‘ Amelia, who are you speaking to?’ Lena asked, coming into the chamber.

Ana turned around, shaking her head. With a smile on her face, she explained,‘ Ananta has occupied my bed. I am giving it a lecture ’.

‘ You are so mean. Let Ananta sleep in peace!’ Lena looked at Ananta, grinning with joy to see the beast snoring contendly.

‘ But I don't have a bed to sleep now’ Ana pouted.

Lena rolled her eyes not replying.

‘ Amelia, I am going to another Empire for some work. Will you be all right?’ Lena asked.

‘ Yes, ofcourse. I am not a child ’, Ana laughed.

‘ All right! Good to know. I will return before the marriage date’ Lena said, nodding to Ana as she left.

Meanwhile, something happened in the Ximen Mansion.

In the Mansion, people were hurrying to and fro.

A big greenish shadow appeared in the sky above them, like a giant monster. Flapping it's four wings fiercely, like giant fans, it raises a small sandstorm that swept the whole field.

A stranger showed up jumping from the giant monster. It was a burly man, one could tell he was a very high ranking spirit manipulator.

‘ Your Excellency!’ All the people of Ximen Clan got down on one knee, thier voices vibrating through the whole field.

They quickly recognised the man as Bryant, one of the Three Great Generals in the Holy Dragon Empire.

But among the three Generals, Bryant was the most powerful, ranked at the immortal stage, which was a rare achievement.

Although Bryant was over sixty now, he looked like a man in his forties.

‘ Dad!’ it was Shirley.

‘ What makes you so panicked?’ Bryant asked.

‘ News just came from the palace that His Majesty wants Marcia to marry Princess Amelia ’ an elder in purple gown replied.

‘ I see. I heard about her recent performance in the Dragon Birth Festival ’ Bryant grew stern, his eyes growing cold.

‘ Such an ingenious plan by His Majesty ’, Bryant smiled coldly.

‘ General, what should we do now?’ the elder asked.

‘ Dad, there is no way sister is marrying that nauseating punk!’ Shirley protested.

‘ Shirley, there is no time to fool around. Does it look like we are given a option?’ Bryant knew from the bottom of his heart that his clan did not have a choice.

‘ I.......’ Shirley still wanted to persuade him.

‘ Go now. I still have something that I need to discuss with the elders’ Bryant waved her away.

Shirley could only pout in protest and stood up to leave in frustration.

Bryant looked at the elders and said,‘

Finishing his sentence Bryant left.

The elders looked at eachother helplessly.

On the other side, Ana soon received the message.

Ana cleaned herself up after the sun rose. After breakfast, her servants reported to her that the carriage which the Ximen Clan had sent to welcome her was already at her place.

‘ Ana patted Ananta's head and left the room.

She saw a fancy carriage as she came down the spiral staircase. Four spirit manipulators were riding on horse. They were dressed in grand uniforms, which were embroidered with the Ximen Clan's emblem. Ana could sense that they were first or second grade of the heavenly stage.

Seeing Ana emerge from the palace, the spirit manipulators immediately got down from the horses and bowed .

Ana nodded, stepping into the fancy carriage.

The four spirit manipulators at the heavenly stage escorted her out of the palace city to the Mansion of Ximen Clan.

After about an hour, the carriage arrived at the Mansion of Ximen Clan.

‘ those four spirit manipulators at the heavenly stage led the way for Ana.

As she entered the Mansion, she noticed that all the people around her fixed thier eyes on her.

Ana thought to herself as she smiled.

Ana marveled as she saw the structure of the mansion, which was almost as grand as the palace city. Now she realised why the emperor of the Holy Dragon Empire regarded the Ximen Clan as his biggest threat.

Ana and the four spirit manipulators appeared to be heading towards a grand building which looked like a palace.

Ana saw a lot of people had already gathered inside. It looks like they were all waiting for her.

Bryant was sitting calmly in his tiger chair, stoned face. Although he showed no emotion, the aura oozing out of him awed everyone in his presence.

The rest of the people sitting in for the gathering were all the important members of Ximen Clan.

