《Allah's Plan For You & Me》Dua'a Jawshan Kabir

This supplication was taught by the Angel Jibrail to Prophet Muhammad (saw).
The link to the dua and translation: http://www.duas.org/joshkabiralt.htm
Whoever reads this supplication with a pure intention in the beginning of the Ramadan, Allah (swt) will grant him sustenance on the Night of Power and will create for this person 70,000 Angels who will all be busy in the praising and glorification of Allah (swt) and will give this reward to the person who has read this supplication.
With this said, we see the greatness of the recitation of this supplication.
In addition, it is mentioned that whoever reads this supplication three times during the month of Ramadan, Allah (swt) will make the hell-fire forbidden on him and would make it obligatory for that person to go into Paradise.
For such a person, Allah (swt) will also appoint two Angels to protect that person from all evils (in this world) and he would be in the protection of Allah for as long as he is alive.
In the final Hadith of this supplication, it has been narrated from Imam Hussain (as) that, "My father Amir al-Mominin 'All ibn Abi Talib (as) had bequeathed to me that I should memorize and protect this supplication and write it on the Kafan (burial shroud) and that I should teach it to my family members and he highly encouraged me to read this supplication as it contains 1,000 names of Allah and within these names is the Greatest Name of Allah (Isme- e -A'dham)."
The late Shaykh 'Abbas al-Qummi (Compiler of the book Mafatih al-Janan) states that, "From this Hadith, we can derive the following points that first off, it is recommended to write this supplication on one's kafan just as the late scholar 'Allamah Bahrul 'Ulum (ra) has hinted to in a poem.

The second point we can deduce from the Hadith is that it is recommended to recite this supplication at the beginning of the month of Ramadan and there are no ahadith that tell us to recite this supplication on the specific Nights of Power (Laylatul-Qadr). However, 'Allamah Majlisi (ra), in his book, Zadul Maad, under the various acts that should be performed on the Night of Power (Laylatul-Qadr) has stated that in some Hadith, it has been mentioned to read this supplication on one of the three nights of Power. Thus, his words are sufficient for us (ra).
This supplication has 100 sections and each section contains 10 names of Allah (swt) and at the end of each section this line should be repeated:
سبحانك يا لا إله إلا أنت إني كنت من الظالمين
Praise be to Thee, there is no God but Thee, The Granter of all Succour, Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.
The Concept of Dua and its Proper Meaning
Interestingly, the whole dua Jawshan Kabir contains only one single request. The rest of the dua is about calling Allah's names and attributes. This teaches us that, unlike what most people assume, dua is not restricted to asking Allah one's requests; rather, dua is essentially calling Allah, even if one does not ask Him anything. Nevertheless, when we call Allah, we usually ask Him what we need, since we are needy creatures and He is our Merciful Lord, and for many believers, this is the main purpose of dua. Even those who remember Allah out of their love for Him, usually ask Allah what they need in their duas, because they do not want to miss this great opportunity. Naturally, therefore, dua comes with requests.
But dua literally means to call, and ijabat, on the other hand, means to answer, not necessarily to give something. When you call someone and he answers you, this is ijabat and if you, then, ask him something, whether he fulfils your request or not, he already has answered your call.

Thus, whoever calls Allah, the Almighty will definitely answer him. If he asks Allah something, He either fulfils his request in this world, quickly or with some delay, or gives him something better in the hereafter.
The benefits of different sections of Dua'a Jawshan Kabir on treating illnesses and solving problems are as follows:

The Cosmic Interloper
Synopsis: A cyborg transhuman escapes her corporate indenture and through unfathomably unlikely circumstances, she ends up in a fantasy world of full of unique magic, angry people with sharp implements, and the whole flavor-spectrum of divine entities. Hilarity ensues. Features: - No blue boxes or cultivation, this is not a LitRPG nor about martial arts - Hard-ish Sci-Fi meets hard-ish magic - Generally trying to keep this "rational" Rationale: My primary goal with The Cosmic Interloper is to write something that I myself would enjoy reading. Of course, that’s not the only motivation, but I think it’s the most important one for me to keep in mind, especially as the author. In fact, this whole story came about because after consuming oodles of fiction, I found myself craving a very specific type of story which I couldn’t find many examples of. Then I asked myself, “why not write it myself?” and here we are. Disclaimer: In general, while I’m not writing a comedy, I do intend for this story to be funny and a bit wacky or absurd. That said though, I am using this story as a vehicle to explore some potentially dark topics including (but not limited to) slavery, speciesism/racism, and existential questions of self, consciousness, and identity. Still, I’m going to leave the “traumatizing content” tags off, because I don’t feel that what I’ve written so far (or plan on writing) exceeds the threshold that would be necessary for me to tag it thusly. Also, [insert your favorite boilerplate “views expressed” disclaimer here]. I shouldn’t need to say this, but the main character can be wrong on occasion (gasp!) and the way she views the world is not the objective truth (if such a thing even exists).

Birth of Mana
Residents of the world today only know of the sky as a sheet of pure darkness. Alz is an elf who was separated from his parents at birth due to the village’s tradition. One day, Alz stumbles upon a relic from the past, learning about the world which once existed, where lights illuminated the skies. Inspired by this, the young Alz decided to go on an adventure, an adventure to explore the vast world he lived in. Discover the world with Alz as he sets off on an adventure, experiencing many new encounters, and overcoming obstacles along the way as he slowly delved deeper into the truths behind the world. --- IMPORTANT NOTE: This story is not fantasy-themed and not I didn't omit the fantasy tag by mistake. That said, there is meaning and significance to the title, except that it will be unveiled only much later into the story. Magical elements and the like will not be a factor in most of the story until the very end. tl;dr: This is not fantasy, magic doesn't play a role in the story. --- Updates: Will try to post a chapter once every 2 days PS. This is my first novel so there might be several issues in various aspects which I might not notice so comments are highly appreciated. --- This is more to add pressure to myself rather than anything else... but anyways the story is now part of the pledge!

The Thaumatist Incident
The towers fell over a century ago, and the Good King united the land. Under his voice the Thaumatists took the knee or took the sword. The University still stands, but for how long? This story is broken up into two parts. Chronologically, the two parts overlap. Part One Emile, a girl with a Talent not seen since the good king's war as she tries to find help to save her beloved father from a cruel accident. Julie, raised in a small farming village on her quest to become someone people will sing about. Part Two Wendel, a recent graduate of the University, an intense school that functions first as a police force to control the use of magic and secondly as an educational institution. Demetrius, a servant at the school who loses his home and his safety. Edits are ongoing. Reviews and comments will only help the editing the process, and I am grateful for any and all input. So, if you have been reading already, Jericho has been removed. It's been brought to my attention that his chapters detract from the flow of the narrative. They still exist, and are still going to be made available at some point in some way shape or form, but for the time being what happens with him and the king in Puissant city will be off camera so to speak.
