So I am asexual. And the way I realized it is a weird one.

I mean I never really had crushes but people would always pressure me, thinking I actually was just lying and I would say "Sure whatever, I like Connor." Or something.

Now whenever "Connor" was around my friends would make remarks about how I like him, and it got rather annoying where I dropped the act. So whenever people asked me who I liked I would say, "I am in a relationship with my cat, Pepe, he is super hawt."

I found their reactions funny. Now I had no idea what Asexual was, only what Lesbian/Trans/Gay nothing else really, of course I grew up in an open-minded area, so I was like "You do you, it doesn't effect me why should I care." Now it happened like this.

Me and Bi friend were having a chat, of course my cousin introduced us and she asked me if my cousin told me about her sexuality. I said yes. And somehow our conversation turned into one about sexuality. I began to do research and I came upon Asexual.

Not liking anyone.

Of course I didn't really think anything of it until I realized it.

I was more in love with my cat then any boy or girl. I mean, Asexual was basically screaming my name. So me and my Bi friend became the Queer Musketeers. Now it wasn't until about a year later I told my friends. And their replies shocked me.

"Are you sure... Actually I Think I might be Bi so... And I thought you would be lesbian!'

"I KNEW IT!"

"I thought you'd be lesbian."

So I surprised them too I guess?

Now I am yet to tell my parents so wish me luck!
