The next day Lexa was finally allowed home. As they got all her stuff packed up Abby went over how to clean the wound once more.

"Remember no sex till I give you the all-clear," Abby said mostly to Lexa but Clarke too.

"Why do you keep saying that?" Lexa's mom asked as she walked back into the room.

"Oh umm, just making sure," Abby said.

"Well, I can assure you she won't have sex, especially since she doesn't have a boyfriend."

"Lexa dad said if we leave now we can get milkshakes, come on," Aden said running into the room.

"Actually, Clarke's gonna drive me home."

"What? Why?" Lexa's mom asked.

"Well, I mean she's coming over so she's going to drive me there," Lexa answered shrugging her shoulders.

"Fine, just hurry up."

Once Lexa's family walked out of the room they waited a couple of minutes before Clarke gently wrapped her arms around Lexa's waist and pulled her closer.

"Hi," Lexa said smiling as she watch Clarke stare at her lips.

"Have I ever said how much I love the freckle on your lip?" Clarke asked right before she kissed Lexa.

"No," Lexa said once they pulled away, "have I ever told you how much I love the beauty mark above your lip?"

"I don't think you have."

"Well I do," Lexa gave the mark a kiss then connected their lips again in a slow, soft kiss as one of her hands went to Clarke's back, holding her there, and the other went to Clarke's cheek.

They pulled away when they heard Lexa's phone ding. Her dad texted her asking if she could get Aden's hoodie that he forgot. They left the hospital after that and went back to Lexa's house.

When they were at Lexa's house everyone was making sure Lexa was comfortable, when all Lexa wanted to do was cuddle and watch Netflix with her girlfriend. At around 10 pm Clarke realized what time it was and decided she should leave.

"Okay baby, I have to go home now," Clarke said making Lexa pout.

Clarke kissed the pouting brunette, "Don't pout, I'll be back tomorrow after school."

"Fine, but you better facetime me when you get home and text me all day tomorrow," Lexa said.

"Of course." Clarke bent down and gave Lexa a soft kiss.

Lexa sighed, "Can't you sleepover?"

"I wish but all my school stuff is at my house."

Lexa sighed again, "Kiss."

Clarke smiled and gave Lexa another kiss more passionate than the last.

Lexa put her hand around the back of Clarke's neck, pulling her in, deepening the kiss. A minute into the kiss Clarke pulled away, "Okay I need to go now Lexa."

"Since tomorrow's Friday, can you sleep over?" Lexa asked.

"I'll do you one better, if your parents are okay with it, I'll sleep over Friday and Saturday, then won't leave Sunday till really late," Clarke said.

"Really?" Lexa said with a big smile

"Really," Clarke said with a big smile in return then kissed her.

"Yay," Lexa whispered against Clarke's lips.

Clarke pulled away and walked to the door, "Bye baby see you tomorrow."

"Bye Clarke."

The blonde opened the door to find Lexa's dad outside.

"Oh uhh hi Mr. Woods."

"Clarke it's Gustus or Gus, there's no reason to be so formal." Lexa's dad said.

"I know, I'm sorry, I keep forgetting," Clarke said nervously.

"It's fine don't be sorry."

Clarke nodded her head, "Umm I better get going it's pretty late."

"Of course. Will I be seeing you tomorrow?"

"Oh Dad, is it okay if Clarke sleeps over Friday and Saturday?" Lexa asked.

"I don't see a reason why not. I'm sure we would all love to have you stay here, especially Aden."

"Thank you Mr. Wo- I mean Gustus."

"Of course, bye Clarke."

"Lexa, can I talk to you?" Her dad asked once Clarke left.

Lexa nodded her head and he walked into her room, shutting the door behind him.

"May I?" He asked gesturing towards the bed.

Lexa nodded her head again.

"I'm not going to try and beat around the bush," Gustus said as he sat down, "Are you uhh, well do you umm, you and Clarke?"

"What?" Lexa asked shocked.

"You and Clarke, are you guys together or something?" He asked.

"W- why would you think that? I'm, I'm straight, she's just a, we're just friends." Lexa stuttered.

"Lexa honey, it's okay. You don't have to lie to me, I'll accept and support you through anything and everything. So I'll ask again, are you guys dating?" Lexa's dad asked.

