Rei Yamauchi is a gyaru and the rumored pornstar. She wears the school uniform as usual, making the skirt shorter and folding up her sleeves till her elbow. She is one of the most popular girls in the school, number 3 in the entire school, and she is the main attraction of rumours and gossip, hence her persona Pheme. She tend to move around a lot, till Yokohama where her mother is happily having a good job at a local bar. Her breast size is D, according to Kaidou.
