"Hurry up!" Pheobe tapping her heel impatiently.
"Just a sec!" I yell out from upstairs "So is this alright?" Asking Michael about my outfit. He looks up from his phone.
"Chace jaw will definitely drop" he gives me thumbs up.
"Really?" Hesitating about my choice of outfit.
"101% sure" signing an Ok.
"Hello! The game will start in 15 minutes, are you two coming or not?" Pheobe shouts again from down the stairs.
"Coming!" Michael and I both rolled our eyes.
****
"A spot over there." Pheobe pointed as she saw her boyfriend waving to our direction. "Come on!"
"Saved you all a seat." Bryan said letting us all pass.
"Thanks, babe, you're the best" the two were mostly making out on the spot. We just tried to ignore them both.
"Where's Chace?" I looked at their bench but he wasn't there.
"Probably still inside preparing" Michael was the one who answered.
"Okay." I then put out my phone to text him instead.
"Bear! Bear! Bear!" I looked where Chace was calling, saw him running towards our bench.
"Bear?" They ask in unison, weirdly looking at me.
"Cheesy." Amy teases.
"Shut up!" I covered her mouth with my palm, immediately she pushes it away.
"My lipstick!" She slaps my hand that was previously over jer mouth. Chace by the end of the bench, looking so hot in his football uniform.
"Hi!" I cutely tuck a strand of hair behind my ear.
"No good luck kiss?" He pouts his lips.
"People are looking" I gestured to all the people ready to watch the game.
"Do you want the team to lose?"
"Of course not" I shook my head.
"Then a kiss" he closes his eyes ready for the kiss.

"Kiss him already so the game can start!" Pheobe teasingly said I gave her a glare. But then gave Chace a kiss on the lips.
"Thanks" he smiles "Now I'm so ready!" he put on his helmet "See you later" he pinches my cheeks one last time.
"Better win!" I yelled out to him.
"No worries!" Giving me two thumbs up.
From the beginning to the end, the school's team was the one to lead and took home the championship.
"Come on! They'll probably have pizza for the victory celebration." Amy clapping in excitement.
"You've been eating while the game was on-going and you're still hungry?" Maggie said to Amy.
"I just love food!" She proudly said.
"Okay! Come on. Let's congratulate the boys" Pheobe said making her way out with Bryan. We made our way to the victorious team as students cheered them on.
"Think your boyfriend's more popular than before." Maggie pointing out at Chace being mob by girls taking pictures and stuff.
"It's fine, I'm good." I said trying to compose myself not to be affected but one girl was being so clingy like an octopus.
"That girl is something." Amy trying to get the girls on my nerves "Aren't you going to do something?"
"If that was Bryan, I might have strangled that girl by now" Pheobe smirking trying to push me on.
No! Don't give in to her and their just happy that our school team won, that's all. But why does she have to wrap her arms around him, and that guy seems to be enjoying it.
"What now Bear?" Pheobe continues with a smirk.
"Gosh! Chill. They're not doing-" she just stole a kiss on the cheek. "She just didn't! I'm gonna get that girl." I marched toward the crowded girls squirming over my boyfriend. "Excuse me! Excuse me!" I let myself through them all. "Girlfriend, coming through!" I pushed them all aside.