It showed that Ximen Clan took this meeting with Ana very seriously.

Almost everyone was staring at her.

They were quite surprised to see a young women with a tall and strong build. She was not like the thin and weak royal member in thier imagination.

Bryant stood up to greet her as he saw her enter.

Seeing Bryant stand up, every one else followed.

‘ Ana paid her respect to everyone present. She glanced around and found her future wife, Marcia was nowhere to be seen.

A few moments after she finished paying her respects, suddenly she sensed a overwhelming pressure. It felt like a giant beast was pressing it's giant claw down on her and there was no escape.

An ordinary spirit manipulator would be scared and collapsed under such a tremendous spiritual pressure. Afterall , this spiritual pressure was coming from General Bryant.

‘ Ana thought. It then immediately dawned to Ana that Bryant was probably just trying to intimidate her and test her abilities in front of everyone.

‘ Ana suddenly blurted out.

The spiritual pressure was no joke. If faced head on, it was very likely that one would lose control of the spiritual power inside thier body. Ana was being smart about this. She hunkered down to avoid directly confronting Bryant's spiritual pressure.

Bryant was quite surprised to see Ana avoiding the huge spiritual pressure with such a casual movement yet graceful and dignified nonetheless.

Bryant realised that it was probably time to stop testing Ana. He withdrew the spiritual pressure with great ease.

When Ana felt the spiritual pressure gradually vanished. She slowly stood up and pretended like nothing happened,‘ Oh, how rude of me. Where are my manners?’

‘ It's alright Princess Amelia. Please take a seat’, Bryant nodded and gestured Ana to seat.

Ana sat down at the chair that was designated for her as Bryant spoke,‘Soon, Princess Amelia will be a part of our family. I invited the princess over here today so that she can meet and get to know our clan. Everyone present here today is an elite and are some of the most integral part of Ximen Clan ’

Bryant then briefly introduced the elders and other important members to Ana.

After she was introduced to most of the members, Ana's prospective wife soon showed up in an elegant outfit that fully demonstrated her incomparable beauty.

Ana just looked at Marcia. Words were stuck in her throat as she thought to herself,‘

‘ Bryant said.

‘ Ana nodded.

After Ana and Marcia had left the area, they all started to discuss about thier impression on Ana.

At that time, Ana walked out of the hall as she followed Marcia. Marcia didn't stopped until they arrived at a beautiful garden.

There was silence between them. Ana was the first one to break it.

‘ Ana whispered quietly.

‘ Marcia asked as she turned around to face Ana.

‘ Ana looked at Marcia's eye.

‘ Marcia said as she looked away from Ana.

Ana felt something breaking inside her as she looked down and gulped trying to swallow the sudden pain that was trying to rise inside her.

‘ Ana said, striding away once she finished her sentence.

On her way out from Ximen Clan. Ana's path crossed with Shirley and Bear, who stopped her on her way out.

‘ Ana said to Bear.

‘ Listen, you leave my sister alone. Do you fucking understand? Otherwise...’ Shirley's sentence was interrupted by Ana.

‘ saying that Ana got out of the Ximen Clan.

On the other hand Shirley and Bear were left dumbfounded, trying to process what just happened.

Out of the desire to let off her bad mood, Ana began to run crazily.

She immersed in her mood of self pity and ran around aimlessly like a wild beast.

After Ana gave her all to get rid of her sorrow in that crazy run, she stopped as she sweated all over. She found herself in front of the dragon field.

‘ Ana raised her eyebrows in confusion.

She chose to walk inside since she was already there. She immediately caught the sight of the young candidates drilling at the dragon field. Just a few days ago, she was one of them.

As soon as Ana was spotted by the young candidates in the drilling field, they began to gossip about her. Mia who was supervising noticing the commotion also looked towards the same direction as the young candidates did.

‘ Mia was surprised too see Ana because she was there when the Emperor ordered the marriage for Ana and Marcia.

She thought that as a soon to be daughter in law of the Ximen Clan, Ana would be busy preparing plenty of things and should not have the time to wander around.

‘ Mia scolded the young candidates before she approached Ana.

