Just as Hoseok got off the phone, Taehyung walked into the room with a pout on his face.
"Are you really leaving tomorrow?" the younger asks with sadness evident in his voice.
"Yes, I have a schedule to get back to. Believe me, I'd love to stay. Hawaii is really...peaceful," Hoseok adores the view of the pink-coloured sky through the window.
"When are you planning to come back? You've been gone for 6 weeks already," he asks once he comes back to reality.
"I don't know. I don't feel like it yet," Taehyung looks down at his fingers and starts playing with them on his lap.
"Does it help? The time...does it feel like you're slowly healing?"
Hoseok knows Taehyung doesn't really want to talk about this but he also knows it's necessary. He surely hasn't talked to anyone about it for a month.
"I have been seeing a therapist," Taehyung whispers, worried about the other's reaction.
"That's great, Tae."
"Yeah...I am still trying to accept it. The fact that he started a new relationship just three months after we ended ours...Did he really mean how much he loved me?"
"You should tell him the truth."
"What...Did Yoongi tell you?" worry takes over Taehyhyung's features.
"He did. But nobody else knows, don't worry," the older tries to calm down the other and places a comforting hand on his tense shoulder.
"You should do it though. So you can both finally put an end to it all."
"I have been working on something, you should see it. I think that may be a good way to say goodbye."
