

He enjoyed the situation where Ana was going to suffer.

Eva stopped in front of Ana, looked her up and down, and asked in a quiet arrogant manner . She was projecting her dominance by intimidating her.

However, unlike many who had cowered beneath her feet, Ana did not pay attention to her. Ana remained silent and decided to walk away.

Eva was enraged and insulted by Ana's indifference. She was a celebrity in this northeast military camp and no one dared to ignore her .

In an instant, she reached out her hand to grab Ana's shoulders.

Although this movement seemed to be very casual, she actually filled a hidden spiritual force in her movement.

When the others noticed Eva's movement, they couldn't help but look at Ana, who seemed to be unaware of Eva's movement. They were sure that Ana would have to suffer the next second.

Realising that Ana was all right, Isis and Joss immediately sighed in relief and hurriedly chased after her.

‘ Captain, why didn't you teach her a lesson just now...’, Matthew asked hesitantly.

‘ She is just a piece of garbage. It doesn't matter much to teach her a lesson. So I just let her go today’, Eva, who knew it was because she missed catching Ana not because of her mercy, immediately pretended to be generous and deliberately raised her tone in an eager effort to save her face.

Other spirit manipulators listened to her and believed her every word.

After Eva finished speaking, her attention fell on Ana's receding figure. She felt that Ana seemed a bit odd.

‘ Ana, that was so risky just now. If it is not for Eva 's mercy this time, you're going to suffer a lot’, Joss, who caught up with Ana, said at once, his heart still fluttering with fear.

‘ Yes, Joss is right. Next time when you see anyone from the first squad, you'd better avoid them from far away’, Isis said sincerely.

Ana just threw a glance at the two people, and a cold sneer curled at the corner of her mouth.

‘ Captain!’ Isis and Joss said respectfully.

‘ So, you are the newcomer? I am the captain of the sixth squad, Zander Zhao. From now on, I am your captain. You should do anything that I ask you to do. More importantly, you should never disobey any of my orders. Otherwise I'll have to teach you a lesson ’, the man with yellow hair bellowed. He glared at Ana angrily. Obviously, he was trying to establish his authority.

But Ana only spared Zander one glance before walking aside. She did not bother responding to her captain.

‘ You..’ Zander was immediately irritated. He was about to yell at Ana, but was immediately stopped by Isis and Joss.

‘ Captain, she is just a rookie and does not understand our rules. Don't worry! We will talk to her’ Isis said quickly. They were trying to prevent Ana from causing another commotion.

‘ She should be well coached, understand?’ Zander screamed. He swore loudly and went back to his position.

Since the sixth squad was not assigned to any missions today, the captain soon dismissed his members after a short period.

As soon as they were dismissed. Isis and Joss immediately stopped Ana.

‘ I'm going to have a bath. So let me show you the ladies bathing section as I'm going there’, Isis said to Ana.

‘ I can't bath in the ladies section or men's section’, Ana replied.

‘ Why? ’, Isis asked in confusion.

‘ Yes, we know you can't bath in men's section. Isn't that obvious but why can't you bath in ladies section?’ Joss asked.

‘ Um... I have male reproductive organ. What I mean is I have dick and boobs’, Ana answered bluntly.

A moment of silence passed. Nobody spoke.

‘ It's a special condition, since i was born’, Ana said with cough to Break the awkward silence.

‘ I see... Um ok. I am gonna talk with the senior officer to arrange a place for you . And be yourself ok? ’ Isis said after a few moments.

‘ Yes! We accept you for who you are no pressure at all’ Joss said trying to motivate Ana.

‘ Yes , thank you. And don't worry guys I'm ok’, Ana smiled at thier effort.

The surrounding people also heard thier conversation. And the news soon started to spread.

When Ana walked into her room. Ananta, who felt bored while waiting inside the room, immediately rushed to Ana .

It tackled her, stuck out it's wet tongue and began to lick her face enthusiastically.

‘ Hey buddy. I guess you must be very hungry huh? You haven't eaten anything for a few days ’, Ana said.

The spiritual beast was good at enduring hunger.

Ana took Ananta out of her room and went to the beast shed of the military camp, where she could get some food for Ananta.

There were two rows of beast barns in the shed, which were divided by a walkway in the middle.

‘ It is actually a good place to practice the Magical Evaluation skill ’, Ana thought to herself after a careful observation.

She took Ananta into the beast shed and looked around.

When she found no one in sight, she shouted loudly,‘ Hello? Is anybody here? ’ no answer showed up.

Just to make sure, she shouted a few more times. Yet still, nobody answered her.

‘ Huh? It's so strange. Nobody is managing the beast shed?’ Ana murmured and frowned.

All of a sudden, Ana heard the roaring sound of the dragon which immediately grabbed her attention.

It sounded familiar, so out of curiosity she could not help but walk to check out the situation.

Soon, she saw an independent beast barn, which was much bigger and higher than any other barns.

When she approached the independent barn, she saw the shadow of a dragon moving inside.

‘ Hey, stop messing around, you naughty gurl...’ at the very moment, a burst of laughter crisp like a silver bell rang out abruptly.

‘ Some one is here’, Ana thought.

She was surprised to see a very familiar figure.

The figure's thin clothes had gotten wet by the splash which the dragon had just created a few moments ago. Thus, unintentionally, Ana could see her delicate figure. She was so attractive for Ana.

Ana was captivated by the amazing smile again. Ana was fascinated as if staring at the starry sky. She looked purely happy. There was innocence in that smile which reminded her of a new born baby.

Roar!

Ananta roared happily on seeing the figure. Breaking Ana's daze.

On hearing the roar, the figure turned her attention to Ananta and Ana.

‘ Amelia, wh.. hi?’ the figure said as she started to walk towards them.

‘ What are you doing here Marcia!?’ Ana glared at her.

‘ I'm here due to work’ Marcia said calmly.

‘ Work! Are you kidding me? So let me make it clear? You came to work here! After sending me here!’ Ana laughed coldly

‘ Look, I'm sorry but there was no other way...’ Marcia said as she looked down.

‘ No other way! Are you fucking kidding me! Couldn't you maybe help me there to try and prove my innocence??’ Ana asked starting to grow angry.

‘ Ok? Tell me something did you realise something odd with your power like some thing dark was controlling you?’ Marcia asked calmly.

Ana suddenly remembered the black dragon and slowly nodded her head.

Marcia continued,‘ Well... You have woken up the dreadful evil power in your body. If I hadn't made it in time, you would have become a dead alive person in cold blood or killed by the the evil power.

To be Frank, I never expected that it would be so mighty. Even at the moment of it's awakening, Edgar and Priest Dean had to go all out to deal with you. As you have seen, the evil power was so horrible that I had no choice but to use the dragon seal to lock it together with the righteous power in the Holy Dragon Bead. I did it to save your life.