"Bear!" Chace saw me and grab my hand to help. "I couldn't get loose" he explains.
"I'll help" I said, cleared my throat and yell out. "BACK OFF ALL OF YOU! HE'S MINE!" they stopped and we made our way back to where Pheobe and the rest were waiting.
"Damn! GIRL!" Michael slowly clapped in amazement.
"Thank you!" I waved and blown out kisses "Those girls just won't understand that he already has a girlfriend" I put Chace arms around my waist.
"What you did there was so sexy being possessive. I like that." he kisses my cheek.
"You bet!" I nodded.
"Okay, how about we celebrate now the victory?" Amy cheekily grin, hoping for us all to be on board.
"Yes! Pizza's on me!" Chace said.
***
"I want a strawberry shake" I told him in a little girl's mimick voice.
"Sure" he kisses my cheek.
"Thanks, I'll join the rest at the table" I said to him before leaving.
The group was totally gossiping about something but when I got nearer, I know they changed the topic.
"What is it about?" I asked rolling my eyes as I sit down in suspicion.
"Nothing." Maggie pursing her lips together.
"Spill!" Resting my elbows on the table, chin resting on my knuckles.
"Okay!" Amy couldn't keep her mouth shut like always.
"AMY!" Pheobe kicking her foot under the table.
"Ouch!" She kicks Pheobe back "Megan has been spreading rumors that Chace is cheating on you, but we all know that it isn't true." I just flip my hair in confidence "You're not mad?"
"Nope!" I shook my head.
"Not a bit?" Michael added.
"None" I smiled "Guys, I trust my boyfriend and you know Megan's a big liar, probably just jealous for Chace is Mine"
"Maybe, we all know her popularity rate has been going down since Chassie became official" Maggie told everyone on the table, they all agreed to what she said.
"Yeah! Though if he ever breaks your heart, Bryan and I will crush his bones." Michael fisting his hands.
"Alright, Alright. But I am confidently sure that he will not do anything that could hurt me" I glance at Chace making his way to the table with our food.
"Here it is!" He puts down the tray, sitting beside me, he caught me staring "What?" He asks grinning.
"I love you" I said, everyone starting to make noises -clapping, tapping the glass onto the table and all.
"I love you more than so much!" He responds pulling me into a hug, they cheered louder making a scene at the diner.
"I hate happy couples" Michael commented, then we began throwing him some fries in his bitter reaction.

Fallout: Vault X
An original novel set in the Fallout universe, written to be accessible to all, featuring unique people and places. Vol.II. out now Fallout: Vault X tells the story of John. A vault dweller, who spent every day of his twenty five years underground. Like his father, and his father before him. Proud to live in the last remaining bastion of humanity, all that survived The Great War of the atomic age. Hidden deep below the surface of the earth, toiling under brutal conditions. Year after year, decade upon decade. All to expand into the natural cave system the Vault occupied, building for the future. However, John knew what his forefathers did not, that everything he’d been taught was a lie. After finishing school at the age of ten, John received his standard issue pipboy. An arm mounted personal computer, worn by everyone in the Vault. Used to coordinate the relentless pace of expansion, needed to work as an apprentice. To learn the craft that would be his life’s work. A noble calling to ensure a future for all that remained of the human race. A quirk of fate saw John equipped not with the crude, clunky, pipboy model his father wore. That almost everyone around him wore. His looked smaller, sleeker, finished in a jet black sheen. And capable of doing far more than its drab counterparts. The world above had been ravaged by atomic flames, yet life clung to its bones. The Red Valley fared better than most in the century since the bombs fell. The clean water and rich soil protected by rolling hills. All spared from direct strikes, for the most part. Life survived here. Trees spawned from charred ground, misshapen, green leaves turned red. Along with simple crops, grown wild at first, then cultivated by the survivors. The scavengers of the old world were inventive, hardy people. All determined to rebuild in the ruins of a world they never knew. In the decades that passed settlements emerged. They grew, spreading along the valley floor. Reclaiming the pre-war remnants of the once industrialised heartland. Salvaging the robotic wonders of a bygone age to build their walls and work their fields. To protect them in the dark of the wasteland. But such things are uncommon in this world, and the rarer something is, the greater its value. And the worth of pre-war technology had not gone unnoticed. The last, real, power in this world rested in the mechanised hands of The Brotherhood of Steel. Forged from the mortally wounded old world military. The Brotherhood used its access to the weapons made for a conflict no one won to strike out into the wastes. Men and women were equipped with advanced armour, aerial transportation, high grade weaponry. Accompanied by the training, strength, and will, to put them to use. They established chapters and set up outputs far and wide. All dedicated to a single purpose. To ensure the technology left abandoned by its long dead creators didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Namely, any hands that were not their own. This is the world John escaped into. A place of horrors brought forth from atomic fire. A place where survival meant battling against the darkness. Fighting a war each day to get to the next. And war...war never changes
