Stretching my arms and legs smiling from a good sleep. It's like the most amazing sleep I have in years.
"Good Morning Grizzly!" I happily greeted my teddy bear.
"Actually it's nearly noon" Chace said peaking his head from the door.
"Really?" I quickly took a look at my clock by the nightstand It says 11:49 "It is" I sheepishly smile.
"Get up!" He claps in an authoritative manner.
"Why?" I groan in frustration.
"We are going somewhere"
"Where?"
"Tsk Just change, preferably shower. I'll wait for you downstairs" he said still standing by my door.
"No!" I protested lazily and curled comfortably on my bed hugging Grizzly.
"You don't want to?"
"Nope!" Making the P pop, he walked towards my bed and dragged me off of it to the bathroom "Wait!" I protested again.
"If you don't want to shower by yourself then you're giving me no choice, I'll be the one to do it" he turned the shower on with the other hand.
"What? No!" I yanked my hand away from his grip, I pushed him out of the bathroom "I'll do it myself" I said before closing and locking the door.
"Okay, I'll wait downstairs" I heard a chuckle.
"Go!" I shouted from the bathroom.
After my shower, I put on this comfortable blue jeans with one rip on the right knee, a white plain t-shirt with Happiness written on it under a yellow happy sun drawing and a black converse, fix my hair and sprayed some cologne and Lastly shove my phone in my back pocket.
I ran downstairs to see Chace waiting watching television with a random Tv series on the screen.
"I'm done" I said.
"Took you long enough" he turns the TV off "Let's go" he opens the door for me.

"Where are we going?" I ask like an excited little girl.
"Nearby" his answer makes me frown, he spoke with no excitement.
"I fell asleep easily last night while you were talking about football, I'm sorry!" I bite my lips in apology.
"Yeah" He simply answered.
"Are you mad?"
"No." He shook his head.
"Where did you sleep by the way?"
"You didn't know? You were even snoring loudly."
"I don't snore!" I stomp my foot.
"You do snore, you didn't even let me sleep" he was now laughing "I wonder if people who had slept next to you, has the same problem"
"I have never-wait you slept on my bed?" He nodded "Next to me?"
"Yeah" he was wearing a huge grin.
"You pervert!" I hit him on the arm.
"Where do you expect me to sleep?"
"On the floor!" I shouted.
"No way!" He shakes his head "You look cute when you sleep but I had to plug my ears to not hear the snoring for it's such a turn off"
"Jerk!" I stomp in annoyance, went ahead of him.
"Not that way" he pulled me back towards their house.
"At your house?" I pointed.
"Yeah" he nodded.
We entered their house, Mrs. Wayne and Lucy preparing the table.
"Hi! Come on in. Lunch is served." Mrs. Wayne pulling a chair for me "Were you okay last night? The rain was really strong" I looked at Chace for a second.
"I was fine, thank you for asking" I smiled from the thought.
"I feel guilty that I didn't check on you" she gestured me to sit.
"I was okay, no need to worry." sitting on my seat.
"Mommy, I'm hungry" Lucy said sitting opposite to mine.

"Sit Mom, I'll get the rest" Chace said taking the food
"Okay, get the pitcher too" Mrs. Wayne added Chace nodded in obedience.
He went back not long after with 2 plates on one hand and a pitcher on the other. He placed the food on the table, the same as the pitcher.
"I didn't know you were once a waiter" I jokingly said.
"Grandpa once own a diner, I used to help out but Dad sold it after Grandpa died" I seem to notice a mixture of emotion on his explanation.
"I was just joking" I cleared my joke "But that was good that you help out your Grandpa" biting my lip in embarrassment.
"And not only serving is my baby good at" Mrs. Wayne happily announced.
"Don't call me baby mom" Chace sitting next to me.
"Shhhh, both of you will always be my baby" Mrs. Wayne pinching but softly Lucy's cheek.
"If Chace doesn't want to be your baby, I'll be your baby" Lucy cutely said and hugs her mom.
"Sweet" I commented.
"Can we eat now?" Chace said taking the serving spoon on the food.
"Chace was the one who cooked all of this" Mrs. Wayne said
"Really?" the last time he cooked for me, it was heavenly I remembered
"Yep he did" Mrs. Wayne answered
"He was even singing while cooking, it was really scary." Lucy said eating her food
"Why scary?" I was curious.
"Lucy, hush" his brother eyed her.
She covers her mouth in a way her brother wouldn't see her, and spoke in a low voice "He has a really terrible voice"
"Oh my gosh!" I laugh and the little girl giggled cover her mouth.
"Lucy" Chace said hinting that he was not pleased with his sister.
"But I still love you wholeheartedly" she wins her brother's heart back again.
****
"Let me hear you sing" I repeatedly said to Chace while lounging at their sofa, watching Kobe's last game on NBA.
"Quit bugging me, Cathy!" He hushes me up.
"Not until you sing for me" crossing my arms, saying lala repeatedly.
"How many times do I have to say no?" He said his eyes not leaving what he was watching.
"Come on Chace" in an irritating voice, I know guys hate. He only rolls his eyes. " The strands in your eyes that color them wonderful stop me and steal my breath. And emeralds from mountains thrust towards the sky never revealing their depth" I started singing I'll be by Edwin Mccain
"Tell me that we belong together, Dress it up with the trappings of love. I'll be captivated, I'll hang from your lips, Instead of the gallows of heartache that hang from above" the chorus is near " I'll be your crying shoulder, I'll be love's sui-"
"suicide, I'll be better when I'm older" I burst out laughing from his singing.
"Shit! That was really terrible" I said laughing.
"Terrible?" I nodded, couldn't stop laughing. He tackles my neck and started ruffling my hair.
"Stop!" I said pushing his hand away but totally failing
"I was so terrible" he repeats and continues to ruffle my hair "You think your singing was phenomenal? But it was also same as mine"
"BUT" I shouted and him pausing "but-"
"But what?"
"Yours was definitely worst than terrible!" I found a chance to get away, we began to run around their house like Cats and Dogs
