So I had known about being gay and things since I was little, my others cousin is gay. Witch also made me think that if I wasn't straight, my mother would be okay with it, (my mother was her cousins first person to turn to)

I'd known since probably 5th grade that I wasn't straight, but then I didn't know the words, or that there were different kinds.

Last year I came out to my mother that I had a crush on one of my best friends, who's a girl like me, and my mom asked me if it was from a book and I cried and cried, and was afraid to tell her anything more, at that point I didn't know what I was.

Just before I turned 15, I figured out that I was pan(sexual). I was calling my cousin, because we have the same birthday, and she was happy I figured out who I was and said "We're all and nothing," witch I thought was an amazing way to put it. (She's asexual)

So, I eventually came out to my mother. I wrote a letter to Santa saying a few things I wanted, and at the bottom I wrote "Help me tell my family I'm pan." And gave it to my mother. Later me and my mother had a brief chat and cleared up some things. Although I still haven't told my father, I feel much better now that I've told my mother.
