‘ Maybe we have made a mistake ’, some of them said in confusion, scratching thier heads at the disapearance of the trace of Ana's dragon spiritual power.

Bear was surprised to see Ana knock back the trainee with a crew cut but he still refused to believe that Ana could have reached the first grade of mortal stage. He still saw Ana as a loser.

‘ Go! You can hit her harder’, Bear said to his other follower, a stout girl who had a round face.

The gurl walked towards Ana as she was eager to kick Ana's ass.

The other trainees murmured among themselves about how hard Ana would be wounded, because this trainee was at the second stage of mortal stage. It was possible that she ranked eight or even higher among the thirty young candidates. Ana would not be as lucky as just now.

‘ You have mistaken the sleeping tiger for a cat!’ Ana thought as she saw Bear send a gurl at the second grade of mortal stage to fight with her.

She could tell her power was a pretty good match to this second opponent. Though she did not want to cause trouble, they would not just leave her alone.

Ana looked into her opponent's eyes, emitting a sharp aura .

She had enhanced her power a lot in the past ten days. She was also more and more skillful at the controlling of the dragon spirit mark. Her previous rapid punch was a testament to this. So she was pretty confident that she could handle this one.

The second opponent was now close to Ana. Suddenly, she rushed quickly towards Ana and reached her in flash.

‘ So fast!’ Ana instantly stepped back. The gurl kicked twice in the air ferociously. In the twinkling light, the dragon spiritual power turned into a wind which rushed towards Ana like two sharp knifes.

Apparently, compared with the trainee who had crew cut, this one had mastered the dragon spirit mark much more adeptly . More over, she was faster than Ana because she had the dragon spiritual power of wind nature.

The gurl with a round face gained the upper hand in this fight and she suppressed Ana at once.

Though Ana swiftly dodged the two kicks, the next moment her right shoulder was almost hit by a formidable punch. She could not withstand the power of the intense attack and stepped back again.

The nature of thier dragon spiritual power became the determining factor in this fight as they were at the same grade. Since the nature of Ana's dragon spiritual power was not shown yet, it was an uphill battle for her.

While Ana was knocked back again, her opponent launched another sharp wind punch that was so fast and powerful. It made a loud whoosh.

Everyone thought that Ana would be knocked down by this one.

Realising she had no time to dodge this attack, Ana immediately released the dragon spiritual power in the dragon spirit mark. She crossed her hands before her face as the dragon spirit mark emitted multicolored light. In the next moment, the wind punch hit right on the dragon spirit mark on Ana's hand.

In a blink of an eye, the wind punch was totally drained of it's power.

‘ What! She blocked the attack!’ the other trainees exclaimed in surprise. No one expected that she could block that ferocious punch .

Even Ana herself found it odd that she could block this attack so easily. It reminded her of what happened the day she saved Ananta from the fire, but she did not notice it as she was hurrying to save her little beast. She suddenly felt that the dragon spiritual power inside her body has increased a little.

‘ Is there anything special in my dragon spiritual power? Is it related to the Holy Dragon Bead?’ Ana abruptly smiled at the dumbfounded gurl infront of her as she released the dragon spiritual power in the dragon spirit mark again.

She shouted loudly,‘ Let me show you my power!’

Ana released the power to show her strength at the second grade of the mortal stage. The spiritual power turned into a twinkling fist shadow and rushed towards the face of her opponent. With a loud pop, two bloody teeth flew out of the stout girl's mouth as she was knocked unconscious.

‘ This is what happens to those who cross me’, Ana said coldly as she looked at the crowd with terrible blood shot eyes.

Everyone, especially Bear, was shocked to see her release power of the second grade of mortal stage. They wondered how she managed to improve her power from the first to the second grade in merely ten days!

Her speed of improvement was incredible! After all, even talented people needed several months to improve thier power from the first grade to second grade of mortal stage.

‘ What are you doing?’ A scolding voice rang out. All of them looked back and saw Mia walking angrily towards them. They scattered in a panicked rush.

Bear slipped away, foreseeing that the situation would be unfavorable to him.

Mia looked at the two candidates lying on the ground, soon realised that one even had passed out. Her face immediately grew stern as she sensed that Ana had reached the second grade of mortal stage. However, she calmed down at once.

‘ What happened?’ Mia asked Ana, seeing her standing right infront of the trainee who had passed out.

‘ They provoked me first ’, Ana answered, crossing her arms. She was still thinking about why her dragon spiritual power could absorb the dragon spiritual power of her second opponent.

‘ Is this true?’ Mia asked the rest of the trainees who did not have enough time to run away.

They hesitated and looked at eachother before they nodded nervously.

‘ Take them to the infirmary. The rest of you, continue to training’, Mia instructed them.

Soon some of them accompanied the two injured trainees, leaving Ana alone with Mia.

‘ Ma'am, don't stare at me like that. I will think it's malicious’, Ana couldn't help teasing her as Mia looked at Ana from head to toe.

‘ When did you reach the second grade of mortal stage?’ Mia asked bluntly. She finally noticed that Ana's physique was much stronger than before. It was hard for her to believe that a person who had been weak and had no talent could have such a great improvement in several days.

And what surprised her most was that she even had never sensed Ana's increasing power in these days.

‘ Well. It was all in account of my hard cultivation. After all, I made a deal with you. I'll do anything to win the bet’, Ana replied in a flirtatious voice .

She was confident that she could make these great improvements because of the magical efficiency of the magical saliva.
