Hi, I'm Alex. I was around 10 when I knew I was born in the wrong body. I was born a girl. But I knew I wasn't feeling my body. I was extremely uncomfortable with my body. I didn't like my long hair, or the dresses my mum and dad always bought me, I always loved taking/stealing my two older brothers clothes, when I was twelve, I told my brothers Jakob and Mason, I was Transgender and Gay. They were fine with it.

They moved out two mouths later, 'cause they had girlfriends and jobs. I always felt sad and depressed when they left. My friends knew, and they were so helpful, they would buy boy clothes for me, and get me hair cuts that look like they are for girls. My friends always called me by my boy name and used my pronouns. They are amazing. And when I came out tobthe school, lots of other kids did too, I felt amazing and happy.

It was now time to come out to my parents. It was Friday night, July 8th, 6:28pm, and I was 12. I was maybe three mouths after I came out to Jakob and Mason. I walked down the stairs of my stairs, and went to the lounge room.

"Hey mum, dad, I really need to talk to you." I said.

"Hey sweetie." I was so disgusted. I think I even cringed.

I sat down in front of my parents, and the words just slipped out of my mouth.

"Mum, dad, I'm Transgender and Gay." And after that I wish I never spoke.

My dad yelled at me, and my mum disowned until my brothers came to pick me up. Yep, my parents DID NOT accept me. And I was crying and broken down for three weeks.

But, I then noticed that there are stupid parents, and I had my brothers and friends. And I didn't feel gross or anything. Because my brothers worked so hard that now I am what I have been wanting to be.

Me. Alex. A boy. And Gay. With a beautiful boyfriend. Caring and loving brothers. And great and helpful friends.

This is my life, as Alex Stevens. A 14 yeae old, who got to be who he wanted to be.
