Chapter 55- The world is just filled with the insane
---------
There was little I could feel as I sat down on the ground, my back leaning against the rough bark of a heavily damaged tree. My body felt numb, and very cold, though I wasn't sure if it was from shock mixed with exhaustion from finally being free from my captivity, or something else, more sinister. I did little to try and battle the coldness I felt, and even though the sun shined proudly in the sky I shivered to my very core.
'None of that was supposed to happen!' I lifted my two shaking hands to look at them before closing and letting them drop to the ground. Instead of watching my hands fall I opted to looking around at my surroundings for the first time since I had fully came too. It resembled the 'clearing' I had trained in during the land of waves, but more erratic, and the faint spatters of blood made the area much more menacing and dark then that day where I had just gone out to simply vent out my anger.
All the trees near me had either been cut mercilessly, barely hanging up, or had been toppled over and mutilated. Small craters littered the ground, but unlike the clearing in comparison, no shinobi tools joined the craters in their sporadic placements, only parts of the tree that had received the brunt of the attack. When I spied traces of melting ice lingering over the clearing, mostly in the crevasse of the creators, I turned my gaze skyward, no longer wanting to look, though it cause a sharp of pain to rush through my numb body.
"Great..." I muttered tiredly under my breath when I looked back down to see what cause the pain, excepting to have it only be mental pain, seeing as that is the only type of pain I had been receiving the past twenty four hours, but was slightly shocked to see that blood ran freely from numerous cuts and gashes scattered over my body, my coat absorbing and covering the most of it. Slowly I took off my coat to see the extend of my wounds, and then pressed it against the top of my right leg, noticing how it was bleeding the heaviest.
I leaned my head against the tree's trunk and looked up to the sky, cursing myself for the things I had done to the people I cared about, even if it was against my will, but I was also scared about what I might have done and had no recollection of... Like this clearing, I had no clue how I ended up here and how it turned out the way it did, but there was no doubt that I had been the cause of it.
"I think I'm beginning to lose my mind Suteki," I said humorlessly, "I guess even though you're seal is broken, our curse will still live on.'
----- About two hour ago-----
'Nothing... It seems even my self conscious is even against me right now,' I cursed tiredly as my body sat down against a large tree's trunk that my two captives had decided to stop at. Even though I had gotten a decent amount of rest, my body felt heavier than ever, and now I was sure it was because of my last blood and gore filled dream. I wanted nothing more than to lift a hand and rub my fang pendant for reissuances, but if the damn seal didn't want me to move, than my body won't even as much as twitch. I released a tired sigh and blinked tiredly as I heard some noise over to my left, but I didn't pay attention to anything, just letting my mind wonder. The noise continued for a while and there was motion in my peripheral vision, but I didn't fully notice what was going on until I was suddenly jerked backwards by something grabbing the back of my clothes.

'WHAT?! What's going on?' I yelled in my mind as my eyes tried to search, seeing the trees pass by and Sakkon getting fairly close to Tayuya, who wasn't moving.
Apparently whoever was holding me also wanted to see what was happening to the two sounds shinobis, because instead of hanging onto my by the back of my clothes I was flung onto their back, making the side of my face lay in their golden coloured fur. Because of how my body was laying on their back I could tell they body move slightly to move their head so that they could look back a little.
'Wait... Golden fur? Nala!! You're safe!' I tried to get my fingers to twitch so I could feel more of her fur, but as always, a flash of searing hot white pain ran through my body, nearly making me black out again, but did make me slump even more so into Nala's fur. I was like that for only a few seconds before I felt a prickling sensation run through my body, making me sit up straight against my will. It caught me off guard; this feeling was different than the others. Before I wouldn't feel another as my body moved, but now it felt like there was invisible strings tying onto different part of my body, turning me into a giant living puppet almost.