"N- n- why would you think that?" She asked confused.

He sighed, "Well besides seeing you guys kiss at the hospital today and being pretty positive I just heard her call you baby, it's o-"

"W- wait you saw?" Lexa asked.

"Yeah, I was coming back to get Aden's hoodie, and I saw you two so I left and texted you to get it."

"I- I- I-"

"It's okay honey, and besides all that, she obviously cares about you, more than just as a friend. She, well she was crying so much at the hospital, more than anyone else. She's been with you every day since, more than all your other friends. She looks at you differently than everyone else, I mean you even look at her differently. You're so happy around her, you smile so much because of her. I mean," he said pointing to Lexa who had a small smile, "you're smiling right now as I talk about her. And if you guys aren't dating, I sure as hell hope you guys do soon, because I don't think I've ever seen someone care so much about another person as much as she cares about you, not even your mum and I."

"B- b- but," Lexa said shaking her head.

"But what honey?" Her dad asked.

"It- it's Clarke, Mum hates her and she's a girl. How, how could you be okay with that?"

"Lexa, I have never cared about your sexuality. Not in 7th grade with the whole Costia thing, not ever. I just want you to be happy, if you're gay, there's nothing I can do about it besides be happy for you. And as far as your Mum goes, well it might be hard to change her mind. But I can try if you want."

Lexa let out a shaky sigh, "I love you dad."

"I love you to monkey," Gustus said hugging Lexa. "Can I ask you a couple of things?"

"Umm sure," Lexa said nervously.

"So how long have you guys been together?"

"Oh well technically uhh," Lexa started counting on her fingers, "Two weeks and three days."

"Technically?" He asked confused.

"Umm yeah, we well, we were I guess you could say talking for a while but she knew how you guys, well Mum, would feel about us together so she never asked."

"Ahh I see, so what made her ask you?"

"I don't know, I was half asleep and shocked when she asked me. But I'm happy she did." Lexa said with a big smile.

"I'm happy your happy." Her father said smiling back at her, "Oh and one more thing. Even though she's a girl, the same rule applies in this house, the door stays open when she's here."

"What?" Lexa asked upset.

"She might not be able to get you pregnant, but I still don't want you having sex."

"Yeah I get that but," Lexa sighed, "but before it was boys, I- I could still hug them, and cuddle with them, and even kiss them in front of you guys. But I can't with Clarke, not in front of Mum, I mean I won't even be able to hold her hand without it being an issue."

He thought for a moment, "Fine, you can keep it shut but you can't lock it, and I'll be checking on you guys at random times."

"Fine, yeah that's great."

Lexa's dad smiled then kissed her on the top of her head, "Goodnight monkey."

"Goodnight Dad."

Once her dad left she called Clarke.

"Hey baby, I'm almost home," Clarke said when she answered the phone.

"He knows."

"Who knows what?"

"M- my dad. He knows we're dating."

"Wait what? How?"

"He, umm, he asked me and I tried denying it. Then he went on about how we care for each other more than my mum and him, and that if we're not dating yet he hopes we do soon."

"Okay, well that's good. What did you say?"

"I was too shocked to say anything. All I said was that I loved him."

"And so he's okay with me being at your house?"

"Umm, yeah he said that we just can't lock the door."

"Sooo, does that mean no sex at the Woods residents ever?"

"God, you're so annoying," Lexa said with a little chuckle.

"I'm just trying to make you less stressed, which is obviously working."

"I know, and thank you for that."

"Okay, so does this mean your mom will be cool with us?" Clarke asked causing Lexa to let out another laugh, "So I guess that's a no."

"No, definitely not. But he said he'll help try and change her mind."

"Do you think he'll be able to do it?"

"I don't know, I hope."

"Me too, I hope everythi- OH MY FUCKING GOD!"

"W- what's wrong?"

"Picasso shit on the floor. I have to call you back, my mom will kill me if she sees this."

"Oh, I thought something bad happened," Lexa said laughing.

"Don't you dare laugh."

"I'm sorry it's just really funny."

"Bye Grogu."

"Grogu?"

"Yes, that's what I'm gonna call you when I'm mad at you."

"Why?"

"You'll never know. Now I have to go clean this mess up, bye Grogu."

"Bye Clarke," Lexa said, still laughing as she hung up.
