"What does he want ?!" I demanded as I stormed into my office. Felicity, Bradley and Oliver followed me close behind.

Bradley closed the door behind him. Most of the guests have already left and I guess some where still leaving.

"He hasn't said why or what he wants he's only requested to see you" Oliver answered

"Have you asked him ?" I answered, my tone very agitated

"Of course I asked but all he said was that he was requesting to see you, he refused to say any more to myself or anyone in my pack" Oliver answered

"Well I'm not going, I've nothing to say to him" I said sternly

"Maybe he wants to apologise for his behaviour ?" Felicity suggested

"He doesn't do apologies" I hit back

"Maybe it's important ?" Bradley suggested

"Nothing from or about him is important" I snapped

"Alpha, please calm down, have a drink and take time to think this over" Oliver said trying to compromise

"I don't need too" I answered now angry

"He's made a request for his trial to be put on hold until you see him, the longer you refuse to see him, the longer until his trial and we all know how much you want this trial to go ahead as soon as possible" Oliver said

"So he's making this whole situation hard for me, I refuse to see him so he refuses to go on trial until I do ?" I asked annoyed

"I'm sorry Kieran as your friend an ally" Oliver said

I stood against my desk, my hands gripping the sides of it. Felicity suddenly got up, I thought maybe she was coming over to me but she went towards the door.

"Where are you going ?" I asked

"To the kitchen for a glass of water" Felicity answered before she left the room

"Please try not to take any of this out on her, it's not her fault" Oliver said calmly

Oliver and Bradley both left soon after, giving me time on my own to think. I paced back and forth trying to think and weigh up my options but I didn't have many it was either I went and seen what Jamie wants then he gets his trial or if I refuse to go, he refuses to go on trial which leaves that longer. I felt my anger and rage build up inside, honestly right now all I wanted to do is lash out but I managed to talk myself down, instead I took a few deep breathes and calmed myself down.

After a few more minutes on my own, the door opened quietly and Felicity stepped in cautiously.

"Is it okay to come in ?" She asked

I nodded in response

"Where's Bradley and Oliver gone ?" She asked

"They left me to give me some space to think about things" I shrugged

"Oh, I'll leave" She said turning to leave

"Please don't" I called after her.

Felicity stopped and turned back to face me.

"I don't know what to do" I admitted

Felicity sent me a gentle, soft look before she walked back over to me.

"This whole situation is very unfair, Jamie sure seems to know what he's doing, it's almost like he's still controlling things" Felicity said as she sat down on a chair.

"I'm sorry for snapping at you earlier, it's just, I let my anger build up inside sometimes and I don't know how to handle it, but I haven't had a bad outburst for a while" I explained

"I don't blame you, this is a lot for anyone to take in" Felicity said as she took a hold of my hands in hers

"Still, there is no excuse" I said

"What are you going to do ? Have you decided anything ?" Felicity asked

I just shook my head no. I was at a cross roads and I didn't know what way to turn.

"Can I please make a suggestion to you without you getting mad ?" Felicity asked

"Please do" I shrugged

"Maybe just go and see him, what he wants, if he wants to brag or goad let him but don't lose your temper just let him have whatever it is that he wants and then once you've finished you come back home here to me, I'll be here if you want to talk about it and then tomorrow I am going to give you the best birthday ever, a birthday that you deserve" Felicity smiled

"I don't need anything, just you, spending the whole day with you will be enough for me" I told her.

"You don't know what presents I have for you or what I have planned for you yet" Felicity teased

"That sounds like your teasing me" I said

"It wasn't meant to but you didn't tell me about your birthday, I had to hear about it from your sister" Felicity pointed out

I just shrugged before answering

"It's just not something I've wanted to celebrate for a long time"

"Well I'll make sure that this year is extra special for you" Felicity smiled

"If I did go and see him, would you travel there with me but stay with Jenny where I know you will be safe" I asked

"Of course I will if your sure it's what you want" Felicity smiled softly at me

It was agreed that we would travel together over to Oliver's place where Jamie was being held until his trial. A few members of the pack would also travel with us. Needless to say, I didn't sleep very much or well that night. My mind just kept on going through different scenarios of what Jamie had to say or would say to me when I went there. I tried not to let the situation or him get to me but deep down it felt like there was going to be something very bad said.

The next morning mostly everyone was awake and off doing their own things from patrols to training and looking after the young kids. I could smell the food from the breakfast which Gayle had made for everyone but I wasn't in the mood to eat. I don't think I could have managed to keep it down on my stomach. I waited on Felicity and the other's to get ready. Once they were ready, we set off and made our way over to Oliver's place.