'You know, I was never really a fan of puppet shows as a child. And now even more so.' I thought sarcastically as I saw my hands curled before moving forward. I could go nothing but watch appalled as they wrapped around Nala's necks and squeeze the air out of the as a shadow fell behind me. The next moment my body jumped off Nala, roughly kicked her to the side, and leaped over to a different branch where a white haired, pale teen age boy around my age stood with Sasuke's coffin. I noticed that that he too wore a purple rope around his waist tied into an upside down bow in the back on the outside of his clothes like the other four and he had a weird marking in the center of his chest, his shirt opened so it could be seen. Something else that startled me was that he had piercing jade green eyes and had a two red circles over his eyes and lining the bottom of his eyes. I had never seen someone with such characteristic, but I had read about them back in my true academy days.
'A member of the Kaguya clan... And one that is on Orochimaru's side... Shit!' I realized as he, Kimimaru I gathered, talked to Tayuya and the others.
"This is an important 'vessel' for that dream... But, you were a bit too late. And she... Well, it seems she had piped the interest of not only Maiagaru-san." Kimimaru said as I just stood beside him, looking down at the branch we were standing on, slightly swaying from the wind, though the feeling of disgust ran through my body as he said that bastard's last name.
"Hey you! Quit babbling senseless things! Give back Sasuke and Harmony!!" Naruto yelled out, and I could only guess that he was charging forward to attack. Shikamaru yelled out a little bit later, but only him.
'Wait... Where's Kiba? I remember hearing his voice a few minutes ago... And Sakkon, he's not here either.' I wondered as my 'strings' made my body grab Sasuke's coffin and follow Kimimaru as he jumped to a lower branch, where Tayuya was now located... Which isn't where she was before. As I was falling I quickly looked up, seeing that Naruto was no longer rushing after us, and both he and Shikamaru were now further away than before, but Nala was still standing in her original spot. I looked back down to Tayuya. 'She must have intercepted him in mid-air... I hope he's alright... And that he turns back. It's too dangerous for them to keep on coming. Most likely Kiba and Akamaru are fighting Sakkon, so they can't count on him on help, Choji and Neji fell back a long time ago, and now a Kaguya has joined the fray.'

"... Kill you, is because you still have a mission to accomplish by staying alive. Please take out these... Three trashes over there," That was all that I had caught when I landed near the two. He only waited long enough to wrap an arm around the coffin before he, with me regrettably, in tail.
---
I followed Kimimaru for what seemed for over a few hours, but in reality it was probably was only over half an hour when something changed... Well, a few things changed. One was that the two of us finally got out of the forest into was seems like a very grass circular cleaning. The seconds was the for a while now the air behind us had been feeling very sinister and evil, so I had gotten shivers a few tome. And the third was that once again the foreign feeling through my body had faded. I could feeling the 'strings' attached to all my limbs, but they felt like there was some slack, and I could more slightly on my own, like fingers toes, my head side to side, also, it seemed as if some of my strength had returned.
'So it really does drain my chakra to my breaking point... Damn bastards, obviously you’re not all cut out to be if one of you lost, again!' Smirking I let my body land on the soft ground. My smirk only turned into a terrified look when I once again felt the fiendish feeling in the air again. What's more it was much closer and for some reason familiar. The last time I had felt something even close to this was during the third part of the chunin exam... When Naruto was... fight... Neji
'Oh god... Please don't tell me! He was supposed to go back and get help!!' I turned my head when someone jumped out of the cleaning and landed a few feet away from us. He's blonde spiked hair frenzied, he's whisker markings more prominent, and he’s red eyes nearly glowing and sharp teeth bared like a wild animal... Or a furious fox.
"OI YOU!!" my idiot of a brother yelled when he landed a few feet away from us in a crouch.
"... Now, how should I cook this one?" Kimimaru said, looking at me and setting down Sasuke's coffin beside him, almost like it didn't matter. I looked over slightly and saw the very tip over something very white and very sharp pointing out of the bottom of his long sleeve. I looked back up at him and glared. He returned it with an unimpressed glance before looking back to the now growling Naruto.
"WHAT DOES OROCHIMARU WANT?! WHY IS HE AFTER HARMONY AND SASUKE!?"
"To answer your question, it's simple about her. The fact that she is the remaining survivor of unusual bloodline and has not seemed to age a day after over a decade as simply puzzles him. As for him, well, Orochimaru-sama has already had already completed the jutsu of immortality. In order to acquire all jutsu and the entire world he needs time... "
"What does that have to do with Sasuke!?" Naruto questioned.
