HAPPY ANNIVERICITY!!!! MELODY OF TIME IS NOW ONE YEAR OLD!!!! On this day a flute playing ginger ninja that was emotional wreak was made, and now she is a flute-less flute playing ginger ninja that is still an emotional wreak!!! Yea for non-improvement!!!

So I just want to say one thing before I start this chapter... I love all you guys so much!! I would have never thought in my wildest dreams that the random idea I came up with in Socials class last year would lead up to such an amazing thing!!!!! Thank you all for supporting me and reading my story, and for a few, having the craziest and weirdest conversations with me and letting me dump random spoilers on you and asking about them!!! Chapter 35 - So... Uh.... Yeah, what was your name again Mr. Fish Sticks?

'So what about blonde? What do you think about that?'

''No, never happening.'

'Brunette?'

'Do you not understand the meaning of no and never happening?'

'Black hair?'

'Sigh* What Am I going to do with you... And no.'

'How about blood red!! I think your hair would look killer if it was blood red!!!!'

'I don't think so. The only people that can pull off blood red hair are the mentally insane.'

'... Are you implying that I am not mentally sane?' Suteki asked me in a challenging way. I sighed and hung my head as I swung my legs.

'Noooo! I would never challenge your sanity Suteki.' I told her, my thoughts laced with heavy sarcasm. Suteki was silent for a little bit before she stared to talk again.

'How about blue! Could you please dye your hair blue!! Oh! And make the tips purple!! That way you all ways have the clan's colours on you!!! And then you should be a leather jacket!!! That would look soo cool!!!!!!' I could all most see Suteki waving her hands back and forth in front of her like a fan girl as she thought of another hair color she wanted me to try. I sighed and ran my hair though my now incredibly short hair. Because Nala sucks at cutting when I turn her into a human, she accidently cut the back a little bit, *ahem! A lot!* shorter, I had to fix it so that the front of my hair was around the length of my one side bangs, so just past my chin, and the back was close to the base of my skull.

"Shut up Suteki! You are so annoying!!!!" I said out loud to let out a little steam from talking to the 'sane' person inside my head... Okay, that maybe me even seem a little insane... 'Damn you Suteki...'

'Hey, don't hate the player!! Hate the game!!!! Hehehehehe!!' Right after she said that I couldn't take it anymore and let out a full out scream of anger, cursing her to the end of time before I jumped off the tree branch I was sitting on and walked over to my creek. All I wished right now is that I would stop having the founder of my clan that was driven insane, and that was trying everything she could do to try and get me to give into the same insanity, be gone and leave me alone. I had enough problems to deal with on my own without everything that she adds on. I sat down on the big rock and covered my face with my hands. It was getting harder little by little every day to ignore her and stay sane.

'Harmony, are you okay? Is Suteki bothering you a lot today?' I looked down at the small kitten that was sitting by my feet. I couldn't help but smile and sit up straighter, giving her the option to sit on my lap, which she did. I placed a hand on her back and stared to pet her, letting her purrs fill my ears, ridding the annoyance in my own mind.

"No, it’s okay, I can still deal with her somehow... I just needed to get away from everyone. It seems like whenever I am around a large crowd, it is harder to drown her out. Even if I have only had her for less than two days, I have already consisted turning over to her too many times then I would like to count.

'And you know that sooner or later, it is going to happen!!! Hahahahahaha!!!' I glared at her, which in real life looked like I was glaring at a tree.

"Shut up Suteki. I refuse it and I will never let you take control. Not now. Not ever." I said out loud to her before placing my head in my hands again. I felt Nala gently nudge against my hand.

'Come on Harmony. Let's go and get something to eat. I guarantee you will feel better after you fill your stomach.' I lifted my head and sighed, before I stood up and let Nala jump onto my shoulder.

"Okay... Let's go and eat... What do you want?" I asked her as I started to walk through the forest. Nala's tail twitched a little as she thought.

'How about some ramen!!! Can we please have some?!!! Please!!!!" I looked over at her and faceplam.

"You really are like a cat version of Naruto, aren't you?" Nala hit me with her tail.

'Shut it! All I want it some ramen!!!! Ramen!! Ramen!!!' I stopped listening to Nala after that as she continued her little chanting the whole way there. -_-'

"I am never letting you stay at Naruto's place. Ever." I told her in an ever serious tone. Nala looked at me confused.

'Why? I like it there. And it's not like her gave me any bad milk.... Just lots and lots of wonderful ramen...' A sweat dropped formed on my forehead as I walked down the main road of the village.

"And that is exactly why I am not letting you stay there anymore. At least not alone." As I told her this I looked left and right, trying to make sure that nothing was wrong. For some reason, I could feel something wrong in the air.

'You are just imaging it, stupid girl.' I growled under my breath.

'Shut it. I don't want to hear from you. Can't you do and drown in that waterfall and leave me alone?'

'Ouch. That hurts Harmony. How could you say such mean things to the divine wind that saved you countless times?' Another sweat drop formed.

'You only 'saved' me three times bitch. Just your math right.'' I growled at her in my hea as I continued walking.

