sorry for late update. I wasn't well from few days so that's why

Recap: Sia's first day at office

We reached my home by 7:45 pm, coming out from the car, I said "Bye Xander an..and Thanks for the ride"

But he pulled me by my arm and said "Wont you invite me in?"

"ye... yes, I was going to, Please co..come inside" I said stammering

" if you insist" saying this he left me and got out

We started walking to the door, me following him always, while he walks like he own the world

Knocking the door, My mum opens it and before anything she said "you are late Sia"

"Mum..umm Xander's here" I said trying to make my mum stop

" Oh Xander, Come in" she said ignoring me

Xander came and said the pleasentries

both my aunt and mum took Xander to the living area and start talking with him

I was also going to sit but my aunt eyes stopped me indicating something which I wasn't able to get

"Sia, where are your manners, go and make some coffee, he must be tired" my mom said thus making it clear what my aunt was referring to

Staring both of the ladies for a second, I went to make coffee

No one think about me, I also came from work only

Putting those thoughts away I made coffee

"How much Sugar" I asked once reaching in the living area

Xander looked at me and said " none"

Finally I sit on the couch,

'god what a relief' I thought and closed my eyes

"Umm Aunt Princia and Katie, She needs to shift" I open my eyes suddenly and stared at him like he has two heads

"What" I yelled and got ignored

"Is everything fine" my aunt asked

"Actually the office is far away from here she won't be able to come early in office or home"

"Even today she reached at 11:30, and the office is from 9" he said

'No no no, you shouldn't have said this' I thought but the blunder is already done

Nervously I looked at my mother who was staring at me like I insulted her in the public

I looked down thinking that indeed I'm a burden for everyone

" I.. I'm sorry X, I had no idea"

Said my mum looking embarassed

"Its ok, Miss Evans. Its just that If she will live near the office premises, she won't have to worry that much"

"Yeah, what you are saying is right. But let her uncle come first" said my aunt

"But I don't want to Shift" I said trying to make them understand

"Not a word Sia" my mum said sternly

just then my uncle came and after talking to him, it was settled that I'm gonna shift tomorrow

No one asked my opinion that what I want and that hurts me the most

My mum didn't ask because she thinks of everyone except me

I didn't have any expectations from my aunt & uncle

Talking about Xander, I don't know

"Ok then" Xander said standing

They all shook hands and then Xander stopped and stared at me for good 2 mins.

I didn't said anything, I was mad and hurt and angry and sad

After Xander left, My family starts telling me what would I do and what not.

There is actually some charm in Xander, just in a week he managed to impress my whole family including me

I went and started packing, my mother came and start telling me how I'm supposed to behave, don't be lazy and all

I'm fed up of all this, sometimes I wonder why me?

I'm not confident because I've been compared a lot from people and when I said people its not other people instead its my own family. I know they love me, but its just that I dont want to be compared

Thinking all this I slept because next day I didn't know whats gonna happen

Xander said he's going to pick me at 6:30 so that first we will go to the apartment and then office

According to him, that apartment is for office employees, but I still have second thoughts with this

"Sia, get up" my mum said loudly standing beside my bed

"Huh" I mumbled

" Get up, its 6. Xander is gonna pick you up" saying this she started arranging my clothes and all

I sighed and went to the washroom,

I wore my denim with jeans

My mother came with Teary eyes and said " Take care, baby. All I have is you"

I hugged her "mum, I don't want to go" said sadly

"Even I don't want you to, but you have to" said my mum

I didn't said anything because she won't listen to whatever I'll say

We went down to see Xander already sitting wearing denim jacket with jeans look ravishing as usual,

After saying bye, We left

"I'm gonna miss you all" I hugged them

"Hey Don't cry, you aren't going for forever" said Kevin

After all the emotional bye session, I went with Xander

"You ok" he asked

I nodded

"Words, I need words" he said sternly

"Y.. yes, I'm ok" I stammered

"Good, you will love your new apartment" he said softly

Bipolar enough, I thought

After a tiring drive, we reached

Thank god for the medicine I took, otherwise I would have vomited in his car

I get car sick very easily that's why I don't like any vehicle which is closed

"Here comes your apartment" he said

I looked from the car, and it was amazing view

Coming out, we went inside and he took me to the 20th floor where my apartment is

It was luxurious and lavish and amazing and everything, It was a 2-room apartment with a very huge balcony where the view is enchanting

Sia's apartment

"So, how's it" he asked looking me

"Its..its amazing, I told him with a genuine smile "

He smiled and nodded

" Sia, I'm gonna go to my apartment, will meet you in 15"

"Umm, where" I asked because he didn't tell where to meet

"here only, oh I forgot to mention you I live in the same building at the top floor" he said casually

My mouth and eyes open widely because I didn't know how to react with this new information

"Ooh..ohk" I said to him

He smiled at my shocked face and then left

I looked around the apartment, I realise it was very luxurious

'Xander's also live in the same building, so Obviously it will be luxurious, dumbo' I thought

But I don't know the rent, and most importantly how am I gonna pay, oh god these thoughts are killing me

I decided that I've to change the apartment and look for some cheap one and for that first I need to tell Xander

"Thinking about me" he said in my ear

"N..no" I said turning towards him

he smirked

"lets go, we're going to be late" he said

I looked him from head to toe and realised that he didn't wore formals

"I told you I don't like formals so I don't wear it often" he said understanding what I was thinking

I nodded and then gathered all the courage and said "Xander umm... I....I can't live here"

He looks confused and then frustrated and then all of sudden his expression changed into concerned one

"why??... You don't like the apartment?" He asked

"No no the apartment is very nice, its just that I....umm I" I tried but I couldn't complete my sentence due to his intense gaze on my face

And then he pulled me closer than necessary,

His one hand was on my waist while the other one was under my chin so that I won't look down

"Tell me, what happen" he asked softly

His breathe was fanning my face and I forgot how to form a sentence

"I..umm...I have m..money enough. don't to the rent..pay"

I started jumbling and stuttering

'God! This is embarassing' I thought

" and who told you that you have to pay" he asked in my ears making sure that his lips are touching my ears

" Obviously have to I....using the apartment I so...m.me will to have pay right? owner will...the..m..mad other..Otherwise " I said stuttering while trying to free myself from his iron grip

"I don't know but yes I can assure you one thing that the owner wont be mad, because he himself want you to be here" he said

"Huh" I said confused

"Are you really a dimwit or you trying to" he said sarcastically

This brought tears in my eyes

'Oh god Sia, Grow up' I scolded myself

" Hey hey, I was joking" he tries to calm me down

finally he removed his hands from my waist and chin and I sighed

"And what I was saying is that I'm the owner of this building, and I want you to live in this apartment" He said

I was numb, I mean this guy never fails to stun me

"B..but why me" I asked

"I've already told you quite a few times, but I think you don't want to believe that reason so the other reason is because you're my employee and I don't want you to be late" he asked tiredly

I didn't know what to say and how to react

My mind and my heart were having a battle, I mean of all the other people why me, only?

"Hey hey, you again zoned out" he said pulling me out from my thoughts and said

" If your Question and Answer session are over, so can we please go??" He asked

And I nodded and said " yes" because looking at his face I knew he's going to burst down if I'll ask anything

So I just followed him, AGAIN