"Your really stressing about this whole thing, aren't you ?" Felicity asked

"It's just annoying and frustrating not knowing what it is he wants or why he is even doing this" I answered

"I know it's hard for you, I also know you didn't sleep at all last night and you haven't eaten" Felicity said

"I couldn't really switch off last night, I tried but it was no use, I couldn't face eating this morning" I shrugged

After our very long walk over to Oliver's we finally made it. Normally I would love seeing his place in sight but today, not so much. I felt my heart beat pick up and begin to beat faster, alarm bells began to go off in my head, all I wanted to do was turn and run back home at this point.

"Kieran ?" I heard Felicity's voice call out from in front of me.

I looked from the pack house to her, giving her a confused look.

"Are you okay ? Do you need some time ?" She asked

It was only when I took full notice that Alex and Josh were a bit further ahead of me and Felicity must have been with them where as I was frozen to the spot where I was currently stood.

"No, I'm fine, let's just get this over with" I said and basically forced myself to walk. following the others.

We made it inside the pack house where Oliver greeted us. Jenny had been there too but she had taken Felicity away somewhere safe for the time being. We would send someone to get them later.

"You ready for this ?" Oliver asked

"No but let's just get this over with" I sighed

Oliver nodded and a few of us walked down the cold stairs down into Oliver's underground jail. We walked until we stopped outside Jamie's cell.

"As you requested" Oliver said to Jamie who sat up in his small bed and looked our way

"I'll talk once you are all gone and it's just him and I" Jamie stated

Oliver looked at me and I just nodded, Oliver and the other's left, closing the door behind them.

"I'm surprised you came here, I half expected you to refuse to come" Jamie sniggered

"Cut the crap Richardson, what do you want ?!" I snapped back at him

"Such a shame Felicity survived that fall of hers" He hit back still a sense of a snigger in his tone

"You pushed her, which has been added onto your list for your trial" I said in a stone cold voice

It was almost like all of this whole situation was just some joke to him, but he was the only person who is finding it amusing.

"You only have yourself and your group of wolves for witnesses to that, doubt it will ever stand up in trial" Jamie responded now in a more serious tone

"Is this all you wanted me here for ? To play this off as some joke ? You really think you will walk free from all this mess you've caused ?!" I asked Jamie angrily

Jamie just looked at me serious for a moment before he began a fit of laughing.

"I'm glad your finding this whole thing amusing, but I'll be the one laughing after your trial" I said

"I think it's funny that you seem to think this is the only mess I have caused, I almost destroyed you again for a second time" Jamie said with a straight face

"I got over Sarah ages ago if you think you destroyed me there" I hit back

"I'm not talking about Sarah, try going back further, back around to say.......when your parents were killed" Jamie said with an evil smirk

"What does my parents have to do with you ?" I asked uncertain of where he was going with this conversation

"Let me tell you a little story, one night before I'm born or even conceived, my "father" is out at night with his wolf pack on patrol, leaving my mother at home on her own since none of our pack lives in our home, my mother hears a noise which confuses her since she is home alone and my father isn't due home for a while so she goes to investigate the noise. She looks everywhere but finds nothing, however once in her and my father's shared bedroom, she is grabbed from behind once she closes the bedroom door, a rogue wolf had gotten inside the house and forced himself on my mother that night. My so called father feels guilty because he left her there alone but she seeks help from our doctor in the infirmary and eventually she does get better. Skip forward a few weeks and my mother discovers she's pregnant with me, doesn't take long for her and old Max to realise that I was the result of that eventful night. They agreed to keep me since they had been trying for a while for a child but had no luck. Max agreed to raise me as his own but I knew as I grew older that there was something more going on so I would hide in the house when they were talking and eventually I heard the truth from them. Once I knew a rogue was my real father I decided to take a chance here and there just to let my rogue side and anger out just like that time in the woods which I'm sure Felicity and Scott told you about, with those boys who thought they could bully me" Jamie smirked as he looked back on the memory

"I still don't understand what this has to do with my parents" I said confused

"I found some rogues on my land one time and told them my story, but rather than let them attack my pack, I persuaded them to attack your parents place and kill them, you should have died that night too, all of you but well your still here" Jamie said in a cold tone.

"You helped the rogues that killed my parents ?" I asked still very confused and angry

"Correct, if your thinking you can add this too my list for court, think again, you have no way of proving this" Jamie said smugly

I gave him one hard cold glare before I turned and stormed out of the room, I felt if I stayed in there any longer it would be a completely different ending for all of us.