'Tut tut tut Harmony. Must you really be so mean to me? Oh cruel world!!! Why?! Why did my sacred flute that had my sealed in it have to be placed in the hands of a mean little girl that has no idea how much pain words cause!!! Oh boo hoo!!!!' I stopped walking as she said this and looked down at the ground, letting what remained of my hair cover my face as I concentrated on going to her 'world'. The moment I saw her I punched her straight in the face, knocking her off her feet, or would have if she hadn't stopped her fall with her wings and control of wind.

"Now that wasn't very nice, Harmony-chan!!' She cried as she rubbed her check where I had hit her.

"Shut up." I said in a dangerously quite tone. Suteki quit whining the moment she heard my tone. "Shut up! I would say that you know nothing about me, but you have seen, heard, felt, lived everything I have done from day one! You know everything!! You know how much I know about the pain words brings, and I get them every day or I am reminded by seeing the person how said them! So stop this bullshit about me not knowing the pain of words! You should know that I am one of the only people that know that pain the best!! So shut up and leave me alone!!!" I yelled at her. Before she had a chance to speak to me face-to-face anymore, I quickly quit my concentration and the stone road beneath my feet appeared was visible again. I stood still for a moment to catch my breath and steady myself.

'That should shut her up for a little while...' I looked up slightly and began to walk again, only to stop after only taking a few steps. I noticed that for once I didn't have any extra weight on my shoulders. I looked around and saw that Nala was sitting down on the ground behind me, but there was something else too. Naruto, along with a giant back pack was beside Nala. He had a weird look on his face... I wasn't sure how to descript it besides saying it wasn't Naruto. I gave him a small wave.

"Oh, hi Naruto! I didn't know you were there. Where ya' going?" I said to him in a cheerfull voice with a light smile. Naruto didn't seemed to have heard me and was still attending unnaturally still, so I walked up to him and looked carefully at his face before placing hand on his forehead and then placing it on mine, checking the temperature of it. After that I sighed and took a step back, giving him some room the breath.

"Are you okay Naruto? You don't seem so well, but you look fine and you don't have a fever, so is something bothering you?" I asked him. After that he finally moved. He closed his eyes and shook his head, before looking back at me with his childish blue eyes, and scratched the back of his head.

"Oh, no nothing is bothering me! I guess I was slightly in shock. It just took me a while to relize that it was you Harmony, you look so different then the last time I saw you. That's all." He said with a little laugh. I too laughed a little and ran a hand though my extremly short hair with my goggles on top and stuffed my other hand into a pocket of my brand new pair of black pants that went with my new baggy purple tank crop top that showed my belly a little, and my new blue chocker. I couldn’t help it, Nala backed me into a corner and maybe me get a new outfit to go with my hair. I couldn’t help but feel like the smile he was wearing on his face was just like mine, fake, but I tried to push that feeling to the back of my mind, but that part of my brain was already pre-occupied with another issue I am currently dealing with, a crazy voice only I can hear... So because of that I couldn't push away the damn feeling I had right now....

"Well I am glad nothing is wrong with you. Guess I can't help but worried, me being your big sister and all. But I am still curious about what you are doing and where you are going with that giant bag of yours." Naruto looked down at his bag and then looked back at me with a giant smile.

"Pervy-sage asked me to tag along to find some lady he knew. He said that she knows an even better technique then the Chidori and I am going to make her teach me it!!!! And then I will once and for all surpass Sasuke!!!!" I couldn't help but laugh. He just looked so happy right there, thinking that there was now a way to be better than his fellow teammate. We talked for a little bit about what the suppose new technique may be. We both got a few laughs out of some of them.

'What if it was to make a pile of fish appear out of nowhere!!! That would be awesome!!!' Nala exclaimed as she meowed and rubbed against Naruto's leg. Needless to say that was one of the silliest ones we heard. Naruto and I didn't think she was serious so we both burst out laughing, only to make Nala go to a little emo corner and sulk. 'You guys are jerks... Laughing to me and my dream....' I was still laughing a little as I walked up to her and picked her up into my arms, scratching below her chin a little making her forget her sour mood.

"Well I guess I should be going! Pervy-sage told me to meet him at the gates!!" Naruto said as he tried to lift up his giant backpack. I quickly put down Nala and helped him hold it.

"You aren't going to be going any lugging this around. You should maybe lighten your load a little Naruto." Naruto grunted as he lifted it onto his back.

"Na! I'll be okay. I'm going to need all this stuff, we're going to be gone for a while, and I’m guessing a month at least!" I sighed and let go of the part I was holding, making the sudden weight fall down on Naruto, making him fall to the ground.

"Fine be like that. Ignore me and my excellent advice."

'That advice is worth shit all.' Suteki told me, making me swear under my breath.

'Damn it. I thought you would stay quiet for a little while longer, I was enjoying my freedom.' I told her as I looked to the side a little, making sure my hair covered my face so no one could see the chance in my facial expressions.

'Ha! What a laugh!! What freedom!!!! You have none!! I own you!! Hear me!?! Own you!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!' I glared at nothing.

'Go screw yourself Suteki.' I thought I felt some brush against my leg as I said this to the mad woman in my mind but I paid no attention to it.