‘ Mia intentionally emphasized the ‘ Royal Highness’ in order to tease Ana for her ascendance to the royal family.

‘ Ana smiled at Mia.

‘ Mia asked in confusion finding something odd.

‘ Have you recovered from your wounds?’ Ana quickly changed the topic.

‘ Yes, certainly. It had recovered long ago’, Mia replied.

‘ Then, wouldn't you want to do something to thank me for saving your life? Maybe take me for a friendly date? To show your gratitude of being saved by me’, Ana crossed her arms. She knew Mia would not agree. It was all talk.

But Mia did hesitate for a second. She rolled her eyes and replied surprisingly,‘ Alright, I was planning to go somewhere. Since you are so bored, then I wouldn't mind if you joined me’,

Ana was stunned. She did not expect Mia to agree at all!

‘ Just wait here for a while. I will come back in a second’, Mia said as she walked back to talk to her deputies for a few seconds.

Then under the jealous look of those young candidates, she left with Ana. They couldn't believe that the person who they called loser two months ago has suppressed them beyond measure.

As the old saying went, every dog has its day.

Ana and Mia left the dragon field together. Mia immediately called up her Scarlet flame dragon.

‘ Come up here’, Mia said to Ana as she stretched her hand to Ana

Ana put her hand in Mia 's and leapt on the back of the Scarlet flame dragon.

It immediately soared up to the sky. Ana didn't expect the Scarlet flame dragon to fly up so fast that she was almost thrown out by the sudden rise. Luckily, she responded in time and was able to hold on tightly to the body of the Scarlet flame dragon.

‘ Hey, can you remind me when you are about to make it fly? Otherwise, it could be really dangerous ’, Ana glared at Mia.

Mia sneered but did not say anything.

Not long after, under the relatively smooth speed. They arrived infront of a grand architecture which was located in the west end of the imperial city.

When Mia got off the Scarlet flame dragon. All most everyone in the area was mesmerized by the mere sight of her.

In contrast, as Ana followed Mia, she was envied by them all.

However, Ana didn't care about the way the other people looked at her at all.

She raised her head and found ‘ Super Beast Farm’ was impressively written on the board that was suspended high up on the building.

‘ So this must be the famous Super Beast Farm. I finally had the chance to see it with my own eyes’, Ana had always intended to visit.

Ana turned around and looked at Mia curiously.

Mia just stared at Ana without saying anything. She then went straight into the Super Beast Farm.

‘ Ana murmured, following Mia into the farm.

Ana was mesmerized once she entered the farm. She never imagined that the Super Beast Farm was so huge and that many people visited it. There was a signage above the door of each room, reading low grade, middle grade beast evaluation, ability test and so on. Overall, the place seemed to be very professional.

A middle aged man soon approached them. He looked like he was the one in charge of the farm.

‘ the middle aged man bowed down to show his respect.

‘ Ana gave Mia a very surprised look. She then realised that she didn't really know much about Mia. She only knew that Mia was an instructor in the dragon field.

‘ the middle aged man was even more surprised than Ana.

‘ Mia replied plainly.

‘ the middle aged man exclaimed. His eyes and his mouth suddenly grew as wide as saucers. He cannot believe that the famed Amelia was infront of him.

The middle aged man's loud remarks caught the attention of several other people who kept stealing glances towards thier direction. They were surrounded by a whole crowd causing a commotion.

Ana felt as if she was floating in the clouds as she watched the people excitedly fuss over her.

‘ Mia dismissed the middle aged man. She was not pleased by the crowd. She walked out and headed towards the back of the farm.

the middle aged man respectfully bowed down to Ana.

‘ Oh, which reminds me. Is Mia the owner of the Super Beast Farm?’ Ana asked.

‘ That's right, Your Royal Highness. The Super Beast Farm is one of her Clan's properties. Her clan is extremely rich, almost as rich as an entire country. Every month, Madam Mia manages to find time to come here and make an inspection tour’, Tobin confirmed.

‘ I had no idea that you and Madam Mia knew eachother. May I ask what is the relation between the two of you?’ Tobin shamelessly asked.

He seemed to be very interested in gossip.
