Over the weekend Gerard informed me Ray and Mikey were staying over a few days. Frank couldn't come because his little dog, Sweet Pea, was getting sick. But I was excited to spend time with 3/4 of the band. My thought was interrupted by a buzzing sound from my phone. It was a message from Kay.
" Adie, you haven't answered in a few days. Are you okay? " I kind of stared at the message before responding.
" I'm fine. I'm just overwhelmed you know? Feel like I'm going to die at any minute. " I replied. She started typing almost instantly.
" Oh, well I hope you're okay. " She said.
" Thanks. " I typed. Before she could send another text, I heard a yell from downstairs.
" Adie, Mikey and Ray are here! " Lyn-Z called happily. I beamed with excitement when she called. I came out of my room to greet them. When I came down I both gave them hugs.
" How ya doing kiddo? " Mikey asked. I looked up at him and smiled.
" Awesome. " I responded. They both smiled, happy to see that I was doing "awesome."
" I'll take your stuff guys. " Gerard offered. The guys agreed and Gerard took their stuff to their new rooms. Lyn-Z went upstairs to help Gerard. It was just me, Ray, and Mikey in the room. Ray turned to look at me.
"Do anything exciting?" He asked, scratching his fro. I shook my head, both of them nodded. We made small talk before Gerard and Lyn-Z came flying down the stairs.
" Well, all your stuff is set up. " Gerard announced. Looking proud that he had finally done something today. I laughed at him, he was a really goofy guy. We were in silence for a second. Ray looked like he had hatched a brilliant idea.

" How about we all go to the mall or something? All of us together. " Sounded amazing, I could definitely go for that. Gerard nodded.
" Good idea. Adie needs shower supplies anyway. " I looked at him with wide eyes, everyone giggled and I did too.
" Well, you guys go ahead. I should make dinner. " Lyn-Z said, kissing Gerard on the cheek before heading to the kitchen. Gerard turned his attention back to us.
" Our day is sorted. " He said, grabbing his keys. We all headed out the door and into Gerard's car.