'Again with being so mean to me. It's not a very good thing to bite the hand that is feeding you. I bet anything that if I really wanted to I could end your life right now if I wanted to!! Hahaha!!!" She shirked in my head, making me wince.

'You wouldn't dare. Let me remind you that if I die, what little remains of you right now would die also.' I smirked slightly as I told her that, feeling like I had finally beaten her at her own game for once.

'That may be true, but let me remind you that in reality, I died a very long, long, long time ago, so dying wouldn't really be anything new to me.' I could just see her with a stupid grin on her face and shrugging her shoulders as she said that. She was seriously ticking me off.

'You really are a bit-' my thoughts were suddenly cut off when something landed on my shoulder. I looked over and saw that Naruto had placed his hand on it, snapping me out of my 'conversation'. He once again had the weird look on his face. I finally realized what it was, worry. He was worried about me. I gave him a small smile.

"Sorry, did you say something to me? I have been finding it a little hard to concentrate on things every now and again lately." I told him, trying to make him stopping worrying.

"Is it because of the old man’s death?" Naruto asked slowly. I shook my head.

"No, it has nothing to do with it, and it's noting it worry about. So, what did you say to me, I didn't quite catch it, sorry." I gave him another small smile. Naruto slowly got rid of the worried look and smiled back.

"I was just wondering if you wanted to walk me down to the gates, this bag is a little heavy." He told me as he glanced back at the bag on his back. I sighed and walked around him, taking the bag of his back and placing it on mine. He looked amazed as I showed no sign of struggling with the massive weight. I turned around and began walking.

"Are ya' coming or not? Jiraiya-Ojisan doesn't have all day to wait for you." I called back to him as I walked further away. Naruto and Nala quickly caught up to me and began leisurely chatting as we walked to the gates. On their way there I quickly asked Nala a few things.

'Nala, what was with Naruto? Why did he look so worried before?' Nala looked at me and then at Naruto.

'Before when you were first talking to Suteki on the road Naruto saw you and ran up to you, wondering why you were just standing there, then I guess Suteki was pushing you too far because all of a sudden your chakra and the wind began to go crazy and you began saying things out loud, like know you know the pain words bring, and how you are reminded of those words every day. The same thing happened later when you were again talking to her, except this time you somehow kept you chakra in control and you spoke in a lower voice about you dying or something. That’s when Naruto placed his hand on our shoulder, snapping you out of your trance.' Nala told me. I looked over at Naruto and then swore in my head.

'Damn it....... Guess I got a few things to explain to him them.... But only if he asks about it.... Hey Nala, I have a question, how do you know that I was talking to Suteki before?'

'Simple, I can tell because whenever you do, your voice in my head completely disappears, even if we weren't talking. It annoys me that she can do that and makes you talk to her alone. She knows that if I could hear everything that she said to you, I would stop her from ever getting close to harming you in any way.' She was growling a little at the end, showing that she was truly pissed off about this. I looked up and saw the gates were nearing so I dropped the pack to the ground and picked up the p.o. Nala. Naruto looked a little confused when he saw that I was no longer walking.

"Uh? What you doing Harmony, the Pervy-sage is over there. Come on." He told me. I looked over and saw that he was true. Ojisan was looking over at us. I turned back to Naruto.

"I'm just here to say good bye and wish you like on finding this whoever Ojisan is looking for. It's not like I am joining you or anything. He asked you to go with him, not you and me. Besides, don't you want to learn a super cool technique that no one else knows about? You better get going before pervy old Ojisan leaves you behind and goes to a hot spring or something." I looked back at Jiraiya-Ojisan and waved. "Heyyy Ojisan!!! You better find whoever you are looking for, and make sure you don't abuse Naruto too much!!!" I yelled to him. Jiraiya simple smiled a waved back.

"See, even he knows that this is just for him and you. So like I said, better get going." I said to Naruto, before slightly picking up his backpack again and handing it to him. Naruto looked at it and slowly grabbed it and placed it on his back, trying to drag it to the gate slightly.

"Who ever said that more people can't join?" We both looked up and saw that Jiraiya-Ojisan was now standing beside Naruto. He gave me a close eye smile. "Hey Harmony, nice hair and outfit, looks good on ya. Really shows off your figure and all." I crossed my arms in front of my chest.

"Hey Ojisan, still a perv as ever I see." I playfully glared at him. "So Naruto told me that you are taking him to find an old lady friend of yours. Now knowing you, it's probably just someone you know and perved on, and now you need her help. Am I right?" Jiraiya-Ojisan scratched the back of his head.

"Nothing gets past you, but it's not completely true, she is on old friend, and I do need her help." He told me. I titled my head to the side.

"Wow, that's new; you have finally been able to befriend the female population now, haven't you? Now what were you talking about before. About the thing with more people joining?" Jiraiya dropped his hand and crossed his arms, mirroring what I was doing.

"Well it just so happened that I have some things I wanted to talk to you about, so I would be more than happy to have you and Nala along for the trip." He told me. Nala jumped into my arms then.

"What things?" I asked him.