"Immortality doesn't necessarily indicate the immortality of his body... He must replace his body with a newer and stronger one before his current one succumbs." Kimimaru explained slowly and seemly very bored.
"That... That's what Sasuke's for?!" The chakra in the air surrounding Naruto got heavier as she spoke, and it keep on increasing when Kimimaru simply confirmed his question.
"I WON'T LET YOU DO SUCH A THING!!! I WON'T LET YOU TAKE THEM!!" Naruto yelled out as the chakra that was circling only him flooded the entire area around us. I couldn't help but shiver violently as the red tinted chakra reached us. I fell to one knee when I felt my 'strings' loosen once again, and held my head when an intensive headache came over me.
"Ow, god dammit," was one of the first things I said as I held my head with my eyes closed, but the pain left as fast as it came for some reason. I slowly opened my eyes and stood up, looking at the scenery with a crazed smile.
---3rd POV---
"Interesting."
"Not really. He does this all the time, though not nearly as pissed as he is now," Harmony told him, casually leaning against Sasuke's coffin, pushing some of her tangled medium length hair away from her face.
"Come," Kimimaru said as lifted both hands, letting his bones extend out.
"I'll crush you," the original Naruto challenged as Harmony stood there, watching the two stared off, gathering chakra... Or should it be one started at one thousand, before she stopped leaning against the coffin and jumped up so she was crouched on the lid.
"Yo, Kimimaru. I get half. It's only fair,” she told him, her finger itching to get a hold of either some sharp metal or water.
'Wait... Why do I want to fight Naruto?' A part of her mind questioned as her fingers twitched once again.
'Really? You're wondering about? I think you should be wondering why you aren't fighting already, and feeling his filthy demon blood run through your fingers," the more dominant part of her mind replied back, making her giggle when she thought that, covering my mouth with one hand, wishing that hand was stained with red
"Hehehe... Dansu Hana! Second Dance of the Winds!" she joyfully yelled out as the Naruto's charged at then. Harmony waited a few seconds before she back flipped into the sea of orange, punching, kicking, tripping, and stabbing with weapons she had stolen from clones, giggling as one after another poofed away into white clouds. Many yelled at her, asking what was wrong and why she was attacking him, but Harmony just kept on laughing as she stabbed the last one in the gut before round house kicking him in the face.
"Why? Why not?" Harmony asked him as he once again poofed again, though she was quite saddened that they didn't seem to squirt blood when she stabbed them. Harmony sighed and looked over to where Kimimaru was, watching as he grabbed hold of his bone from his left arm, turning into a sword, explaining that he's bones were as strong as steel. She giggled again when she felt the chakra from Sasuke's coffin increase steadily.
"Harmony! What's going on! Why are you acting like this?!" a clone yelled at her, trying to grab her arm and pull her back, but she used her last kunia and stabbed him this time through the eye, instantly making him 'poof' away. The moment he did she pulled down one eyelid and stuck her tongue out at some others.
"Baaaaka! You're not even worth my time!" She scolded the others, before snapping her head in a different direction. "It's almost time." she said in a sing song voice, walking back to the coffin. She no longer felt the need to fight, but to just watch as Kimimaru began the Dance of the Camellia, wanting to see who their two 'dances' differed. Harmony found it quite entertaining to watch as bones kept on perturbing from his body.
'Geez Harmony! I leave you alone for one day! ONE DAY! And you go off the deep end without me! That's no fair, we had a deal! So you better snap out of it,' a strange voice called out, but it sounded as if it was coming from inside her own head. Looking over to the others she could tell that they couldn't hear it. Harmony tilted her head to the side, looking up that sky, puzzled, as she watched a white medium sized bird circled above, cawing loudly.
"Huh.... Weird bird... Wonder if it tastes chicken? Hehehe" Harmony asked, a joking smile on her face before she yelled at Kimimaru," OII Bone Dude! Can I fight the jack-in-the-box when he pops up?"
"No, you cannot. This is the first step of Orochimaru-sama's ambition," Kimimaru told her out of the corner of his eyes, unimpressed, before looking at the coffin, right before it exploded, sending out a giant cloud of smoke. Harmony crackled as she threw her arms to protect her face, blocking her sight from what was going on in the smoke. She didn't uncover her eyes until her couldn't smell the interesting scent the smoke had and when she heard Naruto whisper Sasuke's name.
