《We're Just Friends (Clexa AU)》Chapter Seventy One

"I'm taking you out tonight," Clarke said as she dropped Lexa off after school on Wednesday.
"What happened to asking first?"
"Lexa, can I take you on a date tonight?"
"I would love that."
"Wear the dress you never showed me, oh, and bring extra clothes because you're staying the night."
"We have school tomorrow."
"And that's why you'll bring extra clothes and your school stuff."
"Can't you just wait till tomorrow? After tomorrow we have winter break."
"Do you not wanna go on a date with your hot girlfriend?"
"No, I do."
"Then be ready by six and don't forget your school stuff, now get out of my car because I have to get ready."
"Bye Clarke," Lexa said smiling like an idiot as she got out of the car.
"Bye baby, see you later."
As Lexa got ready for her date she called her dad up to her room.
"And where are you going?" Lexa's dad asked as he walked into her room.
"Clarke's taking me out, and I need you to please do something for me." When Lexa's dad didn't answer Lexa got worried thinking he was going to say she couldn't go or her mom came home early and heard. When she looked up she found him smiling in the doorway.
"What?" Lexa asked confused.
"Nothing, I'm just so proud of you. You have definitely grown up to be a beautiful, smart, talented young woman."
"Dad, I'm going on a date, not joining the army or something."
"So, I can't be proud of my daughter? Now, what do you need help with?"
"Even though it's a school night Clarke wants me to sleepover, so I need you to convince Mum that I can."

"I'll call her and see what she says."
After a lot of convincing Lexa's mom finally agreed and soon after Clarke was knocking on the door. Once Lexa got to the door she was stunned. Her mouth was moving but no words were coming out, causing Clarke to laugh.
"I guess I'm speaking for her," Lexa's dad said. "Clarke you look amazing, now go before Anya gets home."
As they drove Lexa couldn't help herself, she kept looking at the blonde. She kept looking at Clarke's chest, and when she felt bad for staring too much she would try to look away but would end up looking at Clarke's thighs. She was staring at Clarke so much she didn't even realize Clarke had stopped driving for at least two minutes.
"Your staring."
"Huh? Oh sorry. I- umm, hey I thought you said you were taking me out? Why'd you make me wear this if we're just going to your house?" Lexa asked confused as she looked out the window.
"Shhh, stop trying to ruin the moment."
Clarke got out of the car and ran to the other side, opening it for Lexa. Once Lexa got out, Clarke held her hand and walked her to the door.
"Okay so my mom has the night shift tonight, and doesn't come back till 6am, so I thought why not have a nice date here, oh and she also kind of helped me set this up so remind me to thank her tomorrow."
Once Clarke opened the door Lexa saw that the lights were turned down low, there were candles lit and flowers around the living room, there was a blanket on the floor with pillows, food covered with those metal dome covers, and a bottle of red wine with two glasses.
Once again Lexa was speechless, her mouth was moving but no words were coming out as she kept looking back and forth from the living room to Clarke.

"I'm guessing you like it," Clarke said more like a question than a statement.
"I love it, it's beautiful, y- you're beautiful."
"Not so bad yourself."
"How did you think of this?"
"I actually thought of it before you decided you were ready to let people know, I thought that since it's getting too cold for a picnic outside, why not have one inside."
"I love it, Clarke."
"I'm glad, now let's go sit down."
They sat down and just talked for a little bit until the two decided to eat.
"So we have a roasted chicken and as you can see my mom already ate some," Clarke said making Lexa laugh as she lifted the cover off the plate. "We have roasted carrots and potatoes," Clarke said while lifting the second cover. "And we have balsamic roasted brussels sprouts." The blonde put some of everything on both of their plates then poured some of the wine, and smiled as she heard a moan come from Lexa.
"That good?"
"It's amazing, how did you learn to cook like this?"
"The only good thing that came from my father was his cooking skills."
"That's not true."
"What do you mean?"
"You came from him and you're amazing. You're beautiful, smart, funny, adorable, kind, extremely talented, apparently an amazing cook, and so special."
"Do you realize how much I love you?"
Once they were done eating dinner they talked some more and mostly kissed, making Clarke almost forget about dessert. When she lifted the last cover, there was a cheesecake with a strawberry topping.
"Awww, you made it in a heart shape."
"Maybe," Clarke said sheepishly as she blushed.
"I love it."
"You haven't even tried it yet."
"I'm sure it'll be amazing, just like you."
"Usually I'd agree but I actually lost count of how much sugar I put in so it might be too sweet or not sweet enough."
"As I said before, I'm sure it'll be amazing."
After they finished eating, and half a bottle of wine later they end up sharing a sweet kiss, which got heated as Clarke fell back making Lexa fall on top of her. Clarke's hands ran up and down Lexa's body, trying to feel any skin she could. Her hands found their way to Lexa's thighs and started pulling the dress up, revealing more and more skin that she could touch.
While Lexa's lips attacked Clarke's neck, kissing and sucking any part her lips touched, she moan as she felt Clarke squeeze her butt, causing Clarke to repeat the action. She sat up to take the dress off completely, throwing it somewhere behind her, and bit her lips as she started a slow grind on Clarke's waist that was covered by the blonde's dress, watching as she looked up at her in shock.
Clarke was in awe, her girlfriend was practically naked, grinding against her stomach, wearing a red lace low cut bralette that had a clasp in the front, with a matching red lace thong. It had been a month and a half since she'd seen Lexa like this and she didn't think Lexa could get any more beautiful until she watched Lexa move her hair to one side exposing her neck, right before unclasping her bra, letting her breasts free, and then bending back down to kiss and suck at Clarke's neck some more.
"Too many clothes," Lexa panted in Clarke's ear when she felt the uncomfortable, but also pleasurable, friction of her breasts rubbing against Clarke's dress.
"How about we go to my room?"
"Mmm, good idea."
