People generally want a chest binder because they hate their chest. Either they're transgender (enby, agender etc counts as transgender) or they just want a flatter chest.

1) The best option is always to get a properly made binder online. They are much safer and generally more effective than homemade ones.

If you are in between two sizes, always take the bigger one. If your binder is too small, that can cause long-term chest problems and reduce your chances of getting top surgery later on.

Good brands include Underworks, GC2B and T-Kingdom.

3) Layering Sports Bras

This one is pretty self explanatory. Put one sports bra on forwards, and the next one facing backwards. It is not a good idea to wear more than two.

4) The Tights Method

This one is only a temporary method until you can find a better way.

• Never wear your binder for more than eight hours

• Never wear your binder to sleep

• If it hurts, take it off

• Don't exercise in your binder

• NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER USE ACE BANDAGES OR TRANS TAPE IT'S REALLY BAD FOR YOU