"Sasuke... SASUKE, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING WITH THESE GUYS?! LOOK WHAT THEY'VE DONE TO HARMONY!!! GRAB HER AND LET'S HEAD BACK! COME ON!" Naruto yelled, waving frantically, but pointed he pointed at Harmony she pointed at herself in confusion.
"What? Do I have something on my face? I know it's a little dirty. Or is it my hair? Is it really messy? I bet it's messy from the wind," She snapped her fingers, "I knew I should have packed a comb!" She waited a few seconds, ignoring Sasuke's quiet maniacal laughter, that were steadily getting louder, before planting her hands on her hips. "Seriously, not a single laugh? At all? All I get is something from Mr. Crazy here? It. Was. A. Joke! Seriously, you all suck."
'It wasn't very funny... Actually, it wasn't funny at all Harmony; you're the one that sucks. My jokes are waaay better than yours,' Harmony looked up at the sky, pointing an angry finger at the bird.
"SHUT IT, YOU SHITTY BIRD! YOU LOOK LIKE THE COLOUR OF EXPIRED MILK!! SO THERE!"
'WHAT!?! YOU'RE STILL GOING ON ABOUT THAT?!?! THE LACK OF COLOUR IS YOUR FUCKING FAULT, YOU USELESS BITCH! IF YOU HADN'T RUSHED IT, AND BEEN NEARLY UNCONSCIOUS I WOULD HAVE HAD VERY BEAUTIFUL RED FEATHERS!' The bird screeched at the same time as the voice yelled, swooping down so its talons could tear some of the fabric from her clock on the left shoulder.
"Hahahahahaha! You missed you damn bird! You can't even rip flesh correctly! You're supposed to tear through both the fabric and skin, or else it's no good and you won't get any blood!! Ahahahahaha!" She yelled out, laughing in time with Sasuke.
"CAN'T YOU HEAR ME, DAMMIT!? WHAT THEY HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO?!" Naruto yelled out, making Harmony stop laughing and give him a blank look.
"I'm sorry, what were you saying? I wasn't listen- OH shit! RUN BOY!!! RUUUUUUN!!" Harmony, being easily distracted, cupped her hands over her mouth, trying to make her voice louder as she laughed, watching Sasuke run to the other side of the clearing towards that forest.
'You're an idiot," the bird sighed, flying above once again.
After a few seconds of laughing Harmony stopped, face palming. "Dammit! I was going to fight and spill his blood! Now I'll have to chase him!! Oiii, Bonehead, I going after the emo-looking duck boy!" She joyfully said, turning in time to see a flash of green appear out of nowhere and strike Kimimaru as he was attacking Naruto.
"... And you are?" Kimimaru asked after he had stopped skitting across the grass. Lee stood up from his crouch and got into his taijutsu stance, one had risen in front and the over behind his back and he's legs spread fairly far apart, leaning slightly on one side.
"The Leaf's proud Green Beast has been reincarnated... I am Rock Lee!!"
Harmony stood there as he said this, black faced, before waving slowly and edging away from the three. Lee for some reason made her feel uneasy and reminded her of something from her memories that was terrifying, loud.... And green, "well... I'm just going to..... Go. Bye!" with that she took off in the same direction Sasuke had gone, smiling manically as she leapt through the trees, once again ignoring the shouts and calls behind her.
"I'm going to geeeet you~" she sang as she rang, following his trail.
'Like hell you are! YOU. NEED. TO. SNAP. OUT. OF. IT. HARMONY!!' The bird cried out, swooping down, and making Harmony have to jump to another branch to avoid her talons.
"You again?!" Harmony growled, no longer in a cheery mood, crouched down. "What the hell is it that you want? And stop whatever you are doing! It's messing with my head!!" The bird landed on a branch close by, letting Harmony have a good look at it. She was right about her having a white colour, but it was almost like she was transparent, and even through her aura was very strong, with a body that looked like white ice, she looked very frail. Harmony couldn't help but smirk.
